Meetings pt. 2
Alyrisa sighed and looked at Severus Snape.
“Two weeks ago Voldemort was beginning to suspect that you were a traitor to him, he then had his most loyal Death Eater rape you.” She said softly. “Voldemort didn’t count on the fact that you and my father had been lovers for years.”
Severus looked at her his eyes going wide. She closed hers and then slowly opened them.
“You… you know that? How could you?”
“Because six weeks from now Lucius Malfoy’s wife dies and he marries you. It is a forced marriage by Voldemort. He claimed that the two of you would be a perfect match. He didn’t count on the fact that the two of you really were in love, and didn’t mind being in a marriage even if you had to pretend to hate one another.”
Remus reached out to his wife and gently caressed her arm.
“Love if you want I can tell this tale.” He said softly. Alyrisa patted his hand and smiled softly.
“Thank you Remus, but he would not believe this from you.” Alyrisa replied. She looked at Severus. “Shortly after I was born you went into hiding because Voldemort found out that you were a spy. He had Lucius executed for not telling him.”
Severus looked at the young woman and his eyes bore into hers. He didn’t say a word as he stood up.
“You are telling the truth girl. I wish you weren’t, but you are. How much are you allowed to revile?”
“Before Remus and I go back to our own time we were told to erase anyone’s memories that we talked to about this. It is to insure certain things.”
“Like you marrying Lupin?”
“For one. As the past changes our memories change as well. There is now a fighting chance that the light will win over the darkness of Voldemort.” Remus said.
“Tell me Lupin do you love her?”
“Severus if I didn’t I wouldn’t have nearly gone to Azkaban for nearly killing four boys.”
“I suppose so. Will you please tell me the full story? I would like to know what would possess my daughter to marry a werewolf.”
Remus looked at his wife and smiled.
“Very well we will tell you, but you will not remember any of this.” Alyrisa said. “Or would you rather me show you in a Pensive?”
“The pensive will work my child.”
Alyrisa nodded and got her wand out as Severus brought her a Pensive. She began to slowly put her memories into it.
