Love and Magic, What more could you want……

Ok, this is my very first story that I have ever written.

Disclaimer: These are not my characters they belong to J.K. Rowling. I’m just borrowing them. There will be a couple of non original characters.

Summary: Brianna\'s family has been in hiding. She discovers she has magic and is shocked to learn of a whole new world. She makes new friends and falls in love.

Chapter 35:


“Oh My God! Get up Harry, we’re late!” Brianna said as smacked Harry on his bottom.

“I am so sorry guys, but we have to go meet Remus.” Harry said as he was grabbing his pants to get dressed.

“Has anyone seen my bra?” Brianna asked looking around frantically.

“Oh, is this it?” Ron asked with a bra strap dangling off his finger, swinging it around playfully.

“Damn it, give that back.” Brianna said as she was laughing.

“Come and get it.” Ron replied with a mischievous grin.

Brianna made a dive and caught it just as she was falling and smacked right into his nude body. Ron stole a kiss while Hermione laughed at his cleverness. Brianna broke the kiss once she felt Ron let go of her bra.

“Sneaky, very sneaky.” Brianna replied shaking her finger at him.

“Yeah, but brilliant.” Harry said with a smile.

They said their goodbyes, got dressed and ran out the room leaving Ron and Hermione behind.

“Damn Harry, we’re really late.” Brianna said. “Remus said he was going to take the potion, right?” She asked as they were running out of the castle.

“Yeah, that will make him a normal wolf. It should be a lot of fun running around with him instead of being stuck at the Shrieking Shack all night.” Harry said with a smile.

They removed their clothes at the edge of the woods and placed them next to Remus’. Brianna changed into her panther form and ran into the Forbidden Forest before Harry had a chance to stop her.

Harry had completely forgotten to tell Brianna about having to do a cleaning spell before entering the woods to remove her human scent. Normally, any human scent would scare the wolf off. But tonight it won’t matter. Instead of running off, the wolf would actually be running to her. Harry did a quick cleaning spell on himself and chuckled as he changed to a lion.

Brianna was running in the woods just ahead of Harry. She was so excited to run with her friend. The last time he was unable to take his potion and turned into the werewolf instead. But tonight would be different.

The wolf stopped in mid-stride as he caught the smell of something familiar. His instincts kicked in and he ran towards the enchanting smell. A majestic female panther came into view. The wolf ran right up to her and started to sniff her. Normally a wolf would not be attracted to a panther, but he was no ordinary wolf.

Brianna was so happy to see him that she began to rub her neck along the wolf purring. The wolf saw this as an invitation and mounted her. She gave the best squeak that a panther could and stood still. The wolf had already entered her and was rocking against her. She noticed how he swelled up inside her. She really had no other option and figured she might as well enjoy herself.

Harry was in no hurry to catch up with Brianna, and he had no intentions in interrupting Remus and Brianna’s tryst. There was no point in it really without someone getting into a fight and he knew Brianna cared too much about Remus to do so. Plus, the three of them had had a few nights together anyway. This was just a new way of doing it. The lion hid behind some bushes to watch the panther and wolf engage in sex. It was really quite interesting to watch.

After 30 minutes the wolf slid off the back of the panther exhausted. The lion walked out and the panther swatted him playfully. Harry knew that this meant that she knew he forgot to inform her of a very important detail. She smelled of sex and that to a wolf, normally a werewolf, would be entirely too tempting. The three of them ran off together, enjoyed their run in the woods, stopping by a small creak for some water.

That morning all three of them changed back into their human forms. Remus was embarrassed and sheepishly smiled at Brianna.

“I am so sorry that I did that to you. I know now that the greeting you gave me was not for sex.” Remus said blushing.

“That’s ok. Harry forgot to inform me about the cleaning spell to remove ‘all’ human scents.” Brianna looked at Harry and raised her eyebrows at him. “Why did you forget to tell me?” Brianna really wasn’t upset. But she was put in an awkward position and she had never thought to approach either of them that way since they were different animagi species.

Brianna thought of something and about panicked. “Remus! I always thought wolves mated for life?” Brianna asked concerned. Harry was her love for life and she didn’t want to start something that could possibly destroy Remus.

“Actually, most of the time wolves do, but not always. Now If I had met someone like me or someone with a wolf animagi, then there might be a problem. With you being a panther and human, it was just a fling as it always has been.” Remus said with a wink.

“I know your Harry’s girl, so there is no need to be concerned.” He added more seriously as he turned to finish getting dressed.

Brianna didn’t like the look on his face. He was lonely and she knew it. Thankfully, their time together made things easier for him but it still made her sad.

Brianna walked up to Remus, hugged him and pressed her head against his back. He leaned back into the hug. “Remus, did you ever have a mate?” She asked quietly.

“Yes, once.” He whispered. “Sirius had been my mate since school, just after he became an animagi.” Remus turned and put his head on her shoulders and softly cried. Harry came up and hugged him as well and cried for the loss of his Godfather that died two years ago.

Harry and Brianna walked Remus to his room and stayed with him for a while. He was fine by the time they left. Brianna wondered if there was any other non-registered animagi out there that just happened to be a wolf.

Just as they got to their rooms, bathed and laid down to sleep, Hermione barged into their room, just as she did the previous morning, this time with Ron in tow.

“I thought you put a locking charm on that door, Harry.” Brianna said as she struggled to get up.

“I did, but that wouldn’t stop Hermione.” Harry said laughing. Brianna thought he was in too good of a mood after running all night.

“Harry, how can you be so happy? We haven’t slept all night.” Brianna said with a yawn as she slowly got out of bed, put on her silk robe and sat down on the couch. Harry pulled on a pair of pants and walked over to Brianna with a pepperup potion. Without asking she took it and found that she was suddenly awake and ready to find out what had Hermione all worked up.

“You guys are not going to believe this.” Hermione giggled. “I found what we need to defeat Voldemort.”

Brianna quickly tossed a silencing spell against the door with the wave of her hand. Ron jumped.

“Brianna, what did you just do?” Ron asked impressed.

“Silencing charm.” Brianna stated, as if it was no big deal. Ron looked at her with wide eyes.

“So, what is this about Voldemort?” Brianna asked ready to get to the point before they missed breakfast. She was too tired to eat before, but now that she was awake, she was starving. Well, that and she was curious about what Hermione found out.

“What we need is a dagger called the Nasek. It’s a dagger with six spikes thrust into the hilt to represent the six Ancient Ones that created it and each of them gave the dagger a part of their powers. The hilt itself is fashioned with many intertwined snakes and the blade is serpentine and is unbreakable. I am sure you can guess what powers were given to it.” Hermione asked raising her eyebrows, waiting for an answer.

“The Elements. But wait, you said six…I only know of five elements.” Brianna stated confused shaking her head.

Hermione giggled. “The sixth power was the gift of a special language. A language that only the dagger can be controlled by.”

“Parseltongue!” Harry said suddenly.

“Yes. Unfortunately, the dagger was used for evil purposes. So, we will have to do a ritual to cleanse the blade of its past deeds, and then we must do another ritual to bind it to you Harry, so that you alone can weald it.” Hermione said looking at Harry’s expression.

With a very serious look, Harry asked. “What evil deeds did it do and how are we to find a dagger that has been hidden probably for centuries?”

“This is where Ron comes in.” Ron gave a started look. “Ron, you will have to contact your brother Charlie only he can help us find the dagger.” Hermione said.

Hermione then looked at the others and continued. “The war was mainly between the King of Uldrurin and Man. But Elves died too. When Man fought back, the King stabbed the blade into the earth and commanded serpents to multiply and breed into new beasts. These beasts were flying serpents with black venomous blood. “

“Dragons!” Ron said thrilled that he for once was able to keep up.

“Yes! Once the man defeated the King of Uldurin, the Nasek was seized and was hidden in a sealed stone chamber in the desert where the dragons infested the land.” Hermione said taking a deep breathe before continuing. “Ron, if anyone knows where these dragons are, Charlie would.”

Ron didn’t think twice. He ran over to Brianna’s desk and started to write the letter asking Charlie to come and visit. Just as he started to fold the parchment, Hedwig tapped on the window. Harry ran over and opened it to allow her to fly over to Ron.

“Whew, I was really concerned that Pig was going to ask to take this. Romania is entirely too far for him.” Ron said as he walked over and tied it onto Hedwig’s foot.

“Take this straight to Charlie and no one else.” Ron said, just as Hedwig flew off.

“How long do you think it would take her to get the letter to Charlie?” Ron asked Harry as he walked over to the couch and sat down next to Hermione.

“I don’t know, probably a few days.” Harry replied. He really didn’t know but hoped they would hear from Charlie soon. Harry was concerned. All they really knew is that the dagger was hidden in an enclosed in a chamber, in the desert that was infested with dragons. Oh, joy!

“Hermione, do you have any clue how we are going to get into that chamber and get the dagger out?” Brianna asked turning on the couch and tucking her legs under her. “I don’t mean to sound negative here, but the chamber has been sealed for centuries and how do we know that there aren’t spells involved to keep it sealed.”

“I have a clue, but I want to do a bit more research before I say anything.” Hermione said with a far away look. “I promise you, it will be possible.”

Brianna was happy with that. Hermione will not let her down.
