Cracking the Gold

I\'m thinking of possibly re-writing this into a real described story and everything once it\'s done---whenever that it. :)

Harry shivered, still trying to duck his head down out of reach. Relief washed over him when the hand left, but after a nod to Draco\'s question, his stomach betrayed him and grumbled loudly. He grumbled, trying to keep his eyes off of the food, trying to distract his stomach.


Draco chuckled softly at the sound, shaking his head as he offered the segment of tangerine again, \"Are you sure about that pet?\"


Harry shut his eyes, hopeing that by taking away the view of it, it would calm his stomach. Nope. The smell intensified that much more. Biting his lip, he let his bangs fall forward into his eyes. This was so embarassing and degrading but eventually his stomach overpowered his mind and convinced him to nod his head--that yes, he did indeed need it.


Draco smiled, \"That\'s what I thought.\" He offered it forward again, still just out of reach so that Harry would have to lean forward to get it. But at least he wasn\'t making him eat out of a dish on the floor as he usually did to his pets.


Shuddering softly, Harry leaned forward hesitantly, trying to get at the food without having to touch Draco at all. His stomach thundered as soon as the sweet fruit touched his lips, and he almost groaned in happiness to have food.


Draco chuckled softly again, feeding him each segment of the tangerine in turn, letting him chew and swallow before offering the next piece. He wiped his fingers on his napkin when it was gone, brow arching agian, \"Something else you\'d like pet?\"


Harry ate everything hungrily, forgetting the position he was in until Draco spoke again, and he was brought back to reality. \"I...I\'m fine...\" He wasn\'t going to admit he needed anything from this oaf of a wizard.


Draco smiled, resuming trailing his fingers through his new pet\'s hair, \"I\'m surprised really that he didn\'t keep you for himself. He has a certain fondness for pets that look like he did. Never been sure why.\"


Harry almost scowled, shuddering at the thought. He\'d seen enough of Voldemort to believe that anything would be better than that hell. Harry did his best to shy away from Draco\'s touch yet again. it creeped him out how Draco seemed to be enjoying this. It made sense if it was a girl, but---Draco?? He couldn\'t be...


He shrugged then, unfolding from his seat. He debated a moment before flicking his wand at the other man again, the single length of leather he\'d been bound with, wrapped around and around his arms crawled upwards, re-positioning itself, a single seamless loop around Harry\'s neck, another around his elbows and another around his wrists, the tail snaking down between his legs to the front, giving Draco a leash to lead him with. He smirked again, catching the end as it flicked itself free, \"Shall we then?\"

Storm I thought it was a rather interesting concept. I admit it\'s rather hard to try to make them sound character like--at least a bit canon--or even brittish for that matter, but I\'m trying. ^^; My co-rp\'er is doing fine I think (she\'s Draco) I\'m thankful to hear that our styles of writing aren\'t boring. ^-^

Anon I wasn\'t sure on that whole \"Voldie won\" thing either, but I figured it was something new, as everything I\'ve read has had Harry winning...plus we need to keep in mind that (I\'m pretty sure) the books have said/are hinting that Harry needs to die if Voldemort is to win, and Voldie needs to die if Harry\'s to win...so really---has the war been concluded?

LPhoenix Wrong to think that? Mwaha...my dear--that is why I wrote this. I think that this is definately the power ways. I like reading ones with Harry in power--but it just seems completely out of context if Draco\'s submissive--especially when he\'s weepy and all that. Doesn\'t fit in my mind. I just find it funny. ^^; Lol, and are you bowing to Draco the Master too now? He might enjoy that.

ura Ahh, bewarned then ura. So far I personally don\'t think he gets very hurt---but he might in the future. I will try to write a little thing at the top for you if he does, just so you know. :)
