Narcissa awoke with a dull throbbing between her legs. She groaned softly, and rolled over, smiling at the sight before her. Lucius was still asleep. His steady breath was like music to Narcissa’s ears. She looked at the grandfather clock on the other side of the room, and yawned. “Eight…” she murmured, and gently slipped out of the bed as not to wake her husband. She stretched, and walked slowly to the bathroom. She began to run water for a bath. “A nice hot soak will loosen me up…” she said. She stepped in front of the full mirror and turned her bottom towards it to admire her husband’s work. Her bottom was still very red. She rubbed her bottom gingerly, and then went back to the bathtub. She waited patiently for the large marble tub to fill, and then stepped into the hot water. She eased herself into the steaming liquid, and sighed softly. “What a night…” she said.
“What a night indeed.” Came a voice from the doorway.
“Morning, Lu.” She said softly.
“Morning, kitten.” He replied. “Care if I join you?” he asked.
“Like you’d listen if I said yes…” she said softly.
“How are you feeling?”
“Like I’ve had the best fuck of my life.”
“You’re welcome.” He said, and then stepped into the water with her. He eased down next to her. “Are you still marked?” he asked. She nodded. “Good, you tease.” He replied, and was rewarded with a generous amount of hot water in his face. She squealed as he splashed back. There was soon a splash fight, and Narcissa finally squealed her defeat.
“I give! I give!” she said, spluttering. When the water calmed down hers and Lucius’ hair was soaked. She grabbed the shampoo. “Thanks.” She said sarcastically, and lathered up her hair.
“You started it…” he said, and grabbed the shampoo from her. He lathered up his own hair, and ducked under the surface to rinse. She followed suit, and came back to the surface. Lucius was wringing water from his hair. She looked at him, and began to laugh.
“You look like a wet cat…” she said, laughing at the way his hair clung to his face.
“You look like a wet horse.” He said, and pulled a face at her. She smiled.
“You look like a sexy wet cat.” She replied, and stood, stepping out of the bathtub.
“You just look like a wet horse.” He said, and she laughed. She grabbed a fluffy towel, and began to dry off. She muttered a wandless drying spell on her hair, and then retrieved her good brush from the counter. She brushed her hair until it shone.
Lucius watched her from the water. He saw the redness of her bottom and smiled. He stepped out of the bath as well, and pulled the stop to drain the water. He grabbed a fresh towel, and dried himself. He muttered the same spell on his hair, and took her brush from her.
“Hey! Use your own brush…I don’t want your nasty hairs in mine!” she said, and tried to take it back.
“Unless you want it across your bottom you’ll let go.” He said softly, and she stopped reaching for the brush, pouting like a child.
“Ass.” She said, and walked out of the bathroom. She went to the closet, and pulled out something to wear. She opted for a long green skirt, a white blouse, and silvery robes that hugged her curves. Lucius stepped out of the room just as she walked out of the door. He grinned, and chose his own clothes.
The morning went by rather uneventfully. Narcissa and Lucius were in the library, cuddling on the large sofa by the fire as Lucius tried to read a book. A tap at the window startled them from their comfortable reverie. A large brown owl was tapping on the window. Narcissa stood, and walked over to the window to let the bird in. It dropped a letter in her lap, and landed on a table to await the reply. Narcissa opened the envelope.
Mr. Malfoy,
I am going to visit some Muggle relatives of mine today. Minister Percy said it would be a great idea to take you along, since you have accepted ‘the new way of life.’ If you send back an affirmative reply, I will be at your estate to pick you up at noon. Reply soon.
Harry Potter
Narcissa read the letter aloud, and Lucius looked at her blankly.
“Surely he must be joking.” He said. Narcissa looked at him.
“I think it would be a wonderful idea. Now, before you throttle me…just listen. You gave that beautiful speech last night about change. Just go with Potter…what’s the worst that can happen?” she asked. She quickly withdrew a piece of parchment from a desk, and a quill and ink, and scribbled a hasty reply. She tied it to the owl’s leg, and the bird took off.
“What did you tell him?” he asked.
“I told him that you would be happy to go and that I would be accompanying you.” She said. Lucius stood angrily, his book dropping to the floor.
“What?!” he cried, closing the space between himself and her immediately. She shrank away from him slightly. “I did not want to go…” he said. “I do not want to be screwing around with Muggles. Especially ones related to Potter.” He said angrily.
“Well, it’s done now, and according to the clock, if he gets an affirmative he’ll be here in thirty minutes. Go get something more casual on.” She said, looking at his outfit.
He had chosen an extremely severe black shirt that buttoned all the way up his neck. He had added black slacks and a black robe with a silver clasp. He added to the severity of the look by tying his hair back with a black ribbon. He looked absolutely divine to her, but rather intimidating to others. He rolled his eyes skyward.
“No.” he said.
“But we won’t match…” she said, looking at her own clothes and panicking.
“Then YOU change.” He said. She gave an angry huff and Apparated to the bedroom. She came back down with an entirely different outfit on. She had on a form-fitting long-sleeved black dress that had a tail that was raised halfway up her shins in the front, and dragged the floor in the back, and had tied a black cloak around her. She had drawn her own hair back with a black ribbon as well, but it was tied much looser and gave her a softer appearance.
He looked her over. “Beautiful.” He said. She smiled.
“I know.” She stated haughtily, and pressed her lips, which she had painted a tempting red, together in an attempt to look stern. Lucius merely laughed at her, and took her hand to draw her into the foyer to wait for Potter. He fetched his snake-headed cane, and tucked his wand away inside, and looked at himself in the small mirror in the hallway leading to the foyer.
“Do you have your wand with you?” he asked. She looked at him as if he’d said something stupid. She pulled down the end of her sleeve slightly, revealing the handle of her wand held in place by the tight stretchy material of her sleeve.
“Yah.” She said. There was a knock on the door, and Narcissa opened it. Harry looked at her strangely.
“Afternoon…that’s a lot of black.” He said, looking at her. He caught a glimpse of Lucius and his face paled slightly. “And so is that. Ah well….come on now.” He said. “We’re doing side-along Apparition to a particular point, and then we’re walking to my Aunt and Uncle’s house.” He said. Lucius stepped outside, and Narcissa did as well, shutting the door behind her. Harry took Narcissa’s hand and placed a hand on Lucius’ shoulder, and Apparated.
They landed in the woods of a small park. Lucius looked around. Harry began to walk, and Narcissa and Lucius followed him. There were children playing at the park, and they all stopped to stare when the three stepped out of the woods. Harry looked slightly less strange than the other two, as he was wearing jeans and a black sweater. They walked until they came into the neighborhood that his relatives lived in, and Harry led them to Privet Drive.
“So who exactly are these people?” asked Narcissa as they approached number four.
“My Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, and my cousin Dudley. We’re coming to see the Dursleys.” He said softly. “They…aren’t too fond of magical folk…so just stay behind me.” He said. Lucius bristled.
“I’m not afraid of Muggles.” He said.
“I know. That’s why you need to stay behind me.” Harry replied, and knocked on the door.
Aunt Petunia opened the door, took one look at Harry, and screamed, slamming the door in his face. Harry blinked.
“That went well….” He said. His Aunt then re-opened the door.
“Potter…what a…surprise…and you’ve brought friends…lovely.” She said. Harry looked at his Aunt.
“May we come inside or would you like the neighbors to stare?” he asked. Her eyes widened, and she ushered them inside quickly. “Where’s uncle Vernon? And Dudley?” he asked. Petunia frowned.
“You’re uncle is at work. Something your father never knew about. He’s busy earning this family a living.” She said, eyeing Harry with dislike. Lucius gave a small snort.
“Work…” he said softly. Petunia turned on him.
“And you come into my house, acting the great scary wizard, eh? Think I’m afraid of you because you can shoot sparks out of a stick? Well you can stick it up yours.” She said. Lucius looked as if someone had kicked him in the face. Narcissa frowned.
“That’s not a very polite way to talk to guests.” She said in her husband’s defense.
“And you, you little blonde bimbo, are not my guest. Potter brought you with him…I didn’t invite you.” She said, and turned away from them, walking into the kitchen. Harry looked at Lucius and Narcissa with apologetic looks.
“Sorry. I didn’t know it would be quite this bad…” he said. Lucius’ hand tightened around the head of his cane.
“I think it’s time Narcissa and I left.” He said. Harry looked at him pleadingly.
“Don’t leave me alone here. Come on…just stick it out…” he pleaded. Narcissa took his face in her hands.
“Of course we won’t leave you with this horrid woman all by yourself.” She said, and Lucius grunted softly. “You suck it up.” She said to him. Petunia came into the room again, a tea tray in her hands.
“Still here? Might as well sit down then.” She said coldly, and motioned to the sofa.
“Where’s Dudley, Aunt Petunia?” he asked softly, guiding his tag-a-longs to the sofa and sitting them down before taking a seat between them.
“He’s off at work too. My little Dudders is off helping make ends meet. Not that YOU ever did anything for us while you were here…” she said, giving him a look of contempt before pouring herself a cup of tea. She didn’t offer her guests any.
Harry looked enraged. “Except for saving the fat dope from Dementors and keeping this family protected with magic that my mother died to instill that would keep you all from being murdered in your sleep by Voldemort!” he cried angrily. She looked at him.
“Oh. Well…I suppose you had to pull your weight around here, didn’t you? By the way…why are you here?” she asked. Harry looked hurt.
“I just…I just came to see you…” he said.
“Is that all? Well you’ve seen me. You can leave now.” She said. Narcissa stood angrily.
“How could you treat your nephew that way!” she cried. “You’re despicable…you stupid Muggle…” she said, her anger slowly simmering. Lucius watched his wife with interest.
“Why don’t you sit down you bleached-out tramp?” Petunia asked, setting her cup of tea down and standing as well. Narcissa looked outraged.
“Every part of me is natural you horse-faced bitch!” she said, approaching Petunia and meeting her nose-to-nose. Petunia frowned.
“Name calling? Is that all you have you magical freak?” she asked, and gently pushed Narcissa away. Narcissa slapped her hands.
“Don’t touch me you buck-toothed magic-less miserable hag.” She retorted.
“Wand-waving hussy!” Petunia cried.
“Muggle tramp!” Narcissa replied.
“Starting to repeat insults?” Petunia asked haughtily.
“Starting to mimic equines?” Narcissa inquired.
Harry looked between the two women. He looked at Lucius, whose face was emotionless. He started to get up to separate them, but Lucius’ hand grabbed his shoulder, stopping him.
“This could get interesting.”
