Harry Thinks

I hope that everyone is enjoying this story. I would ask that you please please review! If you review it makes me write faster. I have the next several chapters written, but maybe I will slow down a bit with the posting and see if anyone will review. I don't like to get to far ahead because the things that you say helps me to decide where I am going.

Felicia felt horrible about what had transpired. She wanted to have sex with Harry, but she did not want to marry him. She was too young for marriage. She wanted to live her life for a while, possible travel and see the world. A husband was never part of her immediate plans. She knew about the marriage laws, but she had hoped that she would be gone out of the country before her name was listed and by the time she came back it wouldn’t matter anymore. Now because of her stupidity she was stuck.

She knew that Harry had just lost his first wife, whom he loved, in an accident not very long ago. She didn’t want to be bound to a man who was still in love with another woman. When she married, she wanted it to be to a man who would love her with all of his heart, not only half.

She thought about confessing to her father about the potion and how she had tampered with it, but she didn’t know if it would do any good. He was bound and determined to have Harry as part of their family. She decided that she needed to talk to Harry and tell him the truth about what happened. If she was going to have to marry the man, she wanted to start the marriage out with the slate cleared. She knew that he was going to be irate, but she was willing to deal with the consequences.

She went to the floo and called out Harry’s name.

Harry was sitting in the living room staring into the fire lost in his thoughts. He couldn’t believe that he was going to be married again. He really wanted nothing more than to be left alone, but fate was transpiring against him. First Ginny had tricked him, and now because he couldn’t keep his hands off a seventeen year old virgin he was being forced again. When was he going to learn to stay away from women? They were definitely going to be his down fall in life.

“Harry?” he heard his name called.

Snapping out of his reflections he saw Felicia’s head in the fire. “Felicia,” he said.

“Can we talk?” she asked.

“Sure, do you want to come through?”

“How about we meet for lunch? Somewhere away from everyone listening in.” she didn’t want her father to hear what she was going to say.

Harry was intrigued. He wondered if she was going to try and seduce him. He hoped so! No, damn it, wait a minute! He shook his head and cleared his thoughts. What was it about this witch that immediately made him think of shagging her? “How about we meet at the Leaky Cauldron in an hour?” that would give him time to shower and change.

“Ok, Harry, I will see you then,” she said.

“Hey, how is Draco this morning?” he asked in spite of himself.

Felicia laughed. “If my sister doesn’t kill him, the public humiliation will! Bye!”

Harry groaned. He had forgotten about the article in the paper. He hoped that the Leaky Cauldron wouldn’t be busy. The last thing he wanted was to hear anymore about that!

Arthur took one last look around the room that he had been sharing with Molly in Harry’s house. He had packed all of their personal belongings and decided it was time for him to go home. Ron had moved in with Luna, Fred into his own home with Pansy, George and Hermione were living in Hogsmeade, and Ginny and Molly were gone. Harry would soon be bringing his new bride home and Arthur thought that they would need their privacy. It was time to go home where he belonged.

Muttering a spell, he shrunk all of their belongings down and put them in his pocket. He closed the door on this chapter of his life. It was time to move on.

He watched Harry walk out of the bathroom and called his name. “Harry,”

“Hey. I was just going to go out to meet Felicia,” he said.

Arthur smiled. He knew that Harry was a good boy and would do the right thing. “I just wanted to let you know that I would be moving back to the Burrow today.”

“What! No! You can stay here!”

“Harry its time. You need your privacy with your new wife, and I need to move on with my life. Staying here I won’t be able to think and heal.”

“But I need you!” he cried. He was tired of loosing everyone that he loved. “I don’t want to be alone!”

“Harry! You will always have me! I will be just a floo away. If you ever need me I will always be here for you.” Arthur said pulling Harry in for a hug.

“Everything changes so fast! One minute we are all here and happy and the next everyone is gone and the ones left behind are alone and miserable!”

“I know exactly how you feel. First this war killed so many of my friends and family, and now this accident! I know how you feel! I do believe that the world must go on though. Ginny wouldn’t want you to spend your life alone and miserable, just like Molly wouldn’t want that of me. Life is so short, and so unpredictable. You have a capacity to love and love deep. Leave the past where it belongs, and look to your future. As much as it hurts right now at this minute, you will be happy again! Now, my boy, I will see you soon!” he said leaving Harry standing there before he started to cry.

Harry watched the only father he had known leave. He was sad, but he knew that Arthur was right. It was time to move on. He loved Ginny as a sister and as a friend, but he knew that she was not his soul mate. Perhaps Felicia was, and he was anxious to see how well they would get along. He liked her well enough before he shagged her, and the shagging part was incredible. He had never felt like that before. There was potential there in that relationship.

Draco sat at his father’s desk wondering what had become of him. He thought that perhaps he should have immediately gone after him when the giant abducted him, but he really just wanted peace for his wedding day. Draco snorted to himself at that thought. He and Potter had caused more of a ruckus than Lucius ever would have. Of course, he wouldn’t even be able to soon forget it either, because it was on the front page of the newspaper. Every witch and wizard in the world was probably laughing over his foolishness at this very minute.

He had spoke to Katie and she had agreed to postpone their honeymoon until they figured out where Lucius was and the mess between Potter and Felicia was straightened out. He felt bad for Potter with that. The poor wizard had a knack for getting him self into one sticky situation after another. He did think it was a bit crass of Charles Bell to demand that Potter marry his daughter after a shag session, especially since Potter’s wife had just died, but there wasn’t much he could do about it. Draco thought that it might prove to be entertaining to have Potter as a brother in law.

Standing and walking to the window Draco gazed out into the woods that his father disappeared into. He thought for a moment about how surprised he wasn’t that Lucius hadn’t made it back home yet. He had expected him to show up last night, if not first thing this morning. He supposed he would need to go see Hagrid. Perhaps he could get Potter to go with him. That dunderhead Hagrid had never been one of his favorite people, but he would do anything for Potter.

Harry arrived at the Leaky Cauldron before Felicia. He sat in a back booth away from all of the amused stares that followed him in and kept a menu up to block his face. He didn’t want anyone to notice him that hadn’t already done so. He could feel the mirth bubbling through the room and knew that most people were dying to start laughing at his expense. He almost thought he was being paranoid, but then remembered the picture in the paper. He would have been laughing at himself too if it hadn’t been him in a dress.

Felicia walked through the door and Harry saw her look around. He waved to get her attention and she smile when she saw him. She walked to the back booth and joined him. “Are you hiding back here?”

Harry blushed. “Definitely.”

“Draco hasn’t left his study this morning. He is hiding also. You two sure made asses out of yourselves. I didn’t even know that the two of you were friends.”

Harry laughed. “Were not!”

“Well you could have fooled me. The two of you were acting like you were best friends last night.”

“Yeah, we were having a good time.”

“Harry, I wanted to meet with you because I needed to tell you something. I am not proud of myself right now.”

“This wasn’t your fault, Felicia. I should have kept my hands to myself,” he said blushing again.

“Actually Harry,” she blushed, “It was my fault.”

“How could it be your fault? You were a virgin for Merlin’s sake!”

“That was the problem. I was a virgin, but I didn’t want to be any longer. You were so cute and you have such a sexy smile. You have the most beautiful eyes! I just couldn’t help myself!” she said.

“I don’t get it?” he said bemused.

“A friend of mine from school gave me an aphrodisiac potion. I poured some of it into your hangover potion. That’s why you tasted something different.”

Harry stared at her dumbfounded. “You did what?” he gasped.

“I am so sorry, Harry! I didn’t know that it was going to turn out that way! I just wanted you to make love to me!” she cried.

“Then why didn’t you just ask? You’re beautiful! I would have shagged you!” he shouted. He couldn’t believe it! Tricked by another woman. “Do you know what you have done?” he demanded.

“I am so sorry! I will talk to my father and try to straighten this all out!” she sobbed. “I never meant for any of this to happen. I didn’t even want to get married yet! I wanted to travel and live my life! I just wanted to do something fun for once!”

Harry looked at the crying girl in front of him. He definitely knew what she meant by wanting to do something fun. “I wish that you hadn’t have given me that potion,” he said with a sigh.

“I am sorry. I just wanted to go to bed with you, not marry you! I promise you, I will go to my father and tell him the truth. I will get us out of this!” she said with conviction.

Harry closed his eyes in frustration trying to calm himself. He knew that her father was not going to relent. He could force the matter and refuse to marry her based on the potion that she had given him, but it would only draw more attention to him. Not only would he be the laughing stock for falling for such a trick, but also she would not look good either. She would be perceived as a whore and a liar. He didn’t want that for her either.

“I need to think about this, Felicia,” he said softly. “I will come and see you tomorrow at this time.” He lightly rubbed his hand across her cheek and left.

“Now what?” she asked herself.

A/N:
So tell me, do you think that Arthur and Alabaster should hook up? I have a little side plot going on for them if you think so, and if not, what should I do with Arthur? Do you think that Rose Parkinson should get caught for abducting Lucius? Should we just dispose of him and nobody ever know any better? And what about Luna and Ron? Should Ron know what his wife has been doing? Do you want to see Harry marry Felicia, or should he just refuse and do something else with his life?
