Money

The next morning, Eileen woke up early. She couldn't wait to see Lucius. She liked Annie, but she missed Lucius the most. She wished he had stayed close by, but they had bought houses all over the world, invested in some muggle hotels abroad. He was hardly ever in the UK. It just wasn't fair!

Eileen packet her stuff and got dressed. She took a long time choosing her clothes. They were going to Spain, the country that held her four favorite things: Sand, sea, sun and gorgeous boys. She was a teenage girl; she couldn't help thinking about these things!

When she was dressed in a skirt that stopped just above her knees and a slightly tight T-shirt, she used a spell to make her bags small and put them in the pocket of a robe. She was about to put the robe on - her dad got a bit snarky when she showed too much skin - but one of the other girls in the dormitory started to wake up. Not wanting to disturb any one, Eileen went down to the empty common room. The emptiness showed how early it was.

She draped the robe over the arm of one of the chairs and checked her hair in the mirror over the fire. She looked down and smoothed imaginary creases out of her dress. She knew they weren't there, but her mother always looked so lovely that Eileen liked to check her appearance regularly to make sure she could keep up. Her dad always wore black or white; Eileen was sure he was colour blind.

When she was sure she looked fine, Eileen turned to get her robe, but it was gone. She didn't even have time to look around before some one spoke.

"You off now, baby?"

Eileen whirled to her right and grabbed the peace of clothing from the sandy haired boy.

"Obviously," She snapped, as she pulled the robe on.

"Ah come on, baby," He said, reaching towards her waist, "don't cover yourself up."

Eileen slapped his hand away, pulling the robe tighter around her, "Stay away from me!" She left the common room quickly.

Eileen walked slowly to her parents rooms. She thought about telling her dad about the boy, but he would probably murder the creep and she didn't want her father in prison. She wondered about telling her mum, and it seemed like a good idea, but then again, her mother could be just as angry as her father, if not more so. She had never witnessed her mums rage first hand, but she had heard of it from various members of the Weasley family: or more specifically, Fred and George. They were always joking about her mothers temper, saying it really was a sight to behold as long as you weren't on the receiving end, but Eileen knew they were being serious to some very small extent.

Though, Eileen couldn't imagine her mother angry. She was nice, sweet, clever, fair Hermione Snape. It was like a law of nature or something.

No, there was no need to tell any one. Nothing had happened, so there was nothing to worry about, right? Right.

Eileen sped up. She really wanted to see Lucius.

When every one had greeted every one and Hermione, Severus and Eileen had been for a tour of the huge house, Hermione started to unpack their things. She wasn't quite sure where her husband and daughter were, but she was sure that she would need a map to get around the house. It was beautiful, there was no doubt about that, but it was so bloody big!

The door to the bedroom opened as Hermione was pulling a pile of clothes out of a bag. She turned and thrust them into Lucius' arms, "You can put them away."

He huffed, but went over to the wardrobe just the same, asking, "What do you think? Of this place, I mean."

"It's lovely," She smiled, holding up a dress and wondering if she would still fit in it.

"I'm glad you like it." He smirked, flopping down on his back on the huge bed, "We have so much money! More than even I knew of! We just don't know what to do with it all."

"I wish I had that much to spend." Hermione laughed.

"You’re welcome to how ever much you want." He said, flicking some blonde hair out of his slate grey eyes.

"I was joking," Hermione said absently, holding the dress against her and checking it in the full length mirror on the wall.

"I wasn't," Lucius crawled down the bed and jumped off, taking the dress from her, getting her attention, "I want to give you some. We don't know what to do with it and you deserve it."

Hermione laughed, "I wouldn't know what to do with it either and Severus would only spend it on Eileen, not that she needs anything else."

Lucius shook his head, "I don't care what you spend it on. You looked after me and I want to give you some money. Money, I might add, that Annie would use on more houses. Please take some! Please!"

She laughed, "I'm meant to be begging you for it, not you begging me to take it!"

Lucius leaned forwards and whispered, "Please! Annie's driving me crazy! If I ever buy another house it'll be too soon! Just take some! There's so much of it that she'll never realize! Just have some!"

Hermione smiled kindly, "You know I can't do that." He looked like he wanted to argue, so she changed the subject as she took her dress back and hung it in the wardrobe, "Where are we, anyway?"

"Well, Spain."

"Yes, I know that!" Hermione rolled her eyes, "I mean where in Spain?"

Lucius shrugged and pulled a pair of shoes out of her bag, looking at them critically, "I dunno."

"You mean you bought a house, and you don't know where it is?" Hermione raised an eye brow. Lucius nodded, before giving the shoes a disgusted look and dropping them back into the bag.

"Well, Annie liked it, so I bought it. No geography involved." He shrugged.
