Back at the manor Lucius kissed me lightly telling me that he would return in time for dinner. Sitting in the den I wondered to myself, how had it all come to this. I was in a world that really couldn't exsist, married to a god and in love with the dark lord of the underworld. I had started to think of Severus as a form of hades and Lucius was my Ares only fairer. So what did that make me?
Knowing as I did that Voldemort would come for me again I patted my stomach, he would rip my unborn children from me, realishing in slaughtering them in front of their fathers and I. The war was getting worse, we had lost to many. I knew what I had to do, call us cowards but the need to protect my family from the evil here. I had to convince both Lucius and Severus to leave England, Let Harry and mouldy wart fight it out.
No we also cannot leave the fight now, they would find us. Standing I walked over to the window Looking out into the vast fields of Malfoy Manor. No we would not leave, fight to the end. All for one and one for all, wasn't that the old motto. There was three of us, and I knew my men would protect me as I would them, there was Draco and Casey to think of as well. I couldn't leave them here. God knows Casey needs me to keep her in line. Snickering I walked back over to my seat, summoning a book I relaxed into my chair, waiting for my husband to return.

Standing in the study I watched Severus and Lucius argue about what was good for me. Angered I glared the air crackling with my power. "Enough! It is my choice to stay, there will be no running away." Both men stared at me, I could see words about to come out to try and stop me. "No Lucius I will not be locked up in a tower, sitting by while you two go out there and get yourselves killed!" Severus gave a chuckle at the look of shock in Lucius's face at me treating him like a child. Suddenly the fire lit up, Harry's face in it. "COME now the deatheaters are attacking Hogwarts!" Realizing we were needed I went to run for the fire not seeing my husbands wands, only feeling the ground as I was knocked out.

Looking at Kellie on the ground I levitated her to the couch, glaring at Severus I nodded to the fire. "We must ward the room so when she wakes she cannot follow." Severus nodded, "Oh shes is going to be rightly pissed at us." I laughed kissing my wife lightly on the head, "She will have to get over it, come we must go." Stepping through the fire I looked one more time back at my love, as the fire spun me away and into a castle that I could just not return from.
