Part 3
Draco finally came too in a locked storeroom somewhere in Hogwarts castle. On first inspection the blonde found that he wasn’t seriously injured, but his chest burned with pain and as he stood he found he couldn’t put too much pressure on his left leg. Quickly, his thoughts went to Harry; where he was and HOW he was. He knew that he was alone in the small dark room, and he knew he had to find Harry fast.
Luckily the Slytherin bullies hadn’t thought about removing Draco’s wand, and he blasted to door open. Reaching into his pocket again, Draco pulled out the Marauder’s Map (something that Harry and Draco used a lot to avoid being picked on most of the time) and scanned over it desperately searching his boyfriend’s name. Draco found it, unmoving, in an old classroom on the floor above where he currently was. He ran off as fast as he could with a sore leg, slipping around corners and doubling up on stairs. Finally he found the room, opened the door and walked in.
Tears sprang into Draco’s eyes as soon as they settled on Harry, lying there, so still, on a table with his hands pinned beneath him, legs dangling over the edge and his own tie constricting his neck.
Draco immediately went to his boyfriend’s aid, pulling desperately at the red and gold tie. As soon as he came closer, the blonde couldn’t help but notice the blood running freely down Harry’s legs and the numerous bite marks covering his neck and lips.
When the tie was removed, Draco bent down to listen if Harry was breathing; he wasn’t.
Without being able to think of anything other than saving Harry, Draco lifted up his still naked and bound boyfriend and left the room, knowing that he had to get to the infirmary. Draco didn’t know if it was lucky or not when he passed no one in the halls – everyone must have still been in Hogsmeade.
Rounding on more corner, Draco burst through the double doors and yelled for Madame Pomfrey. The medi-witch hurried out of her office to see what all the commotion was about. When she saw the small boy hurt and not breathing she levitated him onto a bed and set to work on her patient.
Draco stood to the side of Harry’s bed, angrily wiping tears from his eyes and desperately hoping that he survived.

It was a solemn Monday morning when Dumbledore stood up in front of the entire Hogwarts population and informed them of a gravely unfortunate event that had occurred two days prior.
Harry Potter had been attacked while walking through the halls of the school and ultimately killed.
Only the staff had been informed earlier of the true circumstances surrounding Harry’s death; the beating, rape and strangulation by one of their very own students.
Later that day Marcus Flint was pulled from class, officially expelled, had his wand snapped and shipped to Azkaban before the sun set. It seemed that there was enough evidence on the deceased boy (a Slytherin tie with the initials MF, and a copious amount of semen) for the Ministry to forgo a trial and convict the perpetrator there on the spot.
Flint wasn’t the only student that left the school that day. Draco Malfoy also pulled himself from Hogwarts due to the sudden loss of his boyfriend, his love, his Harry.
None of the teacher protested his decision.

In a small quiet cottage, in the middle of nowhere, upstairs in the only bedroom, two boy’s – one with dark hair, one with light – cuddled up to each other after another day of freedom.
Harry Potter smiled contently as he tucked his head underneath Draco Malfoy’s chin and the blonde boy began to gently stroke his back.
It had been two weeks since the gravely unfortunate event occurred, and Harry and Draco were moved from the school to this unplottable location. Harry, indeed, hadn’t died after his rape and attempted murder, but with the counsel of Dumbledore, McGonagall and Snape, the boy’s had been pulled from school, with a cover story, as the only way anyone knew how to stop the brutal bullying.
The three teacher’s who knew of the boy’s true whereabouts flooed over to the cottage every afternoon to tutor them in all of their classes so that they would still be able to become fully trained wizards.
McGonagall thought that it was unnecessary to have told Hogwarts (and thus the rest of the wizarding world) that Harry Potter had been killed, but Dumbledore countered that it would be to their advantage when the time came to face Voldemort.
As for Harry and Draco, they agreed readily at the move. They were willing to do almost anything if only to stop the bullying.
Draco snuggled down into the warmth of the blankets and kissed the top of Harry’s head.
“I love you, Harry,” he whispered.
The raven-haired boy smiled. “I love you too, Draco.”
And with another soft kiss, the couple fell asleep in each others embrace.
The End
