Discovered
As it turns out, the empty classroom was the potions classroom. Severus had been making his rounds around the castle trying to prevent the horny students from having illicit fun, when he decided to go and work on a potion that he had been trying to fine tune.
He walked into his classroom and saw that someone was on his desk. He ran over to the desk and saw that it was the battered, naked form of one of his students, Miss Granger, or Mrs. Malfoy now he had heard.
He thought quickly and decided that he needed Albus, but he did not want him to see her this way. He took her to his private rooms. He got into the shower with her and turned on the water. He conjured a sponge and washed Hermione. He got off the blood, sweat and cum. He shut off the water. He dried her with a towel and placed her on his bed. She was still out; Severus was concerned because he thought the shower would wake her up. He quickly changed his clothes because he was soaking wet from wearing his in the shower with her.
While he was changing Hermione briefly opened her eyes and saw the pale skin of Professor Snape as he was changing his clothes. She looked puzzled for a moment, and then passed out again. Professor Snape didn’t even notice this because he was too busy changing his clothing.
He then brought the girl to his couch. He healed what he could and then had one of the house elves bring Albus and Draco to his room.
