Criminal Ravishment

Chapter 3

The next day Hermione walked into the Great Hall for dinner. She had not seen Lucius all day and was anxious and nervous about seeing him. Her heart skipped as she saw him sitting at the high table. Gracefully, she walked past the Gryffindor table, avoiding Harry and Ron while making her way to the high table to her assigned seat. She had spent a few hours after leaving Lucius last night trying to find a charm that would conceal the bruise on her cheek.

Lucius turned to her, took her hand and kissed it as he had always done.

“Good evening, my love,” he whispered and Hermione smiled. “You left your books in my private rooms, along with your knickers.\" Hermione blushed. “Will you join me there, after dinner, and maybe I will give you more pleasuring?” Hermione nodded and they both turned their attention back to the food.

Lucius ignored her during the rest of the meal, not wanting to draw attention to them. He began scowling at Harry and Ron, hoping to keep them away from Hermione. Their friendship with Hermione was still powerful enough to take her away from him because Hermione was only in the early stages of being brainwashed and could still be influenced by her friends. That is, *if* they chose to step in.

After he finished eating, Lucius dropped his napkin on the floor. Hermione was quick to notice and she bent down to pick it up for him as he bent down with her. “I will see you in twenty minutes my love,” he whispered and quickly dismissed himself from the Great Hall. Hermione looked at her untouched food and smiled. ‘He still loves me,’ she thought.

Twenty minutes later, she entered the DADA classroom and knocked on the door leading to his private rooms. Lucius answered the door with a smile on his face.

“Hermione my love, impeccable timing as always. Please come in,” he held the door for her as she walked in and closed it behind her, as he placed his wards on it.

Walking to the middle of the room, Lucius caught up with her and placed his hands on either side of her face pulling her into a deep, hard kiss. Hermione immediately returned the kiss by welcoming his tongue into her mouth. She could not get used to him doing this since it made her want to gag, but she knew better than to resist him. When he finished kissing her, he stepped back and looked at her from head to toe.

In his deep voice, he hissed, “My love, you ca hav have pleasure without first earning it and you cannot earn it without pain.” The second his words registered in Hermione’s head, she felt a sharp pain across her face and found herself on the floor. She looked up at Lucius with her sad, brown eyes, but all he did was laugh at her.

“Get up!” he hissed and Hermione quickly stood up, only to be slapped back down again.

“Why am I doing this Hermione?” he smirked.

“B-b-because I cannot have p-p-pleasure without pain,” she stammered.

“Very good my love; now stand up.” Hermione slowly got back to her feet and Lucius began to gently kiss her along her neck and ear. “I need [to] you to understand that only I can love you,” he told her between kisses. “Do “Do you like that, Hermione?” he whispered.

“Yes,” she whispered. He began to use his tongue and flicked it across her ear lobe, placing tiny kisses along her neck and jaw line.

“Can you do the same to me, my love?” he whispered.

“Yes,” she nodded.

“Good,” and he stepped back as his hands were undoing the belt on his pants. Hermione’s eyes widened as his pants and boxers fell to the ground around his feet, exposing his throbbing erection.

“Kneel down and take me in your mouth. Kiss me like I showed you, Hermione.” Fear fell over Hermione. She knew if she resisted, he would leave, but if she did it, he would continue to love her.

Closing her eyes, she dropped to her knees, opened her mouth and leaned into his glistening head. Hesitantly, she kissed the head of his penis and he whispered, “Lick it.” She licked the tip, tasted the warm salty liquid and cringed. “Open your mouth, Hermione,” he said as he began to guide himself into her. Almost gagging, she quickly opened her mouth wider as he entered further into her. “Oh gods, Hermione, suck it,” he moaned. She tried, but she could not do a thing as Lucius was beginning to thrust in and out of her mouth as her head was instinctively backing away from him.

Tears started to formher her eyes and roll down her cheeks as his hands grasped the back of her head, pushing her mouth into him. His thrusts were short, but strong, and his release came quickly as he spilled into her mouth.

“Swallow it!” he hissed and Hermione did as she was told, praying she would not vomit up the liquid. “Very good, my beautiful. Now lie on the bed; it is your turn.”

Hermione did as she was told, watching Lucius pull his boxers and pants back on and fasten them. Standing over her, Lucius lifted her skirt and tore off her knickers. He quickly buried his face in her mound and his tongue entered her folds.

Raising his head, he looked at Hermione in disappointment. “Did I not turn you on while you pleas me? me?”

“I - I was - ” she started to say, but he slapped her again.

“You will enjoy it when I fuck you in your mouth, do you understand?” he hissed.

“Yes,” she quickly responded.

“Now, if you expect to be rewarded, you must first show me that you enjoy it. Tomorrow when you come back to my rooms after dinner, I am going to fuck you in your mouth again and then I am going to eat your cunt, which will be hot and wet and ready for me. Do you understand?” he hissed in disgust.

“Y-y-yes, Lucius,” she said as she fought back the tears.

“Get out of my face, Hermione. You disgust me. If you really loved me, you would be ready for me. Leave!” he waved his wand, letting down the wards as he turned his back to her, listening to her run out the door.

“Mudblood bitch,” he spat as he headed for the shower.

Hermione ran back to her room, thankful she had a private room because she could not face anyone right now. Running to the bathroom, she threw up. She loved Lucius, or at least he made her believe that she loved him, yet her stomach turned at his touch. Hermione looked at herself in the mirror and saw the bruises forming across her face from where he had slapped her. She sank into her bed and cried. She cried because the only man who was capable of loving her disgusted her and she told herself that she would get used to it. She had to because no one else wanted her.

“Severus, to what do I owe this pleasure?” asked Albus as his potions master entered his office.

“We need to discuss Lucius and Miss Granger,” he hissed.

“I was under the impression that Lucius was behaving himself, but please, tell me what exactly is bothering you, Severus,” said Albus as he took a seat behind his desk. Albus had always trusted Severus’ instincts, especially when it dealt with Lucius.

“The scum has plans for Miss Granger. I do not know what he is going to do, but he is planning something with her, Albus.”

Albus took off his glasses and rubbed the bridge of his nose before talking. “Severus, Lucius has been on his best behavior since arriving at Hogwarts, which bothers me. I know he has an ulterior motive for being here, but I was sure that he was seeking revenge against you or me.” Albus stood up and walked from behind his desk. “Severus, we need to keep a close eye on Miss Granger. She is a very intelligent witch, but she is also a very impressionable young lady. I want you, Professor McGonagall, and Professor Flitwick to keep an eye out for her since you three know her behavior the best. I want to be notified of any changes in her schoolwork and her personal life. It is already bothersome that Mister Potter and Mister Weasley are no longer associating with her.”

“Yes sir,” said Severus, “I also suggest that we keep closer tabs on her whereabouts. Since she is Head Girl, she has more privileges, including not having a curfew.”

“Yes, I will have her closely monitored. I will also talk to Mister Potter and Mister Weasley and try to find out if it is not too late to mend their friendship with Miss Granger,” said Albus.

Severus nodded and left. ‘Gods if that creature touches her, I will kill him!’ Severus was very serious when it came to protecting the students from Death Eaters and in Severus’ opinion, Lucius was as much of a Death Eater today as he was before the final battle.

The next day, Hermione attended her Transfiguration class with Professor McGonagall, who had already spoken to Albus. Minerva was a kind and gentle witch who also knew how to maintain a strict classroom. Hermione had always felt relaxed in Transfigurations, since it was one of her best subjects. According to Minerva, everything seemed normal for Hermione, who had been well prepared for class just as she always had in the past.

Her next class was charms with Professor Flitwick who always showed such enthusiasm while teaching. He, too, did not notice a difference in Hermione’s behavior, as she had been his top student for seven years now. She easily mastered the new charms he had been teaching the class and he praised Hermione for her extraordinary talent. The rest of the Gryffindors just smirked at her as Harry and Ron ignored her completely.

In the Great Hall during lunch, Hermione took her assigned seat at the high table next to Lucius. Again, Lucius took her hand and kissed it as Hermione gave him a big smile. “You still love me then?” she whispered.

“I am the only one who will ever love you Hermione,” he whispered back. Hermione was relieved that Lucius still loved her. She could not imagine him not loving her anymore.

Minerva started a conversation with Hermione, hoping to get an idea of whether everything was all right. The conversation was pleasant and cheerful, as Hermione did not let on to anything about her feelings for Lucius. When lunch ended, the professors left for their classrooms, along with the students. Only Severus noticed that Hermione had not touched her food.

After lunch, Hermione headed off to her DADA class, unaware that Severus was following her. He did not have a class at this time and decided that it would be a good time to observe her behavior in Lucius’ class. To his surprise or disappointment, her behavior was no different than it had been in Charms and Transfiguration. Severus started to second-guess himself, thinking maybe Lucius had only implied his ill intentions with Hermione, when all along he had an ulterior motive against another person. Still, Severus decided to keep a close eye on Hermione.

During dinner, Severus noticed that Hermione did not eat again and this bothered him. He knew that she was a light eater, but she had always eaten something, even if it was just a roll or some fruit. He decided to follow her after dinner.

As Severus had suspected, Hermione went straight to Lucius’ classroom. When she knocked on the door, Lucius answered.

“Well, well, Miss Granger. To what do I owe this privilege?”

“Professor Malfoy, I have a question on the homework you assigned today in class. Do you have a minute to discuss my question?”

“Miss Granger, I am in the middle of – entertaining. Since you do not have my class tomorrow, maybe we can discuss it then.”

“Yes sir. I am sorry to have bothered you,” Hermione smiled and left quickly. Lucius had warned her long ago that when she came to his room, it was to discuss homework in case she had been followed and if she were followed, he would use the excuse that he was entertaining and she would need to leave.

Hermione tried to return to her room without drawing attention to herself, because Lucius made it clear that she had been followed. As much as she wanted to look back and see who was following her, she knew better. Quietly, she entered her room and closed the door.

Over the next few weeks, Hermione and Lucius kept a low profile. The only private moments they had together were the few minutes she spent with him after his DADA class. Lucius was gentle with her, always reminding her that he was the only who would ever love her. Hermione believed his words.

During dinner, Lucius noticed that Hermione was not eating. Ordering her to eat, Hermione forced the food into her mouth and swallowed, praying that it would stay down. “I love you Hermione, and I miss you,” he whispered to her during dinner before he left.

Trying to do her homework, Hermione could not concentrate because she kept thinking about Lucius. She wanted to be with him so desperately, but she had to wait. Ie ste staff found out about them, he would be fired and she would never see him again. Lucius had been so kind and gentle to her and so she had forgiven him from the last time he hurt her. It broke Hermione’s heart that he was missing her and she wanted him to be happy.

Hermione could not tolerate being without him. She had to see him. When midnight came around, Hermione left her room to make her required rounds as Head Girl. She was expected to check the Gryffindor common room, the halls leading to the boys\' and girls’ dorms, and the main hallways that led away from the Gryffindor house. She alternated nights with the Prefects and was thankful that tonight was her night. However, instead of making her required rounds, Hermione ended up on the other side of the castle. She had no Head Girl business that required her to be by the DADA classroom, but she ended up down there anyway.

Cautiously, she approached Lucius\' classroom and checked the door; finding it unlocked she silently walked in. ‘Just don’t make him mad,’ she told herself. She squinted through the darkness, allowing her eyes to adjust when she heard, “Lumos!” and let out a scream.

Lucius had been standing in front of her the entire time, watching her enter the classroom. “Hermione, my love, is that any way to greet the man who loves you?”

“Sorry Lucius, you just scared me,” she said, trying to catch her breath.

“Well then, it’s a good thing that I placed silencing charms on the room earlier,” he smiled as he offered his hand to Hermione, “shall we my lady?”

“Yes,” said Hermione as she took his hand, allowing him to lead her to his private rooms, promising herself that she would welcome anything Lucius offered to do to her because she would never find another man that loved her as much as he did.

“Are you ready for me tonight Hermione?” Lucius asked.

“Yes, I am,” she said with forced confidence.

“Good, then take off all of your clothes Hermione. I want to see all of your beauty.” Hermione swallowed, but did not hesitate as she pulled her dress over her head and let it fall to the floor. She slipped out of her sandals and removed her bra and panties. Never having been in front of anyone naked, let alone a man, Hermione’s eyes avoided looking at Lucius.

“Look at me Hermione,” his voice was strong and her eyes immediately looked into his, wanting to avoid getting slapped.

He took his time looking at her body and sighed before he spoke, “You really do not have an attractive body Hermione.” Hermione closed her eyes as they filled with tears. Wishing she could disappear, she began to cover herself with her hands.

“You are lucky that I love you Hermione. No other man would want you,” and Lucius grabbed both of her hands, pulled her toward him and forced a kuponupon her.

“What do you want me to do, Hermione?” he sneered.

“I –I want you to pleasure me,” she stammered.

“Don’t be so selfish!” he said as he slapped her and she fell to the floor. “That’s better. Now undo my pants so I can fuck you in the mouth.” Hermione’s hand trembled as she unfastened his pants, exposing his throbbing erection. She tried to guide him into her mouth slowly, but Lucius did not want slow; he wanted fast and he did just that.

“I - love - you - Hermione. - I - am - the - only - man - who - will - ever - love - you,” he said between each thrust.

As he released and spilled into her mouth, he commanded that she swallow his semen, but Hermione gagged and regurgitated it all over him.

“Who found her?” a woman’s voice asked.

“Severus,” a man’s voice, “she was lying at the bottom of the dungeon stairs.”

“So, this was an accident?” asked the woman.

“I don’t know Minerva. We will have to wait until she wakes up,” a man’s voice whispered.

“Mmm,” moaned Hermione as she tried to move, but the pain was intense.

“Don’t try to move, Hermione. Madam Pomfrey is still working on you,” said the woman’s voice. Hermione opened her eyes and as her mind started to clear, she realized Professor McGonagall and Professor Dumbledore were standing next to her. “You are in the infirmary, dear.”

“What happened?” Hermione whispered.

“Shh, Hermione,” said Albus, “Just relax and let Madam Pomfrey tend to you. We will talk later.”

Madam Pomfrey came bustling in with a vial of liquid and a jar of salve that Hermione could only assume was for her. “Okay, Miss Granger, you need to drink this to heal your broken ribs.”

‘Broken ribs?’ thought Hermione, ‘How?’ but Madame Pomfrey was already holding a glass to her lips, forcing Hermione to drink. The taste was bitter, but she took all of it. After a few minutesrmiormione felt better, but she was still sore. Madam Pomfrey was then rubbing the salve on various places on her body to help the bruises heal faster.

“Okay Albus, I am finished,” said Poppy, “but you have only five minutes with her. Miss Granger needs her rest.\"

Albus pulled up a chair and sat down next to her bed. His eyes were so gentle as he looked at her. “Hermione, do you know what happened?” he asked.

Hermione’s mind raced, trying to recall the last thing she remembered. Her eyes widened as she gasped, recalling the events with Lucius. ‘Surely he did not put me here?’ she thought.

“You can tell me dear,” said Albus in a gentle voice.

“I – I can’t – don’t remember,” Hermione said and Albus knew that what happened to her was not an accident; she was protecting someone. ‘I made him angry again. It was my fault,’ she thought.

“Please, Hermione,” said Professor McGonagall, “you need to tell us what happened.” Hermione closed her eyes and looked away as tears rolled down the sides of her face. She could not tell them it was Lucius because they would take him away from her. Lucius loved her. He would never hurt her unless she deserved it, and after vomiting all over him, she deserved what she had gotten. Hermione said a silent prayer, asking that Lucius still loved her and would forgive her for her behavior.

Poppy came back over with another vial for Hermione. “Drink this dear. It will help you sleep.” Hermione did as she was told and quickly succumbed to sleep.

Albus returned to his office with Minerva in tow. As they both walked in, they saw that Severus was there waiting for them.

“What do you think Severus?” asked Albus.

“Lucius,” he hissed.

“Did you speak to him?” Severus nodded. “What did Lucius have to say?” asked Albus.

“According to Draco, he has been in the Slytherin common room all night, playing chess with him, Crabbe, and Goyle,” hissed Severus.

“So, clearly his alibi has been falsified,” said Minerva in disgust. “What can we do Albus?”

“Unfortunately, the Ministry of Magic will not remove him unless I can provide undisputed proof that it was Lucius who beat Hermione. They also said that if I have a problem with Lucius being here at Hogwarts, I will be removed along with any other teacher who does not want him here. If we are all removed, the students do not have a chance.” The three were silent, not wanting to imagine the worst.

“In the meantime, Minerva, I want you to place a charm on Hermione’s room that will notify us when she leaves her rooms. Severus, I want you to do the same for Lucius.”

“Yes sir,” Minerva and Severus both said.

“I do not want Hermione alone with him,” they both nodded and left to perform the task requested of them.

Albus sat down in his chair, removed his glasses and rubbed his face. ‘Another innocent victim,’ he thought, ‘is being threatened by a Death Eater.’

The next day, Hermione was still in the infirmary, holding her breakfast tray in her lap when Harry and Ron came in.

“Hermione!” said Ron as they approached her bed, “Are you okay?” There was still some light bruising around her face, neck, and arms that was noticed by both boys.

“Hermione, how did this happen?” demanded Harry.

“I don’t know,” snapped Hermione, “and why do you care? You have not spoken to me in almost two months but all of a sudden you are talking to me?”

“Hermione, we soe sorry,” said Harry as Ron nodded in agreement. “We just want to protect you.”

“And who are you trying to protect me from?” she hissed and at that moment, Lucius came into the infirmary.

“Good morning, Mister Potter and Mister Weasley. Did you come in to visit the lovely Miss Granger?” asked Lucius. Harry and Ron both stood and faced Lucius.

“Leave her alone!” hissed Harry.

“Let me get this straight, Mister Potter. Are you suddenly protecting Miss Granger, to whom you have barely said more than two words in the past two months?” Lucius looked at Hermione. “Miss Granger, do you want me to leave?”

“No,” Hermione answered quickly, “I want Harry and Ron to leave.”

“You heard her boys; leave,” sneered Lucius. Harry and Ron glared at him as they left the infirmary.

Lucius took a seat next to Hermione and held her hand. “Lucius,” she whispered, “I am sorry that I made you do this. Do you still love me?”

“Of course I do,” he whispered. He stood up. “I am afraid that I cannot stay, but I just wanted to see that you were okay,” he said in a normal voice as Madam Pomfrey walked over to Hermione’s bed and glared at Lucius.

“Professor Malfoy, you are not to be in here,” said Poppy sternly, but Lucius ignored her.

“I will send your homework assignments down to you later. Okay Miss Granger?”

“Thank you Professor Malfoy,” Hermione chirped. ‘He still loves me!’ she thought.

“Miss Granger,” said Poppy, “you need to eat dear. You need your strength.”

“I am not hungry, Madam Pomfrey,” said Hermione as she pushed her tray away, but Madam Pomfrey told her she would not be released unless she ate, so Hermione ate just enough to satisfy Poppy.

Hermione was released from the infirmary two days later and Severus, Minerva, and Albus kept a very close eye on her. However, Hermione had managed to override the wards and snuck into Lucius’ rooms anyway.

Now, Lucius was a master at brainwashing and the one thing he knew was that he needed to give Hermione some good experiences with him so she would be willing to come back. Answering the door to his private rooms, Lucius was not surprised to see Hermione.

“Good evening my love,” he said as he pulled her into the room.

“Oh Lucius, I missed you so much,” she cried as she flung her arms around him. Smirking, Lucius allowed her to embrace him while he sighed.

“It has been awhile. I was beginning to wonder if you really loved me or not,” he said.

“Lucius,” Hermione was shocked by his words. “I love you more than anything. Please believe me. I have been wanting to visit you, but I was in the infirmary - ”

“So you are saying it was my fault that you were unable to see me?” he sneered.

“No, Lucius, no! It was my fault, all my fault. I should have been more grateful to you for loving me,” her words were desperate. “Please, love me Lucius.”

He turned his back to her and walked toward his liquor cabinet. Pouring himself a glass of brandy, he returned. Hermione stood in the middle of the room, terrified of what his reaction was going to be. He raised the glass to his lips and slowly drank the liquid. Satisfied that she had had enough time to be distraught over his decision, he finally spoke.

“Okay Hermione. I believe that you love me and I think that you have been punished enough. Tonight, I shall reward you.” He drank the rest of the brandy, placed the glass on the liquor cabinet and walked to Hermione.

Hermione trembled as he grabbed her roughly by the front of the robes, not sure what he was going to do, but all he did was kiss her. His kiss was hard as his tongue snaked into her mouth. Hermione was getting a little more used to this; she was able to relax more with his kiss. Lucius was not going to waste any time on this Mudblood so he reached down and began to tear her clothes off. This startled Hermione, but she forced herself not to react to it. Lucius had all of her clothes off of her and he grabbed her by the arm and threw her on the bed.

Standing next to the bed, he quickly undressed. Without a hint of self-consciousness, he stood in front of Hermione, proudly displaying his body. Hermione gasped at his nakedness and her eyes fell to his erection. Lucius was becoming very excited at seeing her fear. He was always one to enjoy a good raping, but he cautioned himself tonight, reminding himself that she could not get hurt; well not too hurt, anyway. It was too soon.

Quickly lying next to Hermione, he began to touch her body, playing with her breasts. He placed kisses around the nipples along with small bites that made her jump and whimper in pain. Just as Hermione would begin to enjoy his touches and kisses, he would inflict some type of pain, whether it was a bite or a pinch, causing her to become scared again. Lucius loved being in control of her. Everyone thought she was a strong-minded witch, but Lucius had proven everyone wrong.

After he became bored with playing and biting her nipples, his hands moved down to her mound. He took two of his fingers and thrust them into her without warning and Hermione gasped in surprise. Even though he had done this before, she was expecting some warning, but then she knew better than to expect Lucius to give a warning. Finding her nub, he began to rub it, causing her to quickly become wet. ‘Like butter in my hands,’ he thought.

‘Enough is enough,’ he thought as he pulled his hand out from inside of her and moved his body on top of her, forcing her legs further apart with his knee.

He positioned his erect penis at her entrance and sneered, “I won’t lie to you Hermione; this is going to hurt.”

Then he thrust into her hard and she let out a scream as her hymen tore. Her legs squeezed painfully around his, but he pulled out of her and thrust into her again and again as she continued screaming. She was so tight and her screams aroused Lucius even more as his thrusts became harder and faster. Hermione’s body finally succumbed to the pain and she just lay there, allowing him to have his way with her. She could feel his balls slapping against her butt as continued to grind into her and she looked the other way, wishing it would end. He could feel his release coming as he thrust faster and faster until he finally spilled inside of her. Immediately pulling out, he laid down next to Hermione who was still staring off into the distance.

Lucius was very satisfied with himself, but he knew that if he did not own up to his word about rewarding her, she may not come back and his entire plan would have failed. He reached for his wand and waved it, cleaning up all of the semen he had spilled into her, along with some of the blood from her hymen being broken. Bending down between her legs, he positioned his mouth at her entrance. Using his fingers and his tongue, he began to pleasure her. She was slow to respond, but once she realized he was not going to hurt her, her body began to respond quickly. Within minutes, Lucius made her climax and Hermione was very thankful.

“Get dressed and leave,” he said. Hermione was hurt by his words.

“Did I do something wrong?” she asked.

“No. It is late and I need to sleep. Good night Hermione.” Lucius rolled over on the bed with his back to her. She reached for her torn clothes and mended them with a charm. Dressing quickly, she left his rooms and went back to her room, confused over his final reaction; she did not know what to think except that she had disappointed him again.

For the next several weeks, Albus and Minerva thought that everything seemed to be back to normal. Severus, however, still had a feeling that Lucius was seeing Hermione, even though it appeared that they were avoiding one another. In the DADA class, she was not allowed to stay after to talk to him. Both were well aware that the staff was suspicious of their relationship. Even at the high table during meals, Hermione had been reassigned to sit next to Professor Snape. Because Hermione had been seeing Lucius on a regular basis, she did not object to being placed so far from Lucius at dinner.

The beatings continued and become more regular as the lovemaking became less frequent and usually painful. On some nights, she felt like she had been raped and on others, made love to. Her grades began to falter as her obsession with satisfying Lucius’ needs increased. Even her duties as Head Girl were suffering as she was no longer making her rounds nor was she available to the students. The only thing Hermione could think about was proving her love to Lucius.

One evening, Hermione was trying to study when there was a knock on her door. She rolled her eyes because the first and second year Slytherins were bothering her with lots of foolishness lately. Already angered, she threw the door open and was surprised to see Harry standing there.

Before she could slam the door in his face, he quickly said, “Hermione, can we please talk?”

Becoming defensive, Hermione asked, “Why?”

“Because we have been best friends for over six years and I am not ready to end our friendship.” Hesitantly, Hermione let him in and asked him to sit down across from her.

“Hermione, I really miss you.”

“I miss you too Harry.”

“I know that you are friends with Lucius Malfoy and I think that it is stupid to put our friendship on the line for such – a man.”

“What do you mean ‘such a man?’ ” Hermione was becoming even more defensive with the words Harry was using about the man she loved.

Harry was trying to be gentle, but firm with his words. “Hermione, I won’t lie to you. You know I do not trust Malfoy and I probably never will, but,” he hesitated on his next words, “if his friendship means that much to you, then I will try to respect that.”

“Do you really mean that Harry?” her voice was hopeful.

“Yes, Hermione, I really do mean that,” he smiled and she jumped up and hugged him hard.

“I have missed you so much Harry!” and she started crying and he comforted her.

She finally calmed down and wiped her tears away. “What about Ron? Does he still hate me?”

“Hermione, we never hated you. I just had a difficult time understanding why you accepted Malfoy so easily, but I trust you Hermione. You have always been a good judge of character and I realize that I need to trust that. Ron does not hate you Hermione. He knows that I am here, but he needs more time.”

“Harry, do you think you can study with me? I have been so busy with my Head Girl duties that I could use some help with Double Potions.”

“You, the famous Hermione Granger, need my help in potions?” Harry teased her and she laughed.

“Yes, Mister Potter, even I need help,” she said with a smirk and they both laughed again. The two spent the evening studying and catching up. Hermione avoided talking about Lucius since it was clear that it was a sensitive subject. She did not mind. She was just grateful that Harry was talking to her again.

The next day when Lucius arrived to his teach his DADA class with the seventh year Gryffindors, he noticed Hermione was not sitting in her usual seat in the front. He casually glanced at the students and found her sitting next to Harry with Ron sitting on the other side of Harry. Lucius sneered at Harry, but quickly looked away before Hermione looked in his direction.

Lucius definitely needed to get rid of the boy wonder. He couldn\'t afford for his friendship with Hermione to cost him his revenge.

~*~*~*~*~

Hermione was in Lucius’ private rooms, actually studying; something she did very little of lately.

“Hermione, dear,” Lucius’ voice sounded troubled and Hermione sensed this as she put down her books and gave him her attention. “I know your friendship with Harry and Ron is special to you and I would hate to ruin anything between the three of you, but there is something I think you should know.”

“What is it Lucius?” Hermione was now very concerned since she and Harry had finally made up and were friends again.

“Well, maybe I just shouldn’t say anything,” Lucius said.

“Please Lucius, if this is something that I need to know, tell me.”

“Do you trust me Hermione?”

“Yes,” she was puzzled with his question.

“Then you will believe what I say and not question me?”

“Of course Lucius.”

“I overheard Harry and Ron discussing a plan that involves getting me terminated from Hogwarts.”

“What?” Hermione asked.

“They agreed that if they could become friends with you again, it would get them close enough to me to try to find out something that they could use against me.” Lucius put on a saddened expression. “Hermione, I have tried hard to prove that I have changed, but you are the only one that believes me.” Placing his head in his hands, he pretended to be devastated. Hermione quickly got up and embraced him.

“Lucius, it is okay. It does not matter what they think or what they try to do. Nobody is going to get you terminated. I will stand up for you,” Hermione’s words were sincere.

“Oh, Hermione, what would I do without you?” and Lucius embraced Hermione as he smirked behind her back. Even he was impressed with his performance.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

The next day was Saturday and there was a Quidditch match between Hufflepuff and Gryffindor. Hermione walked into the Great Hall and saw Harry and Ron sitting at the Gryffindor table, eating breakfast.

Hermione marched straight up to them, “How dare you try to use our friendship to destroy Lucius Malfoy? All he has ever done while at Hogwarts is prove himself over and over again.” Harry looked at Hermione; shocked by her words he was speechless.

Ron did not waste a second as he rose to his feet and yelled, “How can you befriend that monster, Hermione? All he has ever done is destroy lives! Especially yours!”

“What do you mean by that?” she yelled back.

“It was probably Lucius that cast the killing curse that killed your parents!”

Hermione was stunned by his words. Her parents had been killed during a Death Eater’s revel in her sixth year and she had done everything she could not to think about it. Now Ron’s words not only brought back the pain, but he was accusing the man she loved of killing her parents.

Hermione slapped Ron across the face and hissed, “I hate you Ronald Weasley!” and she took off running out of the Great Hall.

Harry and Ron looked at each othn din disbelief. “What the Bloody Hell was that all about?” asked Ron, who was rubbing his cheek.

“I don’t know,” said Harry, “but Hermione is definitely not herself.\"

With tears streaming down her face, Hermione was running down the hall, not watching where she was going when she ran into Professor Snape. “Watch where you are going Miss Granger!” he hissed, but Hermione did not even stop to apologize. It angered Severus to be ignored.

“MISS GRANGER!” he yelled and Hermione stopped, but did not turn around. Severus walked over to her.

“What is the meaning of running away from me when I am talking to you?” he hissed. Hermione could not look at Professor Snape, let alone answer him. She just stood there, waiting for him to take away points so she could leave.

Severus looked at her and realized how distraught she was. He decided not to push it. He knew the girl had been to hell and back in the last year and she clearly did not need him breathing down her neck.

“Miss Granger, follow me.” Hermione did as he requested and followed Professor Snape to the dungeons.

Once there, he had her take a seat by the fire and began to brew some tea. After about fifteen minutes of silence, he brought Hermione a cup of tea.

“Thank you,” she whispered as she accepted the cup. Carefully, she sipped it and frowned at its bitter taste. “What is this Professor Snape?”

“It is Te Tila, an herb that helps to clear your mind and relax your nerves. It is bitter, but adding flavor will only inhibit its effects. Drink it Miss Granger.” His voice was silky and calm with no sign of sarcasm. Hermione did as she was told and immediately felt its effect. When she was finished, she returned the cup to Professor Snape.

“Thank you Professor Snape. I am feeling much better,” she said in a small voice. Severus noted her words, but sensed that she was still under a lot of pressure.

“Miss Granger, I realize that the past year has been very difficult for you and that your emotions may cloud your judgment, buadviadvise you to keep your guard up by following your instincts.” Hermione knew he was talking about Lucius, but she did not have the energy to justify her friendship with him, especially to Professor Snape.

“Again, Professor, thank you for the tea. I need to be going,” she said and Snape nodded, allowing her to leave.

Hermione went back to her room to think. She could not understand how she had become so close to Lucius Malfoy so quickly and lost her two best friends. Realizing that she needed to talk to Harry and Ron again, she heard a knock at the door. As she opened it, she saw Lucius standing there and everything seemed to be right in the world again.

“Come in Lucius,” Hermione smiled.

“Hello my love. How are you?” he asked with sincerity in his voice.

“I am wonderful now that you are here,” and she stood up on her tiptoes and kissed him. Lucius quickly snaked his arms around her and kissed her back passionately.

“I have been waiting to hold you all day,” he said.

“Lucius, it is only ten in the morning.”

“I know,” and he kissed her again. Hermione explained to him about her conversation with Ron and Harry and how it ended with her slapping Ron. She did not know why, but she decided not to mention the part with Professor Snape.

Inwardly, Lucius was smirking, but he only told Hermione, “They will never appreciate you like I do Hermione. You know that I am the only one who will ever love you Hermione, right?”

“Yes, I know that. I am very lucky to have you,” she said as she rested her head on his chest. It was times like this that Hermione reminded herself why she loved this man. He could be gentle, when he wanted, but all good things come to an end, as Hermione was well aware. Without warning, he grabbed Hermione’s arms and pinned them behind her back as he viciously kissed her mouth. Biting her bottom lip, Hermione could feel the blood run down it.

“Please, Lucius, I love you,” Hermione was begging him to stop, but it only aroused him more. Flipping her over onto her stomach and bending her over, Lucius hiked up her skirt and ripped off her knickers, exposing her womanhood. Without wasting anytime, he unfastened his pants, released his throbbing erection and thrust it into her hard as she muffled a scream. Again, he thrust harder and harder.

“Scream, bitch!” he yelled and Hermione screamed, not because it hurt, but because she knew that if she did not scream, he would beat her. Hermione was almost used to the rough, dry sex, but it still scared her as she closed her eyes and screamed for him. ‘It’s almost over,’ she told herself. His thrusts became more vigorous, and he pulled out at his release, spraying hot semen all over her backside.

“ Her Hermione, I love you,” he said breathlessly as he fastened his pants. Hermione turned around and smiled because it was over.

Lucius pulled back and slapped her, “Bitch! I said I love you! What are you suppose to say?” he yelled.

“I love you Lucius,” Hermione said as she held her face, scared of what was to come.

“That’s better love. I will see you later.” She watched Lucius leave her room and then she ran to the bathroom and vomited. Afterwards, she took a hot bath, staying in the tub for several hours, trying to wash the dirty feeling from her body and reminding herself that she was lucky to have a man that loved her.

Several weeks later in Double Potion’s class, Professor Snape ordered the class to brew the sleeping potion they had been reading and researching. Hermione panicked because she knew that she had not read the assignment. Mimicking Neville, she pulled out her cauldron and began to line up her ingredients in the same order Neville was doing. Within a few minutes, both Hermione and Neville had simultaneously melted their cauldrons as Snape stormed to their work area.

\"Miss Granger! I expect this idiocy from Mister Longbottom, but from you Miss Granger? Fifty points from Gryffindor and detention!” he hissed. “Now clean up this mess before I make it one hundred points!”

After class, Hermione went to see Professor Snape about the detention. He was sitting at his desk, glaring at her.

“Miss Granger,” his voice was dangerous, “I do not know what is going on between you and Lucius, but it had better stop.” As Hermione’s eyes widened in fear, Severus’ suspicions were confirmed. There was something going on between the two of them and he had to stop it now.

“Miss Granger, you will report here, to my dungeons, immediately after dinner. Do you understand?”

“Professor Snape, I can’t. I have to - ” but she stopped herself in mid-sentence from saying she needed to be with Lucius.

“You have to what, Miss Granger?” he growled, raising an eyebrow as if daring her to come up with a better excuse.

“Nothing sir,” she hung her head, “I will be here.”

“That is all Miss Granger; you may go,” and he watched her leave in defeat. Severus had no idea how serious the situation between Lucius and Hermione had become, but he knew it stopped now.
