Slytherins and their Story

Isabella woke up in the morning still curled up in the ball that she was in when she fell asleep. She got out of her bed and walked over to where her clothes were and picked out her uniform. She got dressed and walked downstairs to meet Theodore and Blaise, when she got down there both boys were waiting for her. Theodore right away noticed something was wrong with her.
“Hey Issy are you okay?”
“Yeah I’m fine Theo just had a little argument with Penny Parkinson last night she was saying some things about my family it was making me a little mad, but I dealt with it come on we have to go to breakfast.” Both of the boys followed her to the Great Hall, they both knew it was hard for her to be in a room with girls who didn’t like her. When they got into the hall Draco was already waiting for them, he too could tell something was off with Isabella. “What’s up Bucky you look pissed about something?” She glared at him. “Gosh why can’t you three just leave me alone about it I’m fine I don’t want to talk about it.” She threw down her fork and stormed out of the Great Hall. Draco and Blaise looked at Theodore and he nodded they all knew that he was truly the only one who could calm her down, they also knew that Theodore secretly had feelings for their friend.
He caught up to her at the tree where she always went when she was angry or upset at something. He walked over to her and sat down next to her. “Issy we are sorry we just worry about you, but just ignore anything Parkinson says, well what either of them says it doesn’t matter.” She nodded letting the tears finally come down she hated crying in front of any of her boys she felt it made her weak. “I’m sorry I blew up at you guys I am just so sick of the girls in our house hated me for the main fact that I befriended you guys.” Theodore just sat there and wrapped his arms around her turning his head to the side yelling to the other two boys that it was okay for them to come over. Isabella laughed. “Draco, Blaise are you guys scared of little old me?” They glared and shook their heads yes. The four of them didn’t have any classes for about another hour, so they sat there just talking Draco said something funny which made all four of them crack up laughing. Blaise had tears of mirth running down his cheeks as well as Theodore.
The Golden trio plus Ginny were looking at them from across the yard Ron commenting that they almost looked normal. “Please Ronald of course they are normal just because they are in Slytherin doesn’t mean they can’t laugh.” Ron reddened from being scolding by Hermione. “Hermione I am so sick of you correcting me all the bloody time, I already have a mother I don’t need another one.” With that said he walked off with Harry following him. Ginny stayed with Hermione. “Don’t worry about him Hermione he is just being a prat.” Hermione knew she should listen to Ginny it just upset her that Ron got mad at her so much, and so fast. “I know Gin it just bugs me I try and help and he gets angry with me all the time, but anyways come on we have Double Potions now. I’m so happy you got into that class with me now at least I will know somebody.” Hermione and Ginny walked into the school and down to the Potions room not knowing who else was in the class, all they knew was what Dumbledore said there were only six students in the class. They walked into the class and they were the first two students in the class. The girls sat together and started hearing some laughter followed by Blaise and Draco walking into the class, the four of them glared at each other.
“You know Blaise it is sad these days they let just anyone into Advanced Potions.” He laughed at Hermione who was glaring at him. “I know what you mean Dray, I mean seriously a 6th year in Potions class I mean come on.” Ginny glared at him and sneered. “Zabini, at least we got in on skills we didn’t have a Professor favoring us.”
Before he could even comeback with something Isabella and Theodore walked in. Isabella had heard the comment Blaise made. “Well Blaise, does that mean that I a 6th year don’t belong in class with you.” Blaise paled slightly Isabella could be really scary when she wanted to be. “No, Bella I didn’t mean you, of course you belong in class with us, you’re good at Potions and we can watch over you.” Draco and Theo laughed he had done it again Blaise seemed to have the knack for pissing Isabella off a lot. “Are you insinuating that I need you three to be my bodyguards Blaise? I’ll have you know I am perfectly capable of protecting myself.” “No Bella I just meant.... well you know what I mean.” He sat there in his seat and huffed. Everyone laughed at this it was very obvious that he had lost and he knew it. Before long Snape walked in and slammed the door and walked to the front of the class.
“This year will be hard for all of you it doesn’t matter if you are good at Potions or not, although Buchanan and Weasley might have a harder time then the other four of you. All of you will have a partner I will assign the partners as I see fit. Of course for the whole year against my wishes Dumbledore wants the Head Boy, and Girl to be Partners so Malfoy, Granger you’re partners.” Both Draco and Hermione groaned at this is was bad enough that they had to be in the same living quarters but partners too. “Next I have thought about the next set, it was a debate in my book I cannot have two 7th years together and two 6th years together, as the 6th years will surly need help with their work.” Both girls glared at him they both knew they could handle it or they wouldn’t have gotten into the class to begin with. So Weasley you will be with Zabini try not to blow him up at all. At lastly Nott, you will be with Buchanan since you are friends I hope I’m assured that you will make sure she doesn’t mess it up.” He nodded his head and the three couples made to the tables and sat with their partners everyone groaning except Isabella and Theodore. “Now for today Dumbledore wants all classes to get to know their partners some sort of new way to make friends or something I am going to pass out the papers that have the questions on it, I want you to interview your partner then at the end of class you will stand up and tell the class what you learned.” He passed out the paper and the six students got to work.

*Side Note- I’m going to write out all the conversations that the six students are having even though I’m writing them out they are all happening at the same time*

“Okay Granger let’s just get this done fast.” She scoffed at him. “I will do it the right way Malfoy I am not going to get it done fast and not do it thoroughly I’ll ask the questions first. What is your full name?” He laughed some of these questions were stupid. “My full name is Draconis Lucius Malfoy. I’ll just go down the list and tell you what you need to know. My hobbies include, you better be writing this down Granger. Now my hobbies, I hang out with my friends, go on plenty of dates, something you don’t know about. I enjoy playing Quidditch, I am the star Seeker on my team, I also enjoy swimming, and taking walks during the summer. I am an only child, to my parents my mother is a wonderful lady who I cherish, my father is a bastard and I hope he rots in Azkaban. There is only four people I truly trust in the world, my mother, Blaise, Theo, and Bucky.” She interrupted him. “Who is Bucky?” He laughed. “Bucky is Isabella it’s my nickname for her, it comes from her last name. Urg… Let’s see when I graduate I want to open my own Apothecary with Blaise. Contrary to what most people think I do want to get married and have kids someday, and I refuse to be a father like mine was. I don’t care about many people but those I do care for I would protect with my life. I think that covers me, don’t you think Granger?” She nodded and decided she might as well tell him her answers. “Okay, Malfoy my full name is Hermione Jane Granger, my hobbies are reading books, not just for school but I like reading for fun. I enjoy hanging out with my friends Harry, Ron, and Ginny are my only real friends. I hate Quidditch I don’t like watching it I only do so because two of my friends play on the team. I like swimming as well, and I run every Saturday morning before breakfast. My parents are Muggles and they are dentists with their own business, well they did have their own business now it’s just my Mum my dad divorced her and left the family. I haven’t seen him in about three years. I don’t go on many dates well because I don’t usually date while I’m in school I dated Viktor Krum, and went on a few dates with Cormac McLaggen, but it didn’t work out. Last year me and Ron tried dating it didn’t work out either he wasn’t mature enough for a girlfriend. When I graduate I want to open my own bookstore that has Muggle and Magical books. I do want to get married someday but not for awhile I want to get a steady job first” She finished her answering and the two of them got to work on arranging their answers in a nice form.
“Okay Weasley go ahead and go down the list and tell me your answers.” She grunted a response and began her answers. “ My full name is Ginerva Molly Weasley, don’t laugh at my name I didn’t pick it out.” Blaise didn’t say anything just smirked at her name. “My hobbies are hanging out with my friends, I have only two true friends Hermione, and Luna all the other girls just want to be my friends to get close to my brothers. I love playing Quidditch but there isn’t a spot for me on the team I play Seeker, or Chaser doesn’t matter. I like going to Hogsmeade just to look around I don’t buy anything because I can’t really afford it. I love to swim during the summers, it’s where I find myself most relaxed. My family is quite big, I have my parents who I love and they are truly the best parents ever, I have six brothers. My eldest brother Bill works as a curse Breaker, he just recently got married to Fleur Delcour from the Tri-Wizard tournament I don’t like her much. My brother Charlie works in Romania with Dragons, Percy is well a down right Git we don’t really talk to him much anymore he turned his back on his family. Fred and George they own their own joke shop now it is quite a popular store, and Ron well he is still at school with me, and well you know him too.” He laughed. “Yeah I know him, man that many brothers certainly explains why you are the way you are.” She gasped. “The way I am what the bloody hell does that mean Zabini?” “Relax Red I just meant you have a temper on you, and you know how to handle yourself.” She flushed. “Oh, that’s fine well let me finish, when I leave school next year I really want to join the Aurors to help protect people against dark wizards. It probably won’t happen though going to training for that is really expensive and my family cannot afford that I’ll probably be going to work for Fred and George helping in the shop. When I get older I really want to get married and become a mother like my mum she is so calm and collected and has raised seven wonderful kids.” She stopped for a minute to let Blaise finish writing. “Okay Zabini, it’s your turn.” He nodded and began. “My full name is Blaise Alessandro Zabini. My mother insisted on the extremely Italian name it’s the only thing I have to remember my father by. I love playing Quidditch I’m Keeper and Team Captain. I like hanging with my friends I only have three people in my life I trust; Draco, Theo, and Bella, I mean Isabella. I don’t trust my mother at all or any of her husbands, which ever one is still living. I train all the time for Quidditch even during the summer I would train, Theo’s mum had a Quidditch Pitch built on the grounds of their home. I love reading books me and Draco had a competition from year one to see who would get Head Boy he won obviously. I spend a lot of my time protecting Isabella even though she says she doesn’t need it, the other Slytherin girls can be quite vicious to her sometimes. Let’s see I have a mother who I don’t care for at all, I had a father but he either left the family or he died she won’t tell me, she is currently on Husband number eight. All have died mysteriously leaving her with tons of money. She by any standards is one of the most attractive Witches ever she models still in Witch weekly. I have tons of step siblings from her marriages but I don’t talk to them at all. As I said before Draco, Theo, and Isabella are my only real friends I love them like family and would never let anything happen to them. When I graduate me and Draco are opening up our own Apothecary. For the future I don’t intend on ever getting married until I know for sure that the lucky lady won’t be like my mother. I am quite content to just date around right now.” Ginny just smiled slightly at him and worked on fixing the presentation of her paper.
Theodore and Isabella were laughing with one another not really working on the assignment they only began working when Snape glared at them. “Okay Theo, do you want to know about me?” He laughed and said sure. “Aright my full name is Isabella Angelina Issy Bella Bucky Buchanan.” Theodore busted out laughing, so hard he almost fell out of his chair, and she just smiled at him and continued. “ My hobbies are playing Chaser with my best mates Theo, Draco, and Blaise. Defending myself against Slytherin girls who are jealous that I have hot guy friends. Reading, writing, walking, swimming, just the main things.” She got quiet. “Theo do I have to talk about my family?” He nodded yes she did, they had to fill out everything. “I have a mother, she was absolutely beautiful her name was Marianne my father was Alexis he was very attractive and the world’s greatest daddy. I also had two older brothers Michael and Roberto they loved me and I loved them. When I was five years old there was a fire in our home and they were all killed I was the sole survivor my current home is an orphanage.” She didn’t want to talk about that anymore so she moved on to her friends. “ I have the best three friends in the entire world they mean everything to me. I have Theodore who I call Teddy Bear and he hates it, I also have Draco, we didn’t get along at first but now we are close as ever, then there is Blaise who I love to death but he pisses me off I mean he knows just how to make me mad and me the same with him. Even though all three of them are way too overprotective of me I wouldn’t have it any other way. As for what I want to do when I leave Hogwarts, I’m not too sure yet I know I want to do something with Potions or maybe charms I’m still deciding. I hope one day to have a family of my own, I want a lot of kids.” Theo smiled. “Wow Issy I didn’t know anything about you now I do.” They erupted into laughter because everything she said he already knew. Theodore then began his portion of the assignment. “Okay my full name is Theodore Theo Teddy Bear Nott.” They both laughed again Theo and Isabella were full of laughter that morning. “ Hmm…. My hobbies let’s see I play Chaser on the House team with my best friend as a fellow Chaser my other two best mates are on the team as well. I love to go out at night when nobody is around and go flying by myself helps me clear my head. Sometimes when everyone is sleeping me and my friend Isabella will sit by the fire in the Common Room and just talk for hours about anything and everything, we have been doing it since my 3rd year. I actually like doing homework and I like reading for fun most times it’s a Muggle novel. My family is amazing, I have the best Mum she loves me and loves my friends treats them like her own children. She even had a Quidditch Pitch built on the grounds for us to play during the summer. My father is currently locked up in Azkaban for being a Death Eater my Mum is officially divorced from him next week. I have one older brother but he is off with his wife and children I don’t see him much. My friends well they are the best ever Isabella is the greatest been friends with her since I was 12, she always knows how to make me laugh and keep things entertaining. Blaise is interesting he knows how to get more girls then any Wizard I know and he treats every single one like she’s a princess until he gets bored ha-ha. Draco what to say about Dray, he is nothing like this father and he dotes on his mother, a true mamma’s boy, once you’re friends with him he has your back no matter what. As for what I’m going to do after school I have an offer to be a chaser on Puddlemere United and I will probably do that. When I get older I want to settle down and have a wife and some kids, with the way my Mum raised me I know I can be a good father.” He finished and they both fixed up their papers before Snape started talking.
“Alright guys the Head students will go first please come up to the front of the class and begin. Hermione and Draco made their way to the front and Hermione started first.
“Okay, this is Draconis Lucius Malfoy, he enjoys playing Quidditch as the star seeker of the Slytherin House team. He also likes swimming, and talking walks during the summer, and going on dates. He is the only child to Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, he loves his mother a lot his father isn’t in the picture so much anymore. He has three close friends, Blaise, Theo, and Isabella who he calls Bucky it comes from her last name. When he leaves school he will be opening an Apothecary with Blaise, also he does want to get married someday and have kids as well, and he doesn’t want to turn out like his father. He says he doesn’t care about many people in his life but those he does he would protect with his life.” She finished and moved over so Draco could take the floor. “ This is Granger, her full name is Hermione Jane Granger, and she likes reading books, as if we didn’t know that already. She likes hanging out with Weasley, Potter, and the Female Weasley they are her only friends. She hates Quidditch don’t know how though, but she still watches it because two of her friends are on the team. She goes running every Saturday morning umm.. That’s it for hobbies. Her parents are Muggle Dentists they had their own practice until her parents divorced her father then left and she hasn’t seen him in awhile. She doesn’t date ha-ha she tried and it didn’t work for her. When she leaves school she wants to open her own bookstore with Mudb.. I mean Muggle and Magical books. She also wants to get married and have kids but only after she gets herself a good job.” Draco smirked knowing he pissed her off during the entire thing. They went and sat back down glaring at each other.
Blaise and Ginny got up next and started right away. “ This is Ginny her full name is Ginerva Molly Weasley, man don’t you feel bad for her? She likes hanging with friends she only has two good friends Granger, and Looney Lovegood.” Ginny yelled at him. ‘Don’t call her Looney, Zabini she isn’t.” He just smirked. “Fine Lovegood, other girls try to be her friends to get close to her brothers, she likes playing Quidditch but she doesn’t play for the house team no spots for her, she is a chaser or seeker. She likes going to Hogsmeade just to look around because her family doesn’t have any money for her to buy things. She likes to swim during the summers it is where she is most relaxed. Her family is very big like we didn’t already know. Also she has Fred and George who own their own joke shop it’s quite popular, and then there is Ron the red haired git who is such a good keeper for the other team.” All three of the boys laughed as Ginny smacked him. “Shut up Zabini he is getting better.” He laughed and continued. “When she leaves school next year she wants to be an Auror but she might not be able too because it is expensive and her family cannot afford, it she will probably end up working for her brothers in their shop. She does want to get married one day and have kids she hopes she can be a good mother like hers has been.” Ginny stood up and started on Blaise. “This is Blaise his full name is Blaise Alessandro Zabini, his mum likes Italian names. He loves playing Quidditch he is Keeper and Captain of the Slytherin team. He hangs out with only three people Draco, Theo, and Isabella, they are the only three people he trusts. He loves reading he and Draco had a competition from year one to see who would get Head Boy he obviously wasn’t smart enough to beat Malfoy.” Blaise glared at her. “Watch it Red.” She just smirked and continued. “ He says he spends a lot of his time protecting Isabella even though she says she doesn’t need it. He hates his mother she is currently on Husband number eight. All have died mysteriously leaving her with tons of money. He is quite content using and breaking the hearts of girls in school. Sounds like someone has a serious commitment problem.” She finished and slimed at him before sitting back down, he followed her back to the table groaning about her.
Isabella and Theo stood up and walked to the front of the class. Theo started talking first. ‘Well I’m not too sure ours will be as entertaining as others but we will try our best. “ This is Issy, her full name is Isabella Angelina Issy Bella Bucky Buchanan.” They lost it and started laughing Blaise and Draco started laughing with them as well, they stopped laughing when Snape cleared his throat. “ Her hobbies are playing on the house team as Chaser with her three best mates, defending herself against the other Slytherin girls who are jealous because her best mates are hot. She also enjoys swimming, reading, writing, and other things. As sad as it is she doesn’t have any family besides her friends, when she was five years old a fire claimed the lives of her parents and her two brothers I’ve seen pictures of them they were a beautiful family, because she has no family to go home to, each summer she has to stay at the Magical Orphanage. She has three best friends who she cares deeply for, me who she calls Teddy Bear even though I hate it, Draco they didn’t get along at first but now they are really close, and Blaise who knows how to push her buttons really well. She feel that we are sometimes way too protective over her, we don’t agree but yeah. When she leaves school she isn’t sure what she wants to do yet, something with Potions or Charms. She does want her own family someday with a lot of kids.” Isabella then stood up. “This is Teddy Bear, his full name is Theodore Theo Teddy Bear Nott, and he is a special boy ha-ha. He loves playing Quidditch he is a chaser on Slytherin with me, as well as Draco, and Blaise. He loves to go flying at night when nobody is around it helps him clear his head, he also spends time with yours truly. At night sometimes we will sit in front of the fire just the two of us and talk about anything and everything.” Draco and Blaise glanced at each other, Theo had told them that sitting by the fire with Issy was the reason he had formed a crush on her. “Theo actually likes doing his homework and reading his favorite books are by Muggle Authors. He loves his family his mother is the best woman ever, she treats all his friends like they are her own children. She even had a Quidditch Pitch built for us so we could practice during the summer. His dad is in Azkaban for being a Death Eater, his Mum is officially divorced from him next week, we are all happy about that one. He also has a brother who is married with children Theo doesn’t see him that much. His friends in his words are the best ever, he has known me since he was 12 he says I always know how to make him laugh and keep things entertaining. His friend Blaise is interesting he knows how to get more girls then any other Wizard he knows, but he does treat all ladies with respect until he gets bored and dumps them. Draco is awesome he is nothing like his father and he dotes on his mother, he loves her very much and is a true Mamma’s boy.” Draco glared and blushed hearing this because he knew it was true. “ Although once you are friends with him it’s for life he has your back no matter what. I was surprised to hear this I didn’t know this about Theo he forgot to tell me, he has been offered a spot on Puddlemere United as Chaser, I know he will be amazing. When he gets a little older he wants to settle down with a wife and kids.”
Snape gave them all the points they needed and dismissed the class for the day. The two Gryffindor girls went their own way and the four Slytherins went their way. Blaise and Draco were giving their congrats to Theo about Puddlemere leaving Isabella walking behind them trying not to cry. She truly didn’t know he was offered that position she was so happy for him but at the same time that meant he would be leaving her, he would forget about her. Blaise noticed her tears and fell back to talk to her the other two boys continuing on.
“Hey Bella what’s wrong I can see the tears in your eyes?”
“Oh Blaise I am so happy for him he always wanted to play Professional Quidditch.”
He hugged her and chuckled. “Okay Bella I know you are happy for him buy why are you crying? Come on tell Blaise you know you wanna.” She laughed softly and burst into tears, Blaise was shocked it wasn’t often that Isabella cried, he just wrapped his arms around her. “I’m scared Blaise, I’m scared Theo is going to go away and play Quidditch and forget about me, what if he finds someone else to replace me, I couldn’t deal with that I cannot lose him.” Blaise hugged her and whispered soothing words to her. “Bella sweetie, you don’t have anything to worry about Theo could never forget you, come on you know that.” She sniffled and looked at him. “Yeah I know that it’s just…. Well I let my emotions get ahead of me and I… I mean urg… never mind Blaise.” He laughed at her and pulled her close for a hug. “Now, Bella I know you well enough to know you were going to say something else you can tell me you know you can trust me.” She blushed and looked away. “It’s hard because I shouldn’t feel this way but I do, Blaise ever since last year at the Slytherin Christmas Party I’ve sort of had feelings for Theo, I mean I know I don’t stand a chance because I’m not pretty enough for Theo he needs a girl who is really, really good looking.” Blaise looked a little shocked not in the fact that she liked Theo he always sort of knew but in the fact that she thought she was ugly. “Bella please don’t you realize the real reason all those girls are jealous of you? Not only are you friends with me, Draco, and Theo it’s because you are absolutely beautiful girls would kill to get hair like yours, skin likes yours, and I mean you’re pretty and smart.” Isabella looked at Blaise surprised. “You think I’m pretty Blaise?” He laughed out loud. “Yes, Bella I do as well as Draco and Theo that’s why we are so protective of you we don’t want you to get hurt by some jerk.” She leapt up and hugged him tightly. Theo came around the corner and walked over to them.
“What’s going on guys I turned around and you weren’t there anymore?” Blaise smirked and patted Isabella on the shoulder and gave her the look, and he turned and walked down towards the Common Room. “What’s going on Issy?” “We have an hour before our next class can we go talk in your room it’s important Theo?” He just nodded and they walked to their Common Room where Blaise and Draco were flirting with some 5th year Slytherins they smirked seeing their two friends going up to the bedroom; for Blaise had already informed Draco of everything.
