Chapter: 5
Overall Rating: NC17

:-(

A/N: Well I certainly didn’t mean for something to happen in this chapter. But oh well, I can make it work. Damn characters for going on without me, lol. Once again, sorry for how long it’s been, but as the same as what’s now written in my bio, I have a fiance, and just life in general that takes up time. Thank you to all who read and review. Sorry again for taking so long.

Whenever I can get the next chapter up I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. It might… shake the earth? Hehe.

********************

Harry decided to make an impression and have a little fun on his way back to school at the same time. That would be why he wore tight black leather trousers, and black dragon hide boots with silver buckles along the outer side. Instead of wearing his new favorite dark red shirt, he wore a black shirt with big lettering that read “DLBC” and little lettering under it that read “Dark Lord Boot Camp”. He also wore black fishnet gloves with the fingers cut out, and tied his vampire long hair in a pony tail, letting some loose to cover his scar. His left ear was pierced and through it was a silver, dangling skull earring. He wore no glasses, as he had them thrown away.

As he walked through the station, the younger kids only had to take once glance at his shirt to move out of his way, scared and a little curious. The older kids merely gave a questioning look before looking away quickly. Some just kept staring at him.

As composed as he looked on the outside, however, Harry’s whole body seemed to be pulsing. He knew Draco was here somewhere, and his body was just screaming at him to find the blond. He pushed through a couple more kids and got to the train. Before he got on, he looked around at everyone still yet to get on the train. Sifting through the crowed, he saw Ron and Hermione together, saying good bye to Ron’s family. Harry’s eyes narrowed some, before continuing his search.

With his body singing and his mind quashing down urges, Harry found Draco. Draco turned not too long after and their eyes met. Harry’s eyes seemed to glow a brighter green before he turned away and went on the train. He found an empty compartment quickly, as it was still a little early, and closed his eyes, taking in breaths. How was he going to do this? He and Draco were enemies… they are mates now, but… geeze, why did things have to be complicated?

***

‘Harry?’ Draco thought when he saw the boy’s eyes. He could feel the pull towards him, and knew that although he looked different, he was Harry. Draco vaguely wondered if the vampire Harry from the dreams was true. Harry did have longer hair, and no glasses…

He got on the train, waving away Crabbe and Goyle on the way, and looked in the compartments for where Harry could have gone. When he found him, he entered the compartment to see Harry’s eyes closed.

“So you found me.” Harry spoke.

“Potter…”

“And you know it’s me.” He opened his eyes and looked at Draco.

Draco was driven speechless. The only thoughts that went through his head was how hot Harry looked and how much he wanted to kiss him senseless.

Harry’s bright emerald eyes seemed to dance as he looked over his mate, hand gripping the edge of the seat so as not to jump Draco then and there. “Is there a reason you came here?” He asked, voice managing to stay calm and steady.

‘Fuck talking to Seamus and Blaise about this. He’s my mate, and I can’t deny my body of him anymore. I will have him.’ Draco thought to himself before he took a step closer to Harry. Finally giving in to his desires, Draco grabbed Harry’s head and crushed his lips against the other boy’s.

Harry at first thought to protect himself as Draco made a sudden movement, but then he remembered this was his mate. Suddenly their lips were touching and something inside of him growled. He stood up, grabbing Draco’s arms roughly and pushed him hard against the wall with the windows. He bit at Draco’s bottom lip before shoving his tongue forcefully inside the blonde’s mouth.

Draco whimpered and moaned, melting into the slightly taller Harry. His veela side completely submitting to his mate.

Things were just heating up when the door to their compartment opened, and an annoying girl’s voice struck the air. “Harry! Is that--”

Part of Harry wanted to continue to ravish Draco and let that little bitch just watch until she left, but the side that won made him stop. He broke the kiss with Draco but kept his closeness. He saw the glare and sneer Draco made at the intruder before he turned around. “Granger.” He growled out, eyes shifting from the brown haired know-it-all to the red head.

They had both grew out a bit over the summer. Ron’s hair was slightly longer, while Hermione had hers straightened and cut to just above her shoulders. Hermione was giving calculating looks and looking hurt, while Ron just stared, his face slightly pink, from embarrassment or anger, Harry couldn’t tell.

“Harry, I… I don’t get it. What did we do?” Hermione asked, tears starting to form in her eyes.

But Harry was unaffected. “If you want to keep a friend, write to them and keep in contact.” Three steps and Harry pushed them out and closed the door. He turned back around to a Draco who seemed to be lost in thought.

The reality of what just happened suddenly hit him, forcing him to sit again. “Um…”

“Harry…” At the gasp, Draco realized his mistake and his eyes widened. He cleared his throat and tried again. “Potter…” He looked at the brunette before continuing. “We need to talk.”

But before anything else could be heard, a commotion was heard outside the compartment. Neither boy could hear what was being said, but they could hear a guy and a girl’s voice arguing. After about a minute, the compartment door was opened and in walked Seamus.

“Seamus?” Harry asked.

Seamus looked at him. “Wow, Harry, you look great.” He grinned at Draco before continuing. “Interesting shirt, by the way, decided to scare some first years?” He sat down across from Harry, on the end.

“Yeah…” Harry said a little slowly. Everything was starting to become a little confusing. He looked back at Draco.

Draco made to sit across from Harry but was stopped by Seamus “Nuh-uh, this is Blaise’s spot.” Seamus spoke before grinning cheekily at Draco again.

Harry looked back at Seamus. “Can someone tell me what’s going on?”

Seamus just smiled at Harry. “All in due time.”

Harry’s eyes were brought back to Draco as when he sat down next to Harry, their arms brushed together.

Draco looked back at Harry. “Stay?” He asked quietly, taking Harry’s hand in his own.

Harry’s eyes seemed to swirl again as he increased the pressure of the hand holding enough to be firm, but not hurt. “Yeah. We still have to talk, after all.” He replied to Draco’s request in the same quiet tone.

Seamus watched them, letting out a silent gasp. He could practically see the magick linking the two together.

“So I hear and see that there’s no need to keep up appearances this year.” Blaise’s soft voice spoke before he closed the door behind him. For a moment he was caught up in the sight of Harry and Draco, but then looked at his boyfriend. Giving him a kiss on the lips, he sat down next to the sandy haired boy, wrapping an arm around him.

Harry was able to look away when Blaise sat down. He looked at the couple, then back to Draco, then back at the couple. “Okay, so some explanations now?”

Seamus spoke up first. “Okay, but you have to give some too. The three of us are actually friends. Happened when I first realized I was gay, I ran into this guy” he tapped Blaise on his chest “and we ended up in a fight. Afterwards he kind of found out I was gay, and well it just went from there. Then Blaise found out about Draco early last year, and since then we’ve been friends, only continuing appearances.”

Draco ran a thumb over Harry’s hand and Harry looked back at him. “The dreams.” Draco started off, still a little quietly.

Harry’s breath caught in his throat, remembering all the dreams he had that involved Draco.

Draco saw his reaction and gave a very small smile. It could have been mistaken for not even being there. “You had them too, didn’t you?”

Harry was just silent; a little shocked, so Draco continued. “What are you, Harry?” Not even caring that he called Harry by his name, he waited for an answer.

Harry paused, unsure whether to tell them. He still didn’t really know them, and no one knew of what he was. Could he really trust them? If they told, or told the wrong people, he’d have to go into hiding. He looked out the window; instinctively bringing his mate’s joined hand closer to his body. “First enemies and now this…”

Draco sighed softly. “It was an act…” He looked away when Harry looked at him. “I’ve known for a long time what you are to me. There’d be no way I could feel that way to you. I’m sorry.”

Harry stared at Draco. Did he really just hear those words? After a while to let it process, Harry spoke again. “What I am to you?”

Draco seemed to find his resolve and looked back at Harry. Right into his swirling green eyes. “My mate. I’m a veela.”

Harry was silent again for a good while and when he did speak again, it wasn’t much. “Oh…” Harry just stared some more right back into those grey eyes, expecting the blonde to just burst out laughing any time now. They sat, looking at each other for another five minutes before Harry finally decided that he wasn’t going to say it was all just a joke.

He finally looked away from Draco to look at the other two boys, then back at Draco. “I’m only 1/4th wizard. My father was born from a vampire…” He paused, unsure of whether to go on or not.

“And your mother?” Draco asked softly.

Harry pulled his hand closer, so that now it was touching his stomach. Draco gasped a little at feeling the toned muscle that lay under Harry’s shirt. Harry went on, looking only at Draco. “She was literally a demon.” A gasp was heard from everyone in the compartment and Harry looked back out the window.

A moment later, Harry could feel Draco’s other hand on his shoulder. It moved down his arm to his elbow and back up again. Harry looked back at Draco who spoke. “Are you ashamed of it?”

“No…” Harry replied back.

“Then you were scared of our response?” The look in Harry’s eyes showed Draco the answer. He grabbed Harry’s arm with his free hand. “I know our past doesn’t show you much of the person I really am, but you *are* my mate, Harry. You always will be, no matter what… and I’m sure those two find you more interesting than scary.”

Harry looked back at the other two in the compartment. He saw neither fear nor disgust on their faces. Which was more than he could say if he had told Ron and Hermione.

“Wow.” Seamus finally spoke when he saw Harry looking at them for their response.

Blaise smiled slightly. “We’ll just have to be sure not to get you angry at us.”

“And pity those that do,” Seamus added a little quieter.

Finally over his uncertainty, Harry’s senses picked up again. He could smell his mate whose hands felt comfortably hot where they lay. He suddenly got an overwhelming urge to claim Draco as his but his human side stopped it. He didn’t want to do it with other people there.

“Excuse me.” He spoke, getting Draco’s hands off him. He grabbed a small backpack he brought with him and reached inside to grab a lollipop. He looked back at Draco as he peeled the wrapper off. “I’d rather not bite you the first time with people watching.” He grinned at Draco before looking towards the other two. “No offence of course.” He stuck the lollipop in and looked out the window again, trying to calm himself.

Seamus smiled a little. “We’d leave if there was a compartment for us.” He said with a shrug, leaning into Blaise some more. Blaise just looked at his boyfriend, tightened the hold around him slightly and started talking in whispers.

Draco leaned back in his seat a bit and looked up, across the compartment where wall met ceiling. Here his mate was, willing to stay and he couldn’t even touch him yet. When he did, Harry had stopped it. Knowing that, sitting next to him, even without touching him it was like a weight was suddenly lifted. Like he could finally breathe again after so many years.

Blaise and Seamus were whispering with each other and would probably continue until they got to the school, so Draco would just think until Harry talked with him. Right now all he could think about was his mate sitting right next to him. It was as if he could feel Harry’s magic encompassing him, luring him to draw nearer. Oh, how he wanted to but Harry wasn’t ready for his touch quite yet. He had felt it too, the need to complete their bond as mates and like Harry he didn’t want an audience when it happened.

Harry felt satiated enough not to jump Draco now that the lollipop was mostly gone, so he first looked to Blaise and Seamus. Seeing that they were whispering, he looked back at Draco. Draco was just quietly sitting there, staring off at the wall, so Harry touched his hand again.

A little surprised, Draco instantly looked back at Harry.

Harry smiled slightly around the lollipop and held his hand again, pulling him a little closer and setting their joined hands his leg. With his free hand, he removed the now bare stick. “Tonight?”

Draco nodded.

“The room of requirement should be fine. You remember where it is, right? Meet me there at 9.” Harry replied with a smile.

“Sure.” Draco said, feeling shivers run down his spine at the thought of it.

***

The train ride went by in relative silence. Quiet whispers between Blaise and Seamus was the only talking as Harry and Draco went back to being lost in their own thoughts and fighting the urge to bond then and there.

As Harry got up to put on his robe, Draco grabbed his arm again. “Let me just say this, Harry. I don’t like people. Never have, really, except for a few exceptions.”

Harry nodded. “I get it. I think I may end up in that direction… though I won’t be as vocal about it.” He gave Draco a little grin before pulling on his robe, seeing the others do the same. The first day wasn’t too strict on having to wear your uniforms; just the robe would be fine. No matter what, Harry decided he was going to keep his hair the natural length. After being with it for half the summer, he got used to it and kind of liked it.

The train stopped and students started filing out. The four stood up. Blaise and Seamus had finally stopped whispering with each other, and looked at Harry and Draco. Seamus smiled. “We’ll see you guys later. We’re not much hungry tonight…”

After the two left the compartment and the door was closed again, Draco pulled Harry in for another kiss, who responded by wrapping his arms around the blond, pulling him closer and deepening the kiss, once again sticking his tongue in the other boy’s mouth.

Draco moaned a little bit and pressed a bit closer, melting to him like before.

Harry tightened his hold, as if to meld their bodies into one and the kiss got more heated. Both boys gripping tightly, a battle raging in their mouths, heat spreading to every part of their body, needing and begging for more. The cord pulling them together stretched so tight that there was only one thing left to do to not only satisfy them, but satisfy fate as well.

A couple minutes passed before they broke off, panting heavily and looking at each other. Gods, how they wanted more, but the last few students were trickling out and they needed to leave the train. They waited for a few more moments, getting their breathing under control before leaving the compartment and leaving the train to enter the last remaining carriage. Luckily there was only a second year and a third year, so they didn’t have to deal with talking or explaining.

***

The feast went by for the most part uneventful. As expected, neither Seamus nor Blaise showed up. Draco had sat at his usual spot to be once again annoyed by Pansy’s prattling (‘Why didn’t I see you on the train, Drakey?’). Harry had sat not in his usual seat but on the end instead. He really didn’t feel like being bothered by Hermione and Ron but it came anyway.

“What you did on the train was very rude, Harry.” Hermione started on in her lecturing tone.

“Like I give a damn.” Harry mumbled, continuing to eat and pretending to ignore her.

“Well you should.” Hermione spoke again, once again looking hurt. “We tried to write you this summer, we really did! But Eros died and Pig was sick, flying around like some drunken bird.”

Okay, so Hermione saying ‘flying around like some drunk bird’ was a little amusing but not enough to get him to even crack a smile. “For all you knew I could have died.” He said, smiling on the inside because it was actually true.

“Oh please, Harry, I knew you of all people wouldn’t have died.” Hermione replied.

“And what’s that supposed to mean?” Harry asked, still in a calm voice but looking up at the girl now.

But Hermione either didn’t hear him, ignored him or was caught up in one of her rants… er, lectures. “And what was that with Malfoy anyway?”

“Oh please, like you don’t have an idea and told people already.” This girl was becoming bothersome. He had gotten tired of Hermione always trying to show she’s the best or that she knows everything. Because truth was, she didn’t. She would show this really nice side, then turn around and yell at you for not doing your homework right away or something equally as trivial. Not just that, but in Harry’s mind there was no excuse for not writing to him. They could have used a different owl.

“Well… that’s not the point!” Hermione spoke loudly, getting flustered. Maybe she thought Harry would just apologize or explain himself but it wasn’t going to happen.

Harry just sighed. “Well if you’re done, I have a date to attend.” He stood up and started to walk away.

“Is it with Malfoy?” Hermione called out, still upset.

“So what if it is.” Harry called over his shoulder before he disappeared.

Ron looked at Hermione, practically seeing the flames spouting off her. “Herm… relax, it’ll be okay.” He said and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. She just sighed and rested her head against his shoulder.

It was only 7:30, but Harry did not feel like going into his common room quite yet, so he went ahead and got the room of requirement set up for 9. He went in and waited, reading a text book so he wouldn’t have to worry about it later, like when Adrian called for him next.
