Chapter Three

Chapter Three

“The attachment they have towards each other isn’t normal,” Remus said quietly, watching as Harry poured himself another drink.

“You can say that again,” Ron said sourly. “The man is so old!”

Remus glared at the younger wizard. “That wasn’t what I meant. I was talking about how when they came out they were instantly a couple. Wizards don’t have mates like this and I have never heard of an instant ‘hook up’ as you young people call it ever.”

“You obviously have never been to the same pubs I have,” Harry said dryly. “Why the worry? Remus, it’s silly to agonize over something we have no power over. Here, have a drink.” He poured the werewolf a couple of fingers of fire whiskey, handing it over to him. “I would have thought you would be happy that Sirius was back.”

“I am,” he told him. “I’m very happy.”

“Who are you trying to convince?” Harry inquired, leaning back in his chair. “Me or you?”

“I realized after Sirius fell into the Veil that as long as I had known him…” He took a sip of his drink. “That I didn’t know him all that well. I should have trusted him, but I didn’t. He was my friend, but I went with the masses thinking that he killed Peter. We’ve spent more time apart than we ever did together and now this? I haven’t been much of a friend.”

“You think too much,” Harry told him casually. “You know what you need?”

“A drink?” Remus asked lightly.

“No,” he said shaking his head. “A mind blowing lay. That is what you need. There is nothing on earth quite like a mind blowing lay to get one to shut up and stop thinking.” He finished his drink. “Are you going to find Tonks and get that?”

“Tonks and I broke up,” Remus told him. “Seems she is head over heels in love with one Severus Snape. And he, by the by, is just as crazy in love with her.”

“Wow, I would never have thought she would go for that greasy git,” Ron muttered, reaching over and grabbing the bottle of fire whiskey.

“To each his own,” Remus murmured.

“So, Ron, you are going to be a dad three times over?” Harry asked him.

Ron went red in the face and mumbled something that had the other two saying, “What?”

“The twins are having twins,” he muttered. “I am going to be a father of five.”

The other two were silent a moment before Harry started busting up laughing. Remus was soon laughing as well. Ron walked off muttering to himself about how he didn’t have any real friends any more. Harry looked over to Remus as the laughter was dying down.

“Okay, now talk to me,” Harry said. “Ron is gone and we can talk without unintelligent interruption. What is it about the bond that they have that upsets you?”

“Alright!” he said in a resigned voice. “I have seen this kind of thing before, but only with magical creatures, specifically in werewolves.”

Harry sipped on his drink and said, “And that worries you in them because?”

“What if the veil has somehow changed them? You saw how Hermione was with him and how he’s been since the moment he’s left the veil. The amount of knockout potion would have killed the average wizard, Harry. They gave him ten times the amount and it barely scratched the surface and this to get her away from him. And that in itself should have alerted us that he had gone through some physical change, but what we don’t know because whatever it is we can’t detect because we’ve never encountered it before.”

“And Hermione?”

“She’s changed too,” he said quietly. “Did you see her hair? It’s smoother as if she had used that product Friz-B-Gone, but we know for a fact she couldn’t have as she’s been in a coma for a week and a half.”

“Her eyes are a little different now that you mention it. They look like fire whiskey now, before they were a rather ordinary light brown,” Harry whispered.

“You are like a brother to her aren’t you?” Remus asked with a chuckle. “Did you look below her chin?”

“I did,” Harry said. “But that has nothing to do with why I didn’t notice what was there. So do tell, what’s changed there?”

“Her breasts, which have always been a sight to behold, are now a little higher, rounder, and have just enough jiggle to them to make a man admire them far closer up,” the older wizard said softly. “And why exactly didn’t you notice her below the neck?”

“I’m gay,” he answered, pouring another drink.

“That would do it,” Remus murmured. “So are you involved with anyone?”

Harry thought it over before he spoke. “There are a few men I have relations with. Nothing serious mind you, but they are good men and I am somewhat relieved they don’t want a relationship.”

“You’re just in it for the ride, I take it?” Remus asked sounding sour.

“No, I’m young and I like sex,” he told him. “As for love, I have time. It doesn’t help that I have yet to meet the man to keep up with me in the sack. That in itself is very disconcerting as you can well imagine.”

“I like women.”

“I know,” Harry murmured, not sounding happy about that at all.

“And men.” At this Harry’s brows arched. “I’m bisexual. Not many know about it other than the few men I’ve been with over the years.” Remus stood up putting his drink aside and yanking Harry to his feet. “And now you, pup.”

Harry stared at him in shock as he was pulled out of the sitting room over to Remus’s bedroom.

“By the time I’m done with you, Harry, three things will be very clear to you.”

“What?” Harry breathed.

“One, you won’t know any time of day or night that I won’t be fucking you,” he said, pushing him to the bed. “Two, your so called stamina will be stretched along with that sweet ass of yours.” Remus whipped out his wand stripping Harry naked.

“And three?” Harry moaned when Remus leaned over and kissed him just above the thick thatch of pubic hair and hard on.

“That you belong to me from now on.”

Hermione snuck out of the room. She had needed to go to the bathroom, bathe and think. Everything seemed to be going so fast. What had happened to the holiday she had been planning to take? She had wanted to travel on the motorcycle up to Scotland, staying at hostels along the way. Yet, it looked to at least her, that her holiday was taken over by her job, yet again. She finished showering and went over to the kitchen.

This turned out to be a mistake as Ron was there with none other than Lavender. She was sitting there crying on his shoulder. With any luck he told her that he was riding more than her bareback. Hermione went over to the kitchen without saying a word to either of them, as she didn’t have the patience to do so. She fixed herself a simple cereal breakfast along with some juice and was contemplating eating it over the sink when Sirius slipped up behind her.

“You let me sleep,” he growled.

“Yes,” she said quietly turning to face him. “Help me to sit on the sink, please?”

A moment later she was sitting on the sink nibbling on her breakfast as she quietly murmured to Sirius about wanting to get out of the house that day.

“I was thinking we could get out for a walk or how about we go to Diagon Alley?”

“Sounds good,” he murmured, as he used his thumb to brush away a drop of milk on her lower lip. He licked the milk away, savoring the flavor of the woman. “But I think we should wait until you have more energy to do so, angel.”

She let out a long sigh. “I know you’re right.” He fed him another bite of the cereal just as they started hearing Ron and Lavender start moaning and talking. Frowning she looked over to the connecting door and flicked it shut with her wand. “I wonder if he knows?”

“What?” Sirius asked, stepping between her legs.

“That she’s faking it,” she replied.

Frowning he inquired, “How can you tell?”

“No one should sound that coherent mid-sex,” she said dryly.

He smiled. “Is that so?”

She nodded. “Take right now for example—you are standing between my thighs and I can’t remember what we were talking about before.”

“Is that so, my angel?” He leaned closer to her as he pulled her hips closer to himself. “We were talking about Lavender Brown faking her excitement as it were.”

“Hmm, that is sad.” She nuzzled his neck as she set down what remained of her breakfast. “Sirius, I…we need to…Merlin, you taste like sin…Upstairs!”

Laughing he scooped her up off of her up and vanished straight up into the bedroom.
