Harry and Ron snuck out of the closet they'd been hiding in.
"Hey, look, you're coming out of the closet!" Ron laughed at his joke. Harry scowled at him, then laughed too. They spotted Draco leaving up to the passageways of the seventh floor with Blaise and Pansy. Ron pushed Harry forward and Harry shot him a reproachful glare and followed Draco down the stairs.
Ron went off in another direction to complete his promise of help. Harry followed Draco through the passage ways for a while, never alerting him of his presence. Once they were in the seventh floor corridor, Harry sent a silent signal with his wand to Ron, who was waiting just beyond the end of the hall.
As Draco was passing past the tapestry of Barnabus the Barmy teaching the trolls, there was an explosion of purple and blue sparks. They created a huge multicolored cloud in the hall, obscuring everything else. Harry dashed quickly into the cloud and pulled Draco into a room that had not been there seconds before.
He slammed the door behind him and locked it. Draco looked around in shock, but it turned into a scowl as he caught sight of Harry.
"Only you would do something this stupid, Potter," he growled. "Using the room of requirement to fulfill your dirty little secrets." Harry glanced around and noticed that the room was furnished with a huge luxurious bed and all sorts of romantic stimuli.
"I didn't ask for these," he indicated the objects.
"Then it must have read your deeper thoughts, Potter."
Harry frowned. "I only wanted to talk to you."
"I don't talk, Potter."
"Call me Harry."
"What?"
"Harry. You said it once, I want you to call me that."
"That was a mistake, Potter." Draco said his name acidly. Harry rolled his eyes and moved closer to Draco, who backed away. "We're not doing this," he stated.
"Why not, Draco? I want you, and I know you want me."
"I've already had you, there's nothing left for me."
Harry was stung by these words. "Oh, well in that case, I'm sorry for intruding on your perfect life." Harry was crestfallen and turned to leave, but a hand on his arm stopped him. He turned to see Draco looking at him through his sparkling silver eyes.
"Harry, I'm not good at this," Draco said quietly, and Harry looked at him curiously.
"Good at what?" Draco sighed and let go of Harry's arm.
"Showing emotion. It's not something I was raised with."
Harry nodded understandingly. "Do you want to be with me though?" he asked.
Draco gave him a little smile and kissed him lightly. "Yes, Harry."
"Well, then we'll just have to work it out."
Draco actually gave Harry the first true smile he'd ever seen. Harry's face twisted a little as a thought hit him.
"What?" Draco asked suspiciously, eyeing Harry's odd smile.
"Seamus is never going to let me live this down."
