Chapter 5
Harry took a quill and some parchment to Draco's bed ready for the worst.
Draco looked up at him when he walked in not showing contempt, just silently acknowledging.
Harry sat down in his usual chair and told Draco what he had knew about his condition.
After a few moments of nothing, Draco picked up the quill and pachment.
'Theres nothing more to be done.'
"But there can be a way beyond this that you can communicate."
Draco just waited.
"Through the mind."
'i dont know how.'
"But i could find it out for you and teach you."
'Why in god's name are you so concerned.'
"your my patient."
He wasnt convinced.
Harry just shrugged. "Its the least i can do."
'For what, being a mudblood loving prat?'
"No, I just... know what its like."
'Im not a fuckin charity case potter.'
Harry sighed. "just let me."
'Do what ever the fuck you want Potter just pick up some books while your doing it.'
Harry smiled inwordly. "Any preference?"
'I dont care.'
Harry nodded to draco and left, pulling the curtain closed behind him.
On his way to the library he stopped in to see Hermione. She was still in a potion induced sleep, but seemed to be getting her color back.
"how is she doing Remus/"
"She's stablizing." He said rubbing a hand over his face, as if to rub the sleepyness away.
"Keep me updated."
remus nodded thoughtfully as harry made his way out and to the library.
