When Severus awoke he found a rather manic looking Harry standing over him, and the tip of the boys wand pressing into his jugular.
A stunned look flickered across the Potion Master\'s face, before he regained his cool facade. Snape smirked and tilted his head up.
\"Going to kill me Potter? Never realized you where that brave.\" Snape snickered and tilted his head to the side. \"Go on then, kill me. Destroy your wicked Professor. You know you want to.\"
Harry lowered his wand and stepped back. \"I\'m not a murderer Snape. I\'m not a killer.\"
\"Well then run away, run off to tell the headmaster! Tell that flea bitten bag of bones that you call your godfather…\"
\"Shut up.\" Harry whispered.
Snape moved to stand, waiting to see if the irate boy would stop him. When Harry made no move to keep him down, Severus rose to his feet.
It was awkward, Snape had to admit, standing nude in the same room as a distressed naked Potter. Very odd indeed.
Severus made his way over to one of the green leather chairs and sat down, burying his face in his hands.
\"Just go Potter, get dressed and go report me.\"
\"You\'ll be sacked.\"
\"I\'ll be given to the dementors more like.\" Drawled Snape.
\"I can\'t do that.\"
Snape let out an exasperated sigh. \"Oh of course not! The noble Harry Potter, how good of you to take pity on a RAPIST.\"
Harry jumped slightly at the last word and shook his head. \"I shouldn\'t have looked in your…\"
\"OH SHUT UP POTTER!\" Snarled Snape, rising out of his chair and striding towards the young man. Harry\'s fingers flexed around his wand.
\"Even someone as simpleminded as yourself should be able to understand the difference between RAPE and invading someone\'s privacy. Don\'t. Be. Thick.\"
\"It wasn\'t rape…\" Harry started, glancing away.
\"Oh really? It wasn\'t rape? Tying you up? Using you? While you begged me to let you go, begged me to stop? That wasn\'t rape?\"
Harry stepped back again, his back now pressed against the wall. \"I mean it was... but it wasn\'t all bad. I mean… it was bad and it hurt, and I didn\'t want to be tied up. But I… I deserved it. Not just because I looked in your pensive, but because… I just…\"
\"Spit. It. Out Potter.\"
\"Cedric, I killed Cedric.\"
Snape sighed and took a step back. \"You did not murder Mr. Diggory, the Dark Lord did. So unless you have a secret identity you would like to confess to, I\'m rather sure you are not to blame.\"
Snape folded his arms over his chest and scowled down at the boy.
Harry slowly took a step closer, Snape flinched as the boy touched his arm. Harry rose to his tiptoes and planted a gentle kiss on Snapes cheek.
Snape recoiled and pushed the boy off him. \"Don\'t be stupid Potter.\" He hissed, still looking quite startled.
\"I just...\"
\"Get dressed Potter.\" Snape turned away and began to gather his clothes from the floor,
\"I\'m sorry, I\'ll leave.\"
\"You\'ll do no such thing. Get dressed. We\'re going to the headmaster\'s office to tell him what happened. He can then contact the ministry.\" Snape snorted. \"Maybe he\'ll call your Godfather and let the beast feed me to his pet wolf, finish what he started in school. I\'m sure he\'d love that.\"
\"I\'m not telling Dumbledore…\"
\"Like hell you aren\'t. Get. Dressed.\"
\"No.\" Harry raised his wand again and pointed it at Snapes back, the tip resting lightly on the older mans spine. \"No. I want… I want you to kiss me. I want you to touch me.\"
\"I think I\'d rather not.\" Purred Snape, as he cautiously turned to face the boy.
\"I don\'t think I care whether you want to.\" Harry replied calmly, raising his wand to point at the other mans neck. \"I\'m telling you to kiss me.\"
