Bad Day at the Office

Chapter 5: Bad Day at the Office
Tonks arrived at her office in the ministry building. She sat down to a welcoming pile of paper work. After successfully pouring herself a cup of coffee she sat down to look over the case studies that had been left on her desk. A few hours had blown by and Tonks was just staring at the paper work in front of her. Her mind kept drifting back to Remus and her dreams. She was deeply lost in thought, when Kingsley walked in.
“Morning Tonks”! Kingsley said. This made Tonks jump and spill her coffee.
“Oh bloody hell, not again. Kingsley, I’m going to tie a bloody bell around your neck, so I can tell when you enter a room”. Kingsley was taken back by his co workers grumpy mood.
“Something up Tonks”? Kingsley pushed the issue.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t get much sleep last night. Just had some stuff on my mind”. Tonks answered.
“Well, if you need to talk, you know where to find me”. Kingsley stated.
“Thanks”. Tonks really liked Kingsley, he was always kind to her, and never degraded her because of her clumsiness. They had done many cases together. Tonks with her metamorphic skills, and Kingsley’s quick mind they made a great team.
Kingsley left Tonks to her work. A few minutes later Mad Eye Moody walked in.
“Tonks, you’re going to Surrey tonight to watch out for the Potter boy, I’m sending Remus with you.” Mood announced.
“Remus? Are you sure you wouldn’t rather send Kingsley”? Tonks asked hopefully. She knew there was no way she was going to get through the night alone with Remus.
“I have Kingsley on another assignment. Remus has a high senses, he’ll be perfect for the job. The Dursley’s are a main target right now, and he is a former DADA professor. You’ll do well together”. Moody answered.
“Ok ,what time are we leaving”? Tonks asked defeated.
“Sundown tonight”. With that moody left her office.
The rest of Tonks day was highly unproductive. She was too nervous about the night ahead of her. She went through her long day in a daze, and plotting on how to keep her mind out of the gutter.
Tonks finished up the last of her work and apparated back to Grimmauld Place. She entered the kitchen to find Sirius just lounging, looking in a bit of a bad mood.
“Wotcher, Sirius”. Tonks said walking into the kitchen.
“Hey”. He answered grumpily.
“What’s wrong”? Tonks asked sitting down at the table next to him.
“ Harry it my God son. I should be the one checking on him”! Sirius whined.
“The answer is no Sirius”. Remus said sternly from the kitchen door. His voice held authority in it. This made Tonks shiver. “It’s too dangerous, you’re being very pig headed and acting like a child”. The stern lecturing was getting Tonks very hot.
Tonks screamed at her mind to shut up. ‘I’m the one acting like a child’! Tonks said to herself. That only turned her on more. Thoughts filled her head of way Remus would punish her for acting so childish. Tonks shivered again.
“Tonks, are you cold”? Sirius asked ignoring Remus’s speech.
‘No, just really horny, and I want to shag your best friend senseless’. Tonks thought to herself. “No, I’m just a bit tired, I think I’ll go have a shower before we leave”. Tonks rushed up the stairs and into her room.
“Oh, Merlin tonight is going to be rough”. She said out loud as she walked into the bathroom.
