A/N: I just realized that there has been no snarry interaction yet.

but do not worry. there will be. you will get a little inkling in this

chapter or the next of how they will get together. I believe that

this will be a new way of getting them together.



Shadowama: Yes they will. Draco and Harry are of the same

Element. Element Benders can not have hatred for each other

because they all rely on each others magic to keep spells

going. That is why wiccan magic is more powerful that wizards'.

That doesn't mean that Air Benders can't hate someone of the

Fire Bender persuasion. Wiccans are after all human. But Benders

can't have hatred for someone of the same element.



I hope you like my explanation to your questions on the second chapter.

Chapter 4: Earrings, Necklaces, and Soul Brands.



"Well. Now that everybody is sorted the next step may begin." said

Professor Moore pretending nothing out of the ordinary had happened.



"But professor isn't something wrong with the orbs? Only Harry and

Malfoy were place at the Fire table." Stated Hermione.



"First students please don't call me Professor. I am the same age as

you," with this the class erupted with chatter," Yes, yes shocking.

You may call me Gia if you like. Now about Harry and Draco Fire

Benders are very rare in this part of the world. I only expect

maybe seven in the whole school and less than ten true wiccans."



Professor Moore... Gia walked to the back of the room and grabbed

a box on top of one of the bookshelves. While carrying it up to the

front of the class the students could feel a power radiating from the

simple cardboard box. She placed it on top of her desk at the front

of the room and opened it. When nothing crawled out the students

released the breath that they were holding. Their new teachers in

the past liked the bring in very harmful or annoying creatures on their

first day of teaching.



Gia pulled out five different cases from the box. Four of them looked

like each of the tables but the fifth case was totally black.



'Now students. You are about to be initiated as a wiccan. I have

all of your parents permission to do so. this does not mean that

you are a true wiccan but just until you pass this class when you

graduate. Those of you that are true wiccans will find out then when

your Soul Brand will not remove itself.''



Gia opened the black box and pulled out something that Harry could

only describe as a cattle rod. Were normally the owner brand would

rest was a hallow square.



"I will place this on your forehead and recite a spell. your Soul Brand

will imprint itself on you and it will move itself to were it feels it

should be on your body. After that is done I ask that you then go to

the open door to your left and go into a stall that I have set up

for you. Please remove your clothes and press the red button you

will find. This button will take a picture of you Soul Brand but not any

part of your body because some are in very private places. When

that is done I want everyone to come back to your seats a write

an explanation of what your Brand looks like, how you feel about

it, and on what part of your body does it reside. Any questions?"



Nobody raised their hand so the teacher began. She called the

first name. Kelsey DiDonna was a quiet Slytherin that did her

homework and kept to herself. She had been placed into the

element of Water. She walked up to the professor's desk and

while shaking just a little held still as Gia placed the rod on

her forehead. As soon as Gia recited a spell that nobody could

hear Kelsey started to giggle. She continued to giggle

until the professor took the rod off of her head.



"That tickled" stated Kelsey as she headed to the open door.



The student's names continued to be called. As soon as Malfoy

headed to the open room Gia called Harry's name. He stood up

and walked in front of the teacher. She placed the rod on his

forehead. Kelsey was right it tickled. as soon as she was done

Harry walked to the open door that all the other students had entered.



The room was filled with stalls like those you would see in a muggle

changing room. Harry entered the closest stall and locked the door.

He pulled off his robe and shirt. He saw the Brand on his stomach.

There was no need for him to take anymore off.



On his belly was a snake coiled in striking position. The snake had

his mouth closed but tongue out like he was tasting the air. Surrounding

the snake was an egg. it looked like the snake was in the egg and

around them both was flames of fire. Harry had no idea what it could

mean and what kind of snake it could be. He hit the red button like he

had been told and there was a flash. Harry put his clothes back

on and walked out of the room and took his seat. He picked up a

pen and described his Brand. He the wrote about how he felt about it:



* I feel confused. I sort of understand the snake but the egg and

flames do not make since to me. The brand is on mt stomach.*

"Alright class all of you have handed me your papers. now before

class ends there is one more thing to do to initiate you."



Gia opened each of the last four cases. from each of them she

took a necklace and an earring.



"Originally you would take the earring and it would be placed in

your right ear cartilage but I promised Dumbledore and your

parents that you would have a choice of the hoop earring or a

necklace with your elemental stone on it. Those of you in Earth

your stone would be the Imperial Topaz ( she held up the necklace

and the earring that had the round brown gem in it). Air Benders

your stone is the Sunstone ( this stone was a caramel color with

what looked to be a sunbeam going through it.) Fire's stone is that

of the Onyx ( The gem look totally black until you moved it in

the light. then you could see red fire flickering through out.) Then

there is the Water element. Their stone is none other than the pearl.

( the pearl on the necklace and earring that she held up was a milky

white with every color of the rainbow shining on it.) All of those

who want the necklaces please come and get them. then you may leave."



All but a handful got up and walked to the front. After they were

handed their necklaces and placed them on, they left the room.



Harry looked around and saw that the only ones left were

Malfoy, Ron who was placed in Earth, Hermione who was

placed in Air, Neville Longbottom who was placed in Earth and

Kelsey DiDonna.



"Well kids thanks for having the courage to receive the piercing.

In my culture it is a big deal to receive your Elemental stone."



Gia walked to Hermione who was the closest. She pulled out a

piercing gun and placed it on Hermione's cartilage. Gia squeezed

the gun and put it down. She then took out the stud and placed the

hoop in the new hole. Hermione just look straight ahead and didn't

even flinch the whole time. When Gia was done Harry could see

the round Sunstone resting on her ear with the hoop going through

the gem.



"There that wasn't so bad. now just let me spell the hole healed

so you don't have to put peroxide on it for the next twelve weeks."



After she did that she pierced the rest of the students. Harry

being last.



"I am proud of you Harry for taking the piercing instead of the

necklace. I hope beyond hope that you are true wiccan."



with that she pierced his ear. Harry felt a pop but no pain.

When she put the hoop in he felt a twinge but that was it.



"All right class you may leave now." said Professor Gia.



Harry waited at the door for Hermione and Ron. They walked

down the corridor talking about class.



"We really didn't learn very much today. I mean what are these

Soul Brands the we were given?" Asked Hermione.



"I don't know about that but mine is awesome. I have a lion on

my upper arm of the left side how bout you Hermione?"asked Ron.



"I have an owl on the back of my neck. It looks sort of like Hedwig.

What did you get Harry?"



Instead of telling her he pulled up his shirt and showed her.



"Oh!! I know what that is that is an Ashwinder. They are very rare.

An Ashwinder is a thin, pale grey serpent which is created by any

magical fire which is allowed to burn unchecked for too long. The

Ashwinder rises from the fire and will quickly lay eggs in a secluded

place, after which it will crumble into dust. The eggs give off intense

heat and will ignite anything they come into contact with. Once frozen,

however, they are useful in making Love Potions and relieving ague.

Professor Snape has a picture in the potions lab on one of the walls

have you never seen it?'' Asked Hermione.



"No." Said both of the boys as they had reached the main hallway.



Harry and Ron split up with Hermione as they were going to History

of Magic and Hermione was headed to Ancient Runes.



The rest of the day passed as Harry expected it to. As he laid in

bed that night he fiddled with his new earring and felt that it

was a right fit. He closed his eyes and prayed that Snape was

not going to be a humongous prick tomorrow but he new that

this prayer would not be answered anytime soon.
