Chapter 40
Love and Magic, What more could you want……
Ok, this is my very first story that I have ever written.
Disclaimer: These are not my characters they belong to J.K. Rowling. I’m just borrowing them. There will be a couple of non original characters.
Summary: Brianna\'s family has been in hiding. She discovers she has magic and is shocked to learn of a whole new world. She makes new friends and falls in love.

Chapter 40:
They thought the night wouldn’t come, but finally it was time to bind Harry to the dagger. They had to wait until the eclipse was at its peek before starting the ritual, but at the same time they only had a few minutes to do it before the eclipse started to descend. Hermione and Ron sat at the edge of the stones, well away from the magical circle. Brianna placed Harry at the center of the circle facing the altar with the dagger. And then, she set up the candles preparing for the ritual to start. Just as the moon was covered by the eclipse Brianna started, dressed in a white ceremonial robe with her hair loose.
Walking along the circle Brianna started in the east…
Lighting the yellow candle, Brianna said. “Elemental Air, I call you near.”
Lighting the red candle, Brianna said. “Elemental Fire, I call you near.”
Lighting the blue candle, Brianna said. “Elemental Water, I call you near.”
Lighting the green candle, Brianna said. “Elemental Earth, I call you near.”
Walking to the center of the circle, Brianna lit the white candle near the dagger and said. “Elemental Spirit, Akaska, I call you near….”
Harry was standing quietly, felt the magic tickle along his skin.
Brianna stood in front of Harry and rose up her hands, casting the various elementals as she called them out….
“I call fourth the four elements, Air (the wind blows), Fire (lightning strikes), Water (a light drizzle), Earth (the sand rises from the ground circling their bodies). Come to me, Akaska, I ask of thee (a light came from Brianna’s body). Five elements now I have called. I ask of thee, come to me.”
Brianna’s eyes become black as the magic surrounded them. Harry becomes nervous but held his ground, more afraid of doing something wrong. Knowing that he was next he placed his hands just above the dagger and spoke in Parseltongue addressing the serpents that were intertwined in the dagger hilt…..
“Thy Serpents here me now, For I call you forth each of thee as we cleanse thee of all thy evil deeds, With the five elements we have given thee, be free and join thee.”
Harry steeped back as the felt the energy being drained from his body as he felt the power in those words.
Brianna completed the power transfer with the dagger by saying….
“With the power of the Ancient Ones, and the power of thy love, I choose the one that speaks to thee, to be the welder of thee.” When Brianna said ‘the one that speaks to thee’, it addressed Harry, the one that spoke in the language of the Serpents.
Brianna released the circle starting with the one she did last pinching the flame out with her fingers as she went….
“Elemental Earth, I release thee. Elemental Water, I release thee. Elemental Fire, I release thee. Elemental Air I release thee. Elemental Spirit, Akaska, I thank thee.”

Brianna was exhausted when the ritual was done. She collected her supplies and looked at Harry.
“You are to carry the dagger now, Harry. It’s yours.” She said as she smiled at him. “The ritual is complete. Lets get out of here before you-know-who comes looking for us.” She said with a wink.
Harry couldn’t agree more. They walked over to Ron and Hermione and portkey’ed back to the edge of the Forbidden forest and walked to Hogwarts. It was almost morning when they finally arrived in Brianna’s room. All four of them collapsed on the bed exhausted.
Brianna giggled. “Why are ‘you’ both so tired?” She asked addressing Ron and Hermione.
“You have no idea what kind of magic you produced, did you?” Hermione asked as her eyes closed.
“It was exhausting just watching.” Ron said just before he started to sore.
Brianna giggled and held Harry close as she too fell asleep.

That morning they started to make plans on the next phase which included Snape and Draco.
“Ok, so I’m going to let Snape take me to Voldemort in Draco’s name. And I’m actually going to go along with his crazy idea of being his ‘queen’. Great. Why do I feel like I’m committing suicide?” Brianna asked looking at those in front of her as if they were crazy. “You are actually serious?” She asked them as she saw them nodding yes. “Ugh!” She throws her hands up in the air.
“You have a portkey permanently on you in case of emergency and we will know where you are by your homing devise. Plus, you have a mind link with Harry, just in case Voldemort try’s to hex you.” Hermione said as she was trying to convince Brianna.
“You do realize that Harry will also know when Voldemort is having sex with me. Or have you forgotten his infatuation with me?” Brianna stated looking at Harry flinch. “What am I to do? Am I truly going to go along with everything and hope that we pull this off? Am I going to actually be ‘evil’ and do as he says until we find our opportune time to kill him?” Brianna was getting a bit frantic. She could only guess what evil things Voldemort could think up. Orgies, torture and killings were on the top of the list.
“Hopefully, it won’t go far until we can end it.” Harry said looking at her. “But, if it does, I know that what ever evil things you do, will be necessary in convincing Voldemort of your loyalty. I’m not happy with it either. Thinking of him or his Death Eaters ‘in’ you is driving me insane. But you’re the only one that can get me close enough to him.” Harry said with frustration.
“Ok, for you Harry, I will play this game. I just hope I don’t loose my soul in the process or be forced to kill anyone. But, I will do my best to avoid it. I cringe to think how I may have to pay for those privileges.” Brianna said with a frown. “To my understanding, when I summon you, you will be in the room but not right there next to me, right? Brianna asked. “I’m to find a way to magically protect you until you reach him, right?”
“Yes on both accounts.” Hermione stated. “By using your elementals. I really don’t see how you could keep it a secret but at least don’t let on to how much you know. Let’s just hope your practice with Occlumency is sufficient to keep these secrets away from Voldemort.” Hermione said with a concerned look in her eyes as she placed her hand on Brianna’s arm for comfort.
“So when should we do this?” Brianna asked Snape.
“I would suggest as soon as possible, this evening even. He has a meeting scheduled tonight and it would be a perfect time to present you as a gift in front of everyone.” Snape suggested with his usual sneer. It was obvious that he was not happy with the way things were progressing. But this was the only plan they had, so he was going to along with it.

Everyone left soon after the decision was made so that Brianna and Harry could have some time together.
Brianna launched herself at Harry and held on tight. He enveloped her in his arms and whispered encouragement to her. He picked her up and carried her to the bed. He undressed her slowly taking his time knowing that this was the last time he would have her in a long while.
“I love you, Brianna. And I want you to be strong. If there was any other way, I would happily end it right now. It’s tearing me up inside knowing that you will be with him.” Harry said with a catch in his throat.
Brianna reached out to him and held him. “Harry, there is no other I would rather be with. I love you and only you! No matter what occurs, know that I would never willingly betray our love. And I promise you, no matter how I may act while with Voldemort, it’s just an act. You are the one I want and you are the one I want winning this war.” Brianna said as she gave him sweet kisses along his face and neck. “I plan on convincing him that he as won me. If I fail then I’m as good as dead. I will do what I have to, to be the best Queen he could possibly have. If I fail, you will fail and that is unacceptable.” Brianna was trying to give him, as well as herself, courage with her words. She needed to convince herself that this is for the greater good. That they were both strong enough to survive this.
They made sweet passionate love all day, gently at first but more aggressive as the day progressed, as they realized that they were running out of time. Harry tried to mark her with every bit of seed he could put into her. He kissed and caressed every part of her, imprinting her into his memory, as she did the same with him. He was truly afraid how this would turn out, but he was determined to win and to have HIS Brianna back, safely!
As the time approached, Brianna bathed and brushed her hair until it shimmered as if by magic. She added a touch of eyeliner and mascara before putting on her best low cut black velvet robes, the one that had a long slit up the side of her dress to reveal her legs. She placed her black cloak over it and grabbed her small black velvet bag. She looked up to Harry with tears in her eyes and as she flicked a tear off her check, she drew him in for a final kiss.
“I love you.” She whispered as she turned and walked to the door.
“I love you, too.” Harry whispered back just as she shut the door behind her.
