What if?

Draco decided that he would sit down and listen as well. He wasn't as good at getting people to read to him as Harry Potter it seemed. Though he had to wonder why Potter had passed out. This book was interesting. 

"Oh dear. " Bella said, frowning. "How many times must I tell Tommy not to play with Weasleys?" 

"Let the boy read to  him." Lucius drawled. "That way we do not have to." 

"I will gladly read to my son!" Bella said, hotly but did not move to collect her son. 

Percy had just finished the first chapter when Ron and Ginny began getting loud again. He hated it when Bill and Charlie pulled their vanishing acts and left them to watch these two. 

"Sorry, but I have to stop my siblings from being terrors." Percy told the boys. 

Harry shook his head rapidly to wake up that had been a good nap. 

"Thas okay!" He said, brightly. "Thank you for reading to us!" 

Tommy nodded as did Draco and a bushy brown haired girl with a pink blanket who'd joined them. 

Percy gave them a smile before rushing off to get his brother and sister.  

"I'm hungry." Harry said, suddenly. "Mama, I'm hungry!" 

Harry ran off to his his mummy while Draco walked Tommy back to their parents.

"Did you enjoy story time, Tommy?" Bella cooed. 

"Oh, yes, it was great." Tommy said, brightly. "Tommy really wanna brew potions now!" 

"Yeah!" Draco cheered. "me too!" 

"Wotcher again, cousins." 

Tonks swept them up into her arms. 

"Charlie felt bad for leaving Percy with Ron and Ginny so we came back." Tonks explained. "What have you two been doing?" 

"The Weasley did story time." Draco told her happily. "We gots to hear Wizard and the Hopping Pot, Three brothers and he read us a Potions!" 

"That sounds like Percy all right." Tonks laughed. "Well, I brought you guys some treats." 

Treats turned out to be chocolate and sandwiches as well as some pumpkin juice out of a thermos. The boys ate four sandwiches each before she'd hand over the chocolate. The three were having a picnic. Tommy fed Jormy then listened to him and got in Tonks' bag and pulled out other foods in containers. Tonks found this funny and unpacked all the food and let the boys go to town on it. Tommy claimed the carrots and dip for himself and wouldn't let either of his cousins have any. 

"Dis is good." Draco said, as he ate a pink fluff salad. 

Tonks wiped his mouth. 

"My dad made it." Tonks replied. 

Draco shrugged and stuffed another spoonful in his mouth. 

"How much can those kids eat?" Sirius heard someone ask. 

Sirius frowned at the person. 

"They're growing boys, Slewyn." He snapped. "and becareful who your criticizing. The Black, Gaunt and Malfoy Houses are in better standing then your House. You'd hate to find out what we could do to you." 

The man paled a bit and picked up his daughter who was demanding his attention so that he could get her her lunch. 

"Er......yes, of course." The man said, quickly. "My apologies, Lord Black." 

Draco shoved a spoonful of the pink fluff salad in Tommy's mouth. Tommy swallowed it and nodded with a hum. He wiped his mouth and decided to try other foods from the picnic. Tonks used this distraction to steal herself a few carrots and eat them. 

Narcissa smiled a bit glad to see the three were actually getting along but she wondered how long this would last. 

Ron and Ginny struggled against Charlie who had them under each arm but he was too big for them to get away. They were very pleased when they were given lunch even if it wasn't as big and diverse as the picnic going on the other side of the car. They both wanted to be over there. 

"I don't  like this one." Ron said, frowning. "Ginny's got mine!" 

Charlie and Percy frowned. 

"No i not." Ginny frowned. 

"Hey." Bill said, coming in. "Which one of you have my corn beef sandwich?" 

"Me." Ron said, holding it up. "What's you got?" 

"Turkey." Bill said, "Trade?" 

"Yeah!" Ron said, eagerly. "I not bite it." 

BIll switched his sandwich and left. He sighed to himself he knew there were seven of them but it wasn't that hard to keep their favorite sandwiches right was it? Ginny liked PB&J, Ron would eat anything but corned beef, the twins liked chicken and ham, Percy preferred honey ham, Charlie liked bologna, cheese and mayo and he liked corned beef. If he could do it why couldn't his mother? He shook his head and rejoined his friends. 

"mmmm......" Tommy hummed, munching on melon. 

"Hey, save some of the fruit for me." Tonks cried. 

"I want some!" Draco cried. 

Tommy frowned showing his annoyance. 

"You can't always eat all the healthy foods by yourself." Tonks sighed. 

"I small I need healthy food." Tommy countered. 

"You'll grow if you keep eating like this." Tonks laughed. "Now what's been going on since I saw you guys last?" 

Draco went on a long winded story of everything he'd done then let Tommy talk. Tommy told his Nymphy all about the mean Aurors and their hurting Jormy. 

Tonks frowned she'd never known Aurors to be that mean before. She'd thought they were the good guys but they'd hurt Tommy and his Jormy? 

"They took your toys?" she asked. "What did they think that your mum and dad would give you dark items to play with?" 

"I know right?" Tommy huffed. "So stupid." 

"Stupid." A voice echoed. A second later another black haired was joining them and grabbing whatever food was within reach to eat. "You forget me!" 

"Wotcher, cousin!" Tonks sang, smiling. "Sorry, Orion but I didn't think you'd want to hang out with us." 

Orion Sirius Black rolled his eyes and continued eating. He normally didn't pay much mind to his cousins but Harry was eating and he didn't like what his daddy had made him to eat. So he'd come over and try to socialize with these guys for now. He began telling them what he'd been doing since getting his school supplies and the hospital. He soon had Draco, Tommy, and Nymphy laughing. He was grinning. Okay his cousins weren't that bad.

Healer Sparrow was in the cabin taking notes on the children. She was going to be their teacher this year. She noted the Tommy opened up when with his cousins but seemed to hate being around everyone else. She found this interesting. 

Tommy giggled some more over Orion telling them about Harry's latest problem when on his broom. A thought occered to him. 

"Maybe he need glasses?" Tommy wondered "His daddy wear them." 

"What a smart little guy you are." Sirius said, rubbing his hand gently into Tommy's head. "Hey, James, Tommy says he thinks Harry needs glasses. Did you have him checked for that when you had him checked for a concussion this last time?" 

"Didn't think about that." James confessed frowning at the boy in his lap. "I'll schedual another appointment." 

"Stop yelling across the car, Sirius, you're hurting Tommy's ears!" Bella said, slapping his arm. "Tommy, does your head hurt again? Do you have another of your fevers? Are you breathing okay?"

"Not too bad, no, mummy, yes, mummy." Tommy answered dutifully. He slapped Orion's hand and grabbed his carrots back. "MINE!" 

"Share!" Orion cried back, and they began a tug of war over the carrot container.

"Here, you go, Tommy, mummy brought you some carrots." Bella took the container and gave it to Orion who shared with Draco and Tonks and gave him a big bag of baby carrots. "eat as many as you want and Kip sent you some of his homeade dressing." 

Tommy lit up and opened the dressing he smelled it. This he did share. His cousins were soon humming as they ate it. He nodded glad that they liked it.
