Diagon Alley
Diagon Alley
The next day at the Weasley's passed by as normal; Harry's supposed best friend treated him like a best friend would, the backstabbing wretch. Then it came time to Floo to Diagon Alley.
“It's easy,” said Mrs. Weasley as they were all getting ready to go.
A few moments later while he was traveling through the Floo system Harry thought, ‘Yeah right. If this was easy I'd hate to think what hard was.’
It wasn't his fault that he had been slightly nervous and had ended up in the wrong place. He’d bet that the Weasleys were panicking because they couldn't find him. He didn't really care. He might be in Knockturn Alley but he'd found an old friend. Now all he had to do was smuggle him into Hogwarts.
Now smuggling a 5ft long boa constrictor that got lost on its way to Burma was not the easiest thing to do, though Max definitely had a sense of humor. Shortly after he had gotten the boa hidden away, Hagrid came down the Alley and Harry got the feeling that Max didn't like him. Apparently the Weasleys were worried about Harry. Ha! That was a laugh; they were probably worried about losing their payment from Dumbledore. This thought of money reminded him that he wanted to go to Gringott's, that was if they'd let him.
Hagrid led Harry all the way out of the alley, his size scaring all the hags, wizards and other creatures away.
“You don't wanna go down Knockturn Alley. Nasty place that!” Hagrid told him, but outside of Borgin and Burke's were some very interesting shops Harry thought he'd like to visit.
Eventually they found Hermione, or Mudblood as Malfoy liked to call her. He was right Hermione was dirty and filthy, just like the Dursleys, and Ron was definitely a blood traitor. Even though he'd tuned her out in his mind, Hermione didn't seem to care as she ranted on and on. They found the Weasels and went on to Flourish and Blotts.
“It's Harry Potter!” said Lockhart, how Harry hated the man already. He so hoped that this prat wasn't the defense teacher, as he was being manhandled into taking a picture with the man and given a free set of his books.
As he was leaving the bookshop, Draco Malfoy came down the stairs at the front of the store. Harry grinned and attached a note to his snake’s neck.
“Famous Harry Potter can't even step into a bookstore without being put on the front page.”
“Leave him alone,” said Ginny. Harry still liked her even though she was probably betraying him as well.
Max put the piece of parchment in Malfoy's shoe, who smirked when he noticed the snake slither back to Harry. “Need your girlfriend to stick up for you now Potter?”
“Now, now Draco play nice,” said Lucius with a smirk as he picked up Ginny's secondhand book.
“How can you be such a disgrace to the wizarding world when they don’t even pay you well for it?” he directed at Arthur Weasley.
“We have different ideas of what's a disgrace,” said Mr. Weasley.
“Clearly,” he replied calmly before slipping the book back into Ginny's cauldron and turning to leave. “Come Draco.”
The rest of the school stuff was bought and Granger went to the Burrow with Weasley. Harry smirked; it would soon be time for his revenge, though first he'd have to see if Draco got his note. He pulled out a sheet of parchment and watched as Draco's writing appeared.
“Potter, why would you want to be my friend?”
“Because the Weasels are betraying me to Dumbledore, and you’re the only person who has ever offered their friendship because they wanted to.”
There was a pause while the writing sunk in and a neat reply was written, “Are the Weasels really betraying?”
“Yes, start over?”
“Yes.”
“Hi, I'm Harry Potter, would you like to be my friend?”
“Yes Potter, though you'll soon find out that some families are better than others.”
“I already did.”
“Watch out for the Weaselette this year, apparently she's got the Dark Lord's diary.”
“I've got to go Draco, talk to you tomorrow?”
“Sure Potter, whatever.”

Ok, now you've got a choice. This is an opinion poll of sorts.
1)Do you want Harry to have a resorting, if yes to which house?
2)Should Ginny, the twins, Neville and the other Gryffindors (except Ron and Hermione) be on Harry's side?
3)Do you want Harry to be marked or not? (It doesn't really matter he'll still be a dark lord.)
4)Should Voldemort come back in this year or wait until the 4th year?
5)Which side should Snape be on? Should he and Harry come to an understanding? (though it would only be an uneasy truce)
6)Should I kill off Ginny?
7)What other familiar should Harry have? (He needs three and so far he has Hedwig and Max.)
8) Should Harry be super powerful or just have a few extra powers?
9)What should Harry's Animagus form or forms be? (up to 5)
