Draco was walking towards the creature with all the confidence of a Malfoy. Phoenix held her breath waiting for the inevitable comment that would, no doubt get her brother killed.
“You’re not dangerous at all, are you, you great ugly brute.” And there it was. Said with a cocky manor that suggested that he owned the world. Well, that façade went quickly when the ‘great ugly brute’ reared back and sliced his arm to tiny bits. As Draco was screaming something about dying, and Hagrid was carrying him off to the Hospital Wing, Phoenix just shook her head. Her brother was so careless sometimes.
