Lucius tricks Hermione

"So will you help me Hermione?" LUcius was looking at her with a silent plea, Hermione wanted to help him get Draco back here to help him with the Malfoy buisness, but she was still unsure as to if she should trust the ex- Deatheater.

[Lucius] The only way to get what I want is to send you to find him.
[Hermione] Can u do that? I mean what have you been doing over the last year? Helping people?
[Lucius] My dear, sweet woman. That's what I do - it's
what I live for. To help unfortunate Magicfolk -
like yourself - poor souls with no one else to
turn to.

[Lucius]
I admit that in the past I've been a nasty
They weren't kidding when they called me, well, a death eater
But you'll find that nowadays
I've mended all my ways
Repented, seen the light and made a switch
True? Yes

And I fortunately know a little dark magic
It's a talent that I always have possessed
And here lately, please don't laugh
I use it on behalf
Of the miserable, lonely and depressed
(Pathetic)

Poor unfortunate souls
In pain
In need
This one longing to be thinner
That one wants to stop being a squib
And do I help them?
Yes, indeed
Those poor unfortunate souls
So sad
So true
They come flocking to my Manor
Crying, "Spells, Lucius please!"
And I help them?
Yes, I do

Now it's happened once or twice
Someone couldn't pay the price
And I'm afraid I had to rake 'em 'cross the coals
Yes, I've had the odd complaint
But on the whole I've been a saint
To those poor unfortunate souls

Lucius knew he had Hermione, and she would help him get Draco back home
[Lucius] Have we got a deal?
[Hermione] If I go find Draco, I'll never be with Severus or my friends again.
[Lucius] But you'll have your freedom. Life's full of tough
choices, innit? Oh - and there is one more thing.
We haven't discussed the subject of payment.
[Hermione] But I don't want any -
[Lucius] I'm not asking much. Just an oath, really, a
trifle. What I want from you is . . . your promise.
[hermione] But a promise, how can tha -
[Lucius] You'll have your freedom! Your great mind! And don't
underestimate the importance of body language! Ha!

[Lucius]
The men around here don't like a lot of blabber
They think a girl who's smart is a bore
Yes, in the real world it's much preferred
For witch's not to say a word
And after all, dear, what is idle prattle for?

Come on, they're not all that impressed with mathamatics
True gentlemen avoid it when they can
But they dote and swoon and fawn
On a lady who's withdrawn
It's she who holds her tongue who gets her man

Come on, you poor unfortunate soul
Go ahead!
Make your choice!
I'm a very busy wizard
And I haven't got all day
It won't cost much
Just a promise!
You poor unfortunate soul
It's sad
But true
If you want to help me, my sweet
You've got to pay the toll
Take a gulp and take a breath
And go ahead and sign the scroll!
Blaise, Marcus, now I've got her, boys
The boss is on a roll
This poor unfortunate soul

Hermione looked at the scroll shutting her eyes she signed it giving him the promise he needed, though she had no idea what he would give her for getting Draco back. Lucius smiled pointing at a sea shell. "That is a port key it will take you to Draco, and Hermione good luck with
him," taking the shell Hermione felt the farmiler pull as she dissapeared into the air.

A/N this was Poor unfortunet souls from The little mermaid
