Chapter 24

Phoebus and Rosemary stand with their families in their gowns from the ceremony. Rosemary was holding Cameron bouncing him gently. Phoebus was a nervous reck about his wedding tomorrow. Bella holds Bastian softly as both babies slept peasefully.

"That was a beautiful ceremony dont you think love?" Bella says as she looks over at Harry.

Harry looks up from his playing with Bastian and Cameron and nods.

"Mhm." then smiles when Bastian claps and Cameron offers a bright smile.

Hydra, in his finery, pokes his sister in the side.

"You *will* be there tomorrow, won't you?" he asks nervously.

Aside from his mother, she was the one in his family he was closest to. Mimi smiles brightly and kisses her brother's head.

"Dont worry you twit ill be there. So will Elysa and Riven." She looks over at Riven with their 2 year old daughter.

She was just learning how to walk as 4 year old Gyle Teddy and Dahlia's son was watching over her like a good cousin. Teddy grins, snatching the snake Gyle had brought from the floor. It was a small snake and Dahlia knew more about what it was than Teddy did, but it had been around long enough that he wasn't worried about it biting anyone. It wrapped around his wrist and he offered it to Dahlia. Dahlia gently takes the snake gently smiling. She looked up at her husband and smiles brightly. Mimi petted Hydra's hair and pulled out a small box.

"Here a months supply of the potions you requested. Thankfully they were easy to brew." Mimi had taken a job as a potion replenisher for St. Mulargros and Hogwarts since Pansy was dealing with her own growing family. "Give Phoebus a good luck kiss for me." Hydra smiled secretively and slipped the small box into his jacket pocket.

His parents didn't know about his and Phoebus' plan yet and he wasn't going to tell them until they were sure they were successful.

"I will. Thank you." Kaleb dropped down beside Rosemary.

"Father wants to talk to you when you get time." He said quietly.

Rosemary nods and gently bounces Cameron making soft sounds to him. She walks over towards Severus as she holds Cameron gently.

"Hello there sir. Care to hold your grandson?" Severus smiled softly and took the baby, cradling him to his chest and smoothing his hair.

Several lingering students and ex-students blinked wide-eyed at the display of affection form their dour Headmaster. Severus glanced back up to Rosemary and nodded toward an empty seat beside Phasma and their own youngest son.

"If you would have a seat." He said politely.

Rosemary walks over and sits down as Toni sucks his thumb watching Cameron. She watched Cameron with a look of open love and admiration. Severus points menacingly at Toni, who abruptly pulls his thumb out of his mouth. Severus nods before turning back to Rosemary.

"Miss Potter. It seems that I am to be without a Divination teacher for the foseeable future. I was wondering if you would be at all interested in the post." He stated calmly.

Rosemary blinks and smiles brightly.

"I would love that sir. It would be wonderful to show students what the powers of the mind can do. I accept sir." Phasma smiles as Toni coos waving his hands around then his thumb goes right back into his mouth.

Severus sighs at his son, but smiles at Rosemary.

"I imagine sometime after your family's upcoming wedding would be soon enough to discuss the business aspect of things. We shall be very glad to have you on staff, Miss Potter." Severus offers Rosemary his hand.

Rosemary pushes his hand aside and hugs him gently being mindful of her baby. She felt close enough to her fiance's father figure that she knew this was alright. Phasma giggled slightly. He enjoyed how Severus tried to be so stuffy when he was around students. Severus stiffened for a moment before allowing a small smile and hugging her back.

"Impertinent child." he chided affectionately. "You'll ruin my reputation." Rosemary sat back.

She looked at her son.

"I think Cameron already did that sir." she gently ran her finger over her son's pouty lip.

Severus' smile softened.

"You children are going to be the end of me." He stated.

Every time a new one came along he got just a bit softer. If things kept going, he'd be handing out chocolate and presents in a few years. Rosemary gently took her son into her arms.

"Careful what you say sir." She makes a pose similar to Sybill Trealorny. "I see great grief in your future." Phasma chuckles.

Severus had told him of that woman who seemed to delight in tormenting her students. Severus rolled his eyes.

"I don't doubt it with a Potter on my staff." He smirked. "Your classes will no doubt be..interesting to say the least." Rosemary smiles.

"As long as i can be near Cameron i will be happy with any class. Are you offering your son a position here?" Severus' grin was every inch Slytherin.

"I decided to ask you first." He said with a wink. They both knew wherever Rosie went, Kaleb followed. Rosemary giggles and looks at Cameron. "I think he would be very good with past. I would help him if he ever got stuck so maybe History of Magic." Severus nodded.

"As I thought." His grin widens into a smile. "Glad to know we agree. Perhaps you and Kaleb would like to set up a play date for Cameron with Toni at the end of the week and we could discuss it." Rosemary smiles.

"I think that would be perfect. Would you like to play with your nephew Toni?" Toni makes a cooing sound with a big smile on his face.

Severus' smile is soft. He is incredibly happy to have his family near him and the prospect of seeing his son every day without actually having to live with him is pleasant. Kaleb comes up behind Rose and lays his chin on her shoulder, wrapping his arms around her. Rosemary looks back and smiles.

"Hi there. Cameron's going to have a play date with your brother." Kaleb smiles.

"You know that's going to get quite weird when they're older."
