chapter 6
She slowly licks her lips hungrily, his eyes following her tongue’s path. He pulls hers to a sitting position, kneeling before her. She leans forwards and flicks her tongue against his length, asking for more. His eyes narrow in hunger as his finger twine in her hair, pulling her forward. He expects to feel teeth as she opens her mouth and takes him in but only finds her moist warm mouth closing around him. She slides her tongue along him, urging him to move. He holds her head steady as he slowly thrust into her waiting mouth. She closes her eyes in pleasure and enjoys the feel of him, the taste of him as she moans in pleasure. The vibrations of her moaning send him higher and his rhythm picks up, adding his own soft moaning to hers. He doesn’t realize that feeling the pleasure he is experiencing is only adding to her own and making her moan louder and longer. His fingers tighten in her hair, on the edge of his release, forcing her to tilt her head a bit more to take him in deeper.
His body tenses and he calls out her name as he fills her mouth with his juices. She swallows as much as she can, but some still drips down her lips and chin as he finally pulls away. Her tongue snakes out and laps at what she can each as she gives him a satisfied grin. He reaches out and wipes the rest from her chin, presenting the covered finger to her. Her eyes lock on his and she opens her mouth, sucking the finger in to clean it. He growls low in his throat as she sucks the finger deeper into her mouth, sliding her tongue around it before finally letting it go.
“You are insatiable.” He growls huskily.
Her lips spread into a wanton smile. “Yes. I know.”
He rubs his hands across her wrists, releasing them. “I am afraid I need some rest or I will never be able to continue.”
She leans back on the bed, pulling him with her. She snuggles into his chest, surprised when his arms wrap lovingly around her. “Then I shall let you recover before asking for more.”
He doesn’t know why but he suddenly finds himself telling her everything. From the moment he got his letter from Hogwarts as a 1st year student, up to the last few days when he had secluded himself in his rooms. She listens intently, committing every word to memory as she had Albus’ words before. When he finally finishes, she looks up to see his eyes closed, chest rising slowly in exhausted sleep. She sees his whole body and mind is finally relaxed for the first tine since their evening had started. She slowly closes her eyes, falling fast asleep in his arms.
When she wakes gain, it is to the sound of her stomach growling hungrily at her. She notices he had rolled over onto his back, one arm thrown above his head, sometime during the night. She slowly climbs off the bed, careful not to wake him. She slips on a silk robe and walks back into the living area for a bite to eat. She sits in her chair by her tarot cards and silently nibbles on a piece of toast while laying out another reading. She frowns as it again predicts her death, the same cards drawn as the previous 4 times. She silently resigns herself to that fate and walks back to the bedroom, sliding the robe off of her before softly climbing back beside his sleeping form. She wraps an arm through his, content to just feel the slightest touch of his body as sleep reclaims her.
She feels him stir against her, her arms wrapped around him and preventing him from moving without disturbing her. She slides her cheek against his back, placing a soft kiss on his shoulder blade. She shifts his body again and she awakens enough to feel his discomfort. She smiles, pulling her arms away from him so he can move. He quickly disappears into the bathroom and she gets up, pulls the robe back on, and walks into the other room to start some tea. By the time he reappears, clad in a black robe like hers, she has finished the tea and is sitting on the couch watching the fire crackle before her.
He pours himself a cup of tea and sits down next to her, eyes never leaving his cup. “You do realize you cannot breathe a word of what’s happened here to anyone.”
She turns and gazes at him, eyes reflecting the firelight. “Do you truly believe I would?”
He stares at her a long moment, aware that she is still completely open to him. He sets his cup down, and turns, grasping her waist and pulling her onto his lap. “Don’t take offense. I don’t believe you will but it would be against my nature to not warn you.”
She cups his face in her hands, tilting it up so she can look into his eyes. “Then I will stress the fact to you that I would never reveal your secrets to another. They will go with me to my grave.”
He closes his eyes and sighs. He leans his head against her chest, listening to her heartbeat. “I have never had a secret keeper before.”
She smiles. “Neither have I.” She gently brushes her lips against his. “It’s time I remedy that.”
His eyes widen as she tells him everything about her life. She even tells him things she never revealed to Albus about her spying. She tells him the names of the people she was ordered to kill and how she had done it without question. By the time she is done, the sun has fallen and night returned. He glances at the clock and realizes the only have three hours before the door opens again.
He pulls her tighter against him, lifts her up, and carries her to the bathroom. He slides the robe off her body and faces the evidence of his abuse of her for the first time. She feels hurt and shame wash over him at the sight of the bite marks and bruises her body has sustained. She pulls his robe off, revealing his body in the same shape.
Her lips twitch up in amusement. “We are a menace to each other. Thankfully there are potions for this.”
She turns and walks over to a small cabinet, pulling a flask from its depths. She takes a swig before handing it to him. He sniffs it and smirks. “One of my own I presume?”
“Albus snuck it out one night.” She grins as he gulps it down. “Thought it might come in handy.”
He sets the flask down and pulls her with him to the bathtub. He fills it with steaming hot water and lavender scented bubbles. She laughs as he climbs in and grits his teeth against the heat hitting his body. She climbs in after him and sighs as the heat eases her sore muscles.
He pulls a cup from a small corner and slowly wets her hair down, enjoying the feel of it in his hands. The quietly bathe each other, enjoying the feel of such attention for a change.
Once fully clothed again, he follows her back to the living area. She pushes him down into a chair as she walks towards the nearby table. He watches her as she produces more food and drink with a wave of her hand. They eat in silence, content to just be near each other. He looks at her as she pushes her plate away, glad to see the marks and bruises gone from her skin.
She sees him staring and her face turns impassive. “Albus will be here soon. I can feel him approaching.” Her eyes close for a moment, pain crossing her face. When she opens them again, the pain is gone from her eyes. “Severus, I have something more to ask of you before Albus opens the door.”
He sets his cup down, seeing the seriousness in her eyes and suddenly feeling her walls snap up, blocking him from her. “Ask”
“I will not hold you to keeping my secrets like I will hold yours. I only ask you to hold them til my death. At the time you have proof of my death, you must find Albus and tell him everything.” She sighs and looks down at her hands. “He deserves that much.”
“I can do that.” He blinks at her in surprise.
“I want to lock it away with a spell so no one can force you.” She gives him a pleading look. “Will you allow it?”
“Of course.” He whispers without hesitation.
She leans forward, closes his eyes with her fingertips, and whispers the words to a song. No sooner are the words spoken than they disappear from his mind. She leans away from him just as a light knock is heard at the door. She stands up and glances down at him. “You will not be able to speak a word until the words are sang to you.”
He nods his head and she walks over to the door, opening it to allow Albus inside. He looks around and I surprised to find the room in the same condition as he had left it.
“I see you are both still breathing and whole.” He comments.
“Yes, it’s amazing what some potions will fix.” She comments dryly.
Snape rises from his seat and glares at the older man. “Yes we are both lucky to have survived the night.”
Albus blinks in further surprise as Snape sweeps past him and out the door. He frowns down at her in confusion. “Things did not go well?”
A corner of her mouth twitches up. “Now Albus! You know I cannot tell you that!”
He grins. “Ah! I see!”
She follows him out the door and into the night.
