part 3

AN: I'm listing them as parts because when I worte this, I didn't section them off into chapters, I just wrote.

The weeks pasted like days to Harry, going to class and avoiding Snape, though thinking about him often. Thinking about the night that they spent together, however wishing that he could just forget all about it and move on with his life, but he couldn’t because every time he closed his eyes he could see the image of his potions master fucking him into that desk, his elegant hand entwined in a mess of dark hair, his hair.

It was the middle of September now and the trio had just gotten out of Defense class, their last class of the day. They’re we’re walking back to the Gryffindor dorms to put their books away before dinner. They’d chosen to meet back up in the common room after changing, so that they could walk down to the great hall together, like they did most days. Harry though wasn’t feeling well but didn’t say anything to his friends, if he had, Hermione surely would have fussed over him and Ron would have told him to go see Madame Pomfrey, which he didn’t want to do. He’d spend more than enough time in the infirmary over the past six years, he didn’t need to be stuck there now.

After changing, Harry laid down on his four poster bed, waiting for Ron to finish. When he did, the red head approached Harry’s bed.

“Are you ready, mate? ‘Mione‘s probably waiting,” he asked his friend who didn’t seem to be showing any effort in getting up.

Harry yawned, “I‘m not really very hungry, I think I‘m going to skip out on dinner tonight and get some rest.”

“Are you sure, mate. You rarely ever skip dinner, is everything ok?”

Harry nodded, “Yeah, just tiered.”

Knowing that something was up but deciding not to pressure his friend any more right now, Ron replied, “Ok, do you want me to bring you back anything?”

Harry shook his head and watched as Ron turned and left the dorm before closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep.

Harry awoke the next morning feeling nauseated, and rushed to the bathroom to empty his stomach of the little that he’d eaten the day before. It had been two weeks since he’d started to feel sick and hoped that it was only the wizards flu, but the more that it dragged on and the worse it got, the less he believed that it was. He would have to see the nurse, he knew it.

Ron and the other boys awoke to the sounds of retching coming from the boy’s bathroom. It must be Harry again, Ron thought as he pulled himself to his feet and walked into the bathroom to check on his friend. He’d been throwing up for almost a week and Ron was starting to worry about him.

“Oi, you alright, mate?” He asked as he entered the bathroom to find Harry on his knees with his head in the toilet. He grabbed a wet cloth and handed it to his friend.

Harry thankfully took the cool cloth and wiped at his face, “Yeah, just not feeling too well.”

“Oi, I can see that. You need to see Pomfery, Harry. Something is wrong and you need to make sure that it‘s nothing serious.”

Harry merely nodded, knowing that Ron was right. He’d go to the infirmary after a nice warm shower, he told himself.

AN: I know that it's short, but I want to keep you waiting... just a bit longer. Review or you won't get the next part, which BTW I already have written.
