Knots in my stomach
Harry awoke hours later in the Hospital wing with a terrible
headache. As he reached for his glasses and put them on, Dumbledore
came into view.
\"Everyone has been quite worried about you Harry. Your dorm
mates seem to think you\'ve come over ill during the holidays. Why
didn\'t you come to Madame Pomfrey as soon as you arrived?\"
Dumbledore questioned.
\"I...I\'m not sure, Sir. I thought perhaps it was just a
little flu and it would pass,\" Harry muttered.
\"Ah yes, I can see how you might think that. However, Harry,
you seem to have a most puzzling condition, which explains your
recent bouts of nausea and sleepiness. It seems that you have become
pregnant. A most peculiar affliction for a young man to come down
with.\" Albus chuckled slightly.
Harry was too stunned to speak. How did they find out? He had
known that he was pregnant before he had returned to Hogwarts but how
did they know? How did they find out? No, this was all wrong, no one
was supposed to know.
\"I understand that this is shocking Harry. Madame Pomfrey
nearly fainted when she was checking you over. It is highly rare,
there are very few documented cases of male pregnancy in the
Wizarding world. I must say, it isn\'t surprising that you would one
of them. You never cease to amaze me Harry.\"
Harry blushed and then began to worry. What if they found out
how he had become pregnant. He just wouldn\'t tell them who or how,
maybe that would be best.
\"There is one more thing I must tell you Harry. While you
were sleeping Madame Pomfrey also performed a Paternity Charm. This
makes the case even more interesting. You see, we already know how
this happened. There are, however, still some important clues
missing. I want you to see for yourself what we saw when she
performed the spell,\" Albus said.
Pomfrey walked through the curtain separating Harry\'s bed
from the rest of the wing. She smiled at him and then performed the
charm. Instantly small lights began to emerge from Harry\'s abdomen
and swirled around above him. They came together to form not one, but
two faces. Harry\'s mouth opened in shock as he saw the images of
Sirius Black and Remus Lupin above him. Harry was too shocked to
speak. He was afraid of the consequences that this might bring.
\"Now, it seems as though something happened that we never
expected. Harry, it\'s alright, no one is in trouble. However, we do
need to know exactly what happened between the three of you,\" Albus
said calmly.
Harry gulped and nodded. Madame Pomfrey went back into a
storeroom and brought out a Pensieve. She handed Harry his wand and
gave him a reassuring smile. Harry took his wand and touched it to
his forehead causing a few silver strands to stream into the bowl.
The three of them touched their wands to the Pensieve and fell
quickly into Harry\'s memory.
