“I forgive you, but how do you know so much about this?” Harry asked.
“Do you remember Mama?” Ivy asked him.
“Yes, but what does your great grandmother have to do with all of this?”
“She is head of the Immortal Council and the old woman in your dream. She goes by many names, but the two most popular are Akasha or Freya Grimm. Akasha is the original immortal and Freya Grimm was the wife of Grimwauld. They are both the same person.”

“Oh, that would explain a lot about her.” Harry told her.
“She told me all of this when she saw me receive your letter. She also told me to tell you hello. So what is happening in the world of Harry Potter?” Ivy asked.
“Well, besides the fact I just found out I am a vampire from a friend of mine I have not seen in nine years, I had a dream that Sirius was in the Department of Mysteries which turned out to be a trap that Voldemort set and Sirius was killed because of it. I just found out about the prophecy two weeks ago. I also went on a date with a girl I fancied that ended up crying all over me because I saw her last boyfriend die. Finally yet importantly, I have a psychotic bastard after my head as usual. What about you?”
“You have only known about the prophecy for two weeks? I thought Dumbledore would have at least told you after what happened in the graveyard or Crouch Junior trying to kill you. I am so sorry; I thought you had known about it for at least a year.” Ivy said.
“It is okay, I understand. How is Ava doing?”
“Ava is doing very well. We went to the same school until I was kicked out of Alexander’s Academy of Magick. She is still there because she is dating the headmaster and he could not find it in him to kick her out as well; even though we drove the deputy headmistress to quit after twenty years of teaching.”
“She is dating her headmaster?” Harry asked in utter disbelief.
“Yes, but he is only thirty five and you know how she is.”
“How is everyone else, your aunt, uncle, and doesn't Ava have three sisters?”
“Aunt Karla and Uncle Henry doing great, Aunt Karla was named Drumstrang’s new headmistress after Igor disappeared, but she still teaches Potions. Uncle Henry retired last year. Ava has an older twin sister, Hermione, two younger sisters, Genetrix who is fourteen, and Roxana who is eleven. She also has three younger brothers who are triplets, Drake, Xavier, and Edric, who are nine.”
“Hermione, do you mean Hermione Granger, my best friend?”
“Yes, that is how I know so much about your years at Hogwarts, she told me everything as it happened after I asked her to keep an eye on you. She has never told anyone at Hogwarts about Aunt Karla’s side of the family because she did not want everyone breathing down her neck while she was there. Roxana is also starting Hogwarts this year as well. This will be the first time in Hogwarts’ history that that every female blood member of school age in the Marcus family will be under its roof since the time of the Founders.”
“I thought that Genetrix and Ava were going to school in Greece.”
“They are, but International Wizarding Competition is this year. Aunt Karla told me that Hogwarts is hosting and competing in the Competition. Ava will be coming because I am sure her boyfriend would not want to spend a year away from her if he can help it. Genetrix is the top of her year and the Competition is open to everyone 14 and older, so she is the first choice for Alexander’s champion.”
“What is the International Wizarding Competition?”
“It is a tournament much like the Triwizard Tournament, except that more that three schools compete and include schools in Asia and Africa. The tournament is held every two years and a different school hosts it each time. Each school takes turns in holding it and there are seven tasks.” Ivy explained.
“Okay, so what else is happening?”
They kept talking until Tom cam in around noon and asked if they want lunch. They ordered lunch and talk for another hour until they decided to go shopping for their school supplies.
