Charming

I shut the door to the dorm and headed to my bed, finding some clothes to wear under my robes. I headed into the bathroom before any of the other girls did.

“Hey Reina, where were you? Not like you to be out”
“Oh I just went for a walk”

They were right, it was not like me. Why did I go I mean it was Remus that always broke the rules not me. And defiantly not like me to go out with two guys let alone “those” two with their reputation.

I sat on the side of the bath as I brushed my teeth, thinking about it. Why so suddenly were they being nice to me? I mean only time they normally talk to me is when Remus is around and even then it takes a lot. Something was up my senses told me that. Right from now on must be me, and not go out with those two.

After quickly changing into my clothes I headed down to the great hall, I had to admit I was not really that hungry but I had to eat something. I buttered some toast while thinking about it more.

I suddenly heard a band and in walk “them” sitting at the other end of the table. Great there goes my concentration as all the girls started to giggle as Sirius started pulling off jokes. I rolled my eyes; he really was not that funny.

“Hey Reina, I heard you weren’t in the dorm this morning when the girls woke up” My best friend Crystal asked. Crystal was tall and slim she had these long dark curls and dark eyes. I envied how she looked. Better than being boring like me, I was just average with medium length brown hair and blue eyes…..boring.
“Yeah I decided to go for a walk, couldn’t sleep”

“Everything ok Rein?” she asked concerned
“Yeah thanks, just a couple of things on my mind”

There was now LOTS of noise coming from their end of the table.
“Hey Crys I am going to go and check on Remus”
“Sure wish him well, I do feel for him he’s always sick”
I tried not to laugh “Oh he shall live Crys, but I shall send him your wishes” she smiled at me. I always had the feeling she liked Remus but would never say so.

I headed up to the hospital wing, I knocked on the door.
“Madam Pomfrey, is it ok to see my brother for a few minutes?”
“Sure just make sure you don’t tire him out too much”
“Thank you” I said smiling.

“Hey trouble” he called
“I love you too” I said sticking out my tongue. He smiled in return I approached his bed giving him a gentle hug.
“You ok?”
“Reina you should know me by now”

“True but I still worry”
“Thank you for your concern”

“I’m not the only one concerned about you” I said smugly
“Oh and who else is?” He said very curiously.

“Crystal”
“Oh” smiling like the cat who had the cream

“So anyway how is my little sister?”
“She’s well but has a question”

“Oh dear this doesn’t sound good”
“Stop joking Remus this is serious, it’s about Sirius”

“ah”
“what do you mean “ah?”” I said

“What’s he done this time?” he said picking up his glass of water and taking a gulp.
“Well him and James took me to the kitchen this morning, and were. Well they were nice to me”
At this point he spat his drink out all over the place and on me.

“So this is what they were on about”
“What do you mean?”

“Look this is hard for me because you’re my sister, my twin in fact and they are my best friends. Just trust me on this, next time they ask you to go anywhere turn them down. Lie to them just don’t go out with them please Reina”
“Why?” I was worried now.

He took my hand “Reina just promise me you wont go out with them, it wont lead to any good. You don’t know what they are like your sweet and innocent and well they are far from that. Just please promise me you wont go out with them”
“Ok I promise” I tried to smile. I was wondering now more, what did Remus know and what was it exactly those two were planning.

“Don’t you have a lesson to go to Miss Lupin?”
“Err yes on my way now” I called back

“Remus, can I come back later?”
“Sure you can” He said smiling, then kissed the back of my hand.
“Remember my promise Reina?”
“I promise” I said as I left the hospital wing.

This had to be the weirdest day so far and it wasn’t even 9am.
