“My parents were Marcos and Zara?” Harry asked in surprise.
“Yes, please tell me that the thought has at least crossed your mind.” Ivy said to him.
“Are you going to explain all this or just sit around all day?” Harry asked, changing the subject.
“Do you even know what the Immortal Council is?”

“That is where I am starting then. The Immortal Council is a representation of the eleven different immortal species that exist on earth. There are two members for every species, which are vampires, werewolves, she wolves, sirens, incubi, elementals, elves, phoenix guardians, light angels, dark angels or death angels, and half-immortal and hybrid beings. I am sure that you have never heard of at least six of the species I mentioned. They gather once every six months to make sure that its laws are being followed. They also gather every time one of the council members has a child to swear to protect and nurture that child. Your father was one of the vampire representatives on the Immortal Council after Voldemort’s Death Eaters destroyed his father when the Council refused to support him. It was different than it is now, back then Voldemort was killing immortals left and right because we would not take sides or even join this war. Everything changed when your parents were told about the prophecy and what it predicted. When your father told the Council about it, they agreed that if there was another magical war involving Voldemort they would throw all of there support behind you. Most of the magical world outside the Immortal Council believes that the Council was destroyed long ago; it is now a bedtime story to little witches and wizards told to them by their mothers. However, they have never realized that its members are right in front of them. About three or four of the pureblood families in Britain and Ireland are connected in some way to the Council. The other vampire representative on the Council at the time your father was Romanian. We have remained hidden among the most respected people in the wizarding world. I believe that in an attempt to make you into less of a target to Voldemort, your parents may have enchanted the vampire in you to hide it. There is no possible way on earth that you could have been born mortal, your mother was turned on your parents’ wedding night, a few months before you were even conceived. Your dream is memory of what happened when you were presented to the Council. The only person that is still alive that could have told you before now is Remus Lupin, no one else besides Sirius and himself knew about your father. I am sorry that I did not tell you before, but I thought that I should wait until you were older so you might understand all of this better.”
“I forgive you, but how do you know so much about this?” Harry asked.
“Do you remember Mama?” Ivy asked him.
“Yes, but what does your great grandmother have to do with all of this?”
“She is head of the Immortal Council and the old woman in your dream. She goes by many names, but the two most popular are Akasha or Freya Grimm. Akasha is the original immortal and Freya Grimm was the wife of Grimwauld. They are both the same person.”
