A little drabble trying to see how Snape would react if he were to find love... On what would be going on in his head, as it were.

There is something special about the sound of rain. It soothes confusion, sounds brilliant with joy and agrees with depression.
And I am confused. A Man with few emotions that are shown, a man who hides in the shadows, uses it to his advantage even, and a man who has followed a dark road. Now, the same man, but with love. It is a Pandora’s box that has been opened in my chest, and the weight of what has been released is crushing me.
It seems like I am on a roller coaster, some days I can hardly stop smiling, and then others I’m so depressed I can barely drag myself out of bed. I’m not in control anymore. How do people cope with this? Despite the love entering my life, I sometimes am so overwhelmed that I wish to kill myself.
But no matter how I feel, or what I’m going through, the sound of the rain is constant. It lets me know that I haven’t yet gone mad.
