Sorry for the delay, I have glasses so I went for my eye check and had to get new glasses so they kept the ones I have. Could not see properly without them so I could not update but have them back now and the world is beautiful place again.
Thank you for the reviews it was fun trying to read them and make sure I was reading them right. I was seeing them as a blur.
On with the story.

CHAPTER 5: Nice Chores.

Severus and Lucius were in the potion master’s rooms. They were sitting on the two single chairs facing each other, and each holding whisky glasses in their hands. Each thinking of reasons why the other would be better as Harry’s first time.

Sev “Luc, you know you are his emotional grounder so you being his first tome will be easy on the bond than me being his first time. Moreover, if you are going to say he trusts me more maybe I will participate rather than simply watch from the sidelines, if that is comfortable for him. Plus you have more practice with first times than I do.”

“True, but you have more patience.”

“But I will be there to guide you if I feel you are rushing him.”

“How about we will go there and ask him his opinion and see if he agrees with you or not?”

Next morning,

In the guest rooms by the infirmary, Harry had just gotten ready and there was a knock at his door. When Harry gave his permission to enter, Sev and Luc entered.

“Good morning Harry” Luc and Sev greeted Harry.

“Good morning Prof. Snape and Mr. Malfoy”

“Harry please call us Severus and Lucius if not Sev and Luc. Right Sev?”

“Yes Harry Luc is right. Call us by our given name. we are soon going to be bonded.”

They all sat down for breakfast as none of them had eaten yet.

“well Harry I contacted a friend of mine today morning and found out that he will help with the bonding details I have set the date for Friday so we get the weekend to ourselves and we also get two days to prepare. Is that ok?” Luc asked.

“Yes Mr. Mal… Lucius that is fine, are we going to stay at Hogwarts after the ceremony?”
“No Harry we are to go and see a magical realtor today than we can decide on the type of house you would like. After that we have to go to a jeweler to get our family seal prepared and we also have to get our bonding rings, as we are three people we have to get them specially made so that after the bonding the two rings combine smoothly.”

“Wow.” Harry was feeling slightly dizzy at the amount of work that was to be done today.

“Oh, before I forget we also have to go shopping for you, you definitely need a new wardrobe; and we all need robes for our bonding.”

“Circe help me, I am to go on a shopping trip with a Malfoy.” Severus commented

For which he received a hard slap on his arm form Luc and that obtained laughter from Harry.

An hour or so later.

They were at the realtors.

“hello, how May I help you today” a realtor asked them.

“we are looking for a new house as we are going to start a new family together. And you would be?”

“Manson, Gregory Manson. The head realtor of the Grey Realtors. Best company in the whole wide magical world.”

“nice to meet you Mr. Manson. I am Lord. Snape, this is Lord Malfoy and Mr. Potter. We wpuld like this transactions to be private.”

“of course. No one will know. So do you want a ready house or would you like a new house?”

“Harry which type would you like?” Luc asked.

“a new one if that is ok.” Harry said.

“than Mr. potter you shall have a new house.”

They all sat down they decided that they wanted a house on the seaside, but not in Scotland. They finally decided on Walton on Naze, Harwich, Essex, England. They decided to use the small island of the mainland for their home.

The final plan was beautiful; the house would be set in the centre of four acres of gardens. The house and the beach would separated by an acre of land so that the main house will not be spoilt.

The realtor informed them that the house would be ready in two days but the gardens will take a week or so. The four men went to the site and right in front of there eyes their new home was being constructed. It was amazing to watch. The left the construction men to do the work and the triad apparated to Leaky Cauldron.

Instead of going towards Diagon Alley, Luc led them to another door next to the bar, he tapped the door knocker three times with his wand and then opened the door. They were in the Commercial Alley. To Harry it was something new, he asked Sev where they were, and Severus explained to him that:

“Harry, welcome to Commercial Alley. This is like Diagon Alley but more expensive. This is where the rich shop.”

“It is beautiful.”

It was silent compared to the bustle of Diagon Alley, it was peaceful but there was an undercurrent in the atmosphere as if suddenly something would burst. Even the little children were silent.

Two hours later Harry had a new wardrobe, full of clothes that fit him. He was currently wearing a pair of black slacks and an emerald green shirt, over which a plain black robe. He looked mature and handsome. He still wore his glasses but had gotten new frames, round but more stylish. His hair was longer until his shoulders and was tied back with a black leather tie. Overall, he suddenly looked well kept and handsomer. The three of them radiated raw power and extenuated passion and sex appeal; they looked like a force to be reckoned with.

Next they went to the jewelers to get their family seal, this would onset their magical core to be prepared for a bonding; it was usually done a week before but due to the circumstances they were doing it two days before. They had full confidence that nothing would go wrong.

The jeweler instructed them to hold onto their wands in their wand hands and dip them the hands until the elbow into the potion he had in front of them. He also told them that the order was important. The three of them decided that Severus would lead as he was the warrior in the bond and Lucius would be last as he was the emotional grounder he would be the cushion and Harry in the center as the anchor and because he would be cradled between the other two. So in went the hands for five minutes, and, when the hands came out the potion turned golden where it was green before. After the jeweler said an incantation, the portion slowly turned solid in minutes the three of them had in front of them a seal that had a dragon a phoenix and a snake together in harmony in perfection. When they pressed the seal onto a piece of paper the colors were black, red, green, gold and silver in perfect unison; under which it read ‘STRENGTH LOVE FAMILY’
