AUTHOR’S NOTE ADDED ON JULY 10TH:

I have noticed that some reviewers are getting a tad confused by the jumbled pairings in this story. In my defense, I work with a great many (annoyingly hormonal) teenagers and all they all seem to have relationships that are complicated and intertwining.

I wanted to emphasize that Marcus and Katie have a very special relationship. They have the amazing chemistry of Alicia/Terry; the sexual compatibility of Adrian/Daria; the easy friendship of Angelina/Fred and the deep love that Aurelius/Natalya have.

The rest of story is going to concentrate on Marcus and Katie’s relationship though. I will try not to muddy the waters too deeply. I guess that threesome with Alec, Adrian and Daria will have to remain in my imagination.

Now a quick rundown of the relationships and where they stand right now:

Marcus/Katie- all is well for now but two names from the past are going to haunt them –Billy Bletchley and Persephone Stebbins, two of Marcus’s ex-girlfriends.

Terry/Alicia- what Terry doesn’t know won’t hurt him.

Alicia/George Weasley – done.

Alicia/Derrick – Is flirting cheating?

Terry/Daria – She’s giving him his walking papers. It’s done.

Terry/ random witches or wizards – Could be. Ter is a tomcat. But he’s as committed as he can get with Alicia.

Angelina/Adrian – Problems, many problems.

Angelina/Fred – Is flirting cheating?

Adrian/Daria – sex sex sex

Natalya/Lucius – blackmail

Natalya/Rhys- Revenge on Natalya’s part. Rhys just likes living on the edge.

Natalya/Aurelius- real love, too little too late?

Alec/Mariah – keep your eye on this one.

Tarquin/Ravenclaw House – He’s trying to make it through the alphabet. He’s on ‘M’.

Geez, it is a bit complicated and messy, isn’t it? Kinda like real life.

As alway app appreciate all the reviews and I do actually take them to heart. I kept Ter/Ally together because of reviews. Please keep the input coming. The next chapter should be up by Monday.

BACK TO THE REGULAR SCHEDULED CHAPTER:

Chapter 24: Reflections and Ramifications

The Slytherin Common Room:

Terry sneakily snuck a glance at the clock over the fireplace. He looked down at his Runes parchment and gave a slight cough.

“Did you need the dictionary, Terry,” asked Daria with a slight frown.

“No,” said Terry with a smile at his girlfriend. “I’m nearly done. Did you need a hand?”

“No,” said Daria. “I am finished. I am just reading the paper through to catch errors.”

“Right,” said Terry as his mind raced. He had to find a way to slip away from Daria without her being any the wiser. Alicia was waiting for him in a quiet classroom near the Potions Lab at this very moment. He looked around the quiet common room in desperation. He spied just the person coming out of the boy’s dormitory corridor.

“Derrick,” called Terry. “Just the wizard I wanted to see. Excuse me love, Derrick and I have a matter of some importance to discuss.”

“What?” asked Angus with a suspicious look at the overly cheery Higgs.

“What is it Higgs?” asked Tarquin from beside Derrick. His voice dipped. “I seriously do not know the name of the witch you shagged the other night, honest. I think it was a Gryffindor if that’s any use.”

“Fuck no,” said Terry with a worried frown. “That’s all I need today. I thought the girl was from Ravenclaw actually. But I digress. I am in serious trouble. I scheduled two dates for the same time. You have to save me lads.”

“Sorry,” said Tarquin breezily. “I have a tryst with a willing Ravenclaw. I think her name is Helen.”

“Think, you tart,” asked Derrick with a mock look of disgust at Bole.

“I’m pretty sure,” said Tarquin with a grin. “That’s all right though. I usually call my witches’ sweetheart. It saves trying to remember the right name. I once said the wrong name while in the throes and let’s just say, it was not pleasant.”

“Back to me lads,” said Terry insistently. He turned to wave at Daria with a smile. Out of the corner of his mouth he said, “Derrick, please. I will owe you.”

“Hell,” said Derrick with a sigh. “What do I have to do?”

“See,” said Terry quickly. “Spinnet is waiting for me in that deserted classroom near the potions lab. You know the one with the black door and the snakes carved on it? Could you go and tell Ally that I am going to be late and to please wait for me?”

“Won’t Spinnet be completely pissed at you?” asked Tarquin with a confused look.

“A little,” admitted Terry. “But we do have an understanding.”

“Fine,” said Derrick diffidently as his heart started to race with anticipation. “How long will you be?”

“I’m thinking an hour at the most,” said Terry with a sigh of relief. “Tell her I am truly sorry.”

“You owe me,” said Derrick just before he left the common room. Tarquin trailed behind him.

After a short silence, Tarquin gave a low snicker and said, “Oh, he’ll owe you all right.”

Derrick smirked at his best mate.

“How will you and Spinnet pass the time?” asked Tarquin sarcastically. “You are treading in deep waters, my friend. You like that Spinnet bint, don’t you?”

“She isn’t a bint,” said Angus mildly.

“Okay,” said Tarquin as he rolled his eyes. As he turned to go up the stairs, he gave Derrick a stern look. “Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.”

“That leaves a realm of possibilities,” said Derrick with a laugh.

He stopped outside the door to the deserted classroom for a second then opened it.

“You are late,” said Alicia. Her back was turned to the door. She was sitting on a low chaise on near the front of the room. “I am not sure that I should forgive you.”

“But I promise not be late again,” said Derrick with a low voice.

Alicia turned with a gasp.

“Hello,” said Derrick as he closed the door behind him. “Terry sent me with a message. He is unavoidably delayed.” He moved to stand beside the chaise. He gazed at her blushing face with a grin.

“Daria,” said Alicia flatly. “Yes“Yes,” said Derrick. He made a move to go.

Alicia snorted then shifted over on the chaise.

“Well,” said Alicia. “You aren’t going to make me wait for that git alone, are you?”

Derrick sat down then gave Alicia a slow grin that she returned.

“Have you told him,” asked Derrick. “About us that night?’

“No,” said Alicia. Her heart pounded at his closeness. She could feel his body warmth along hide.ide. Her body tingled with awareness.

“Good,” said Derrick softly.

Alicia blushed then turned the subject to Quidditch. They talked and debated for what seemed to Ally for hours. Alicia was surprised with how comfortable she was talking to him. After awhile, a short tense silence fell between them. They looked into each other’s eyes.

“I want you,” said Derrick quietly and intensely.

“I know,” said Alicia breathlessly. Alicia stared into his velvety browes les like she was hypnotized. She was waiting for what he would say next.

The spell between them was broken when Terry opened the door a scant second later. Both Angus and Alicia looked away from each other. Angus felt annoyed with Terry and Alicia felt guilty. She had completely forgotten about Terry. She waved good-bye at Angus as he gave Terry a wry smile and Alicia a sly grin, then he left.

“What did you and Angus talk about?” asked Terry curiously as he wrapped himself around Alicia.

“Quidditch,” said Alicia with a secret smile.

The North Tower:

Angelina stared pensively through the open window into the spring sunshine. She was thinking about Fred. He was haunting her dreams lately. She turned and gave Adrian’s handsome face a searching glance.

“What’s wrong Angelina,” asked Adrian when she pulled away from him yet again. They were sprawled together on a couch in a deserted room right underneath the Divination classroom. No one came near this area. Trelawney was considered eccentric even by the wizarding worlvaguvague standards.

“Nothing,” said Angie as she absentmindedly stroked the fine linen of his white shirt. She blinked in surprise as she gazed at his wrist. “You wear cufflinks.”

“I do,” said Adrian as he raised an arm. “I always have. You haven’t noticed. I suspect because you are usually more interested in my other items of clothing.”

“Like what?” asked Angie with a confused expression.

“Like my trousers,” said Adrian with a suggestive smile.

“Flirt,” said Angie with a wry grin. “It’s unusual, you know.”

Adrian looked down at his rather expensive black trousers in surprise. “They don’t look out of the ordinary,” said Adrian.

“The cufflinks,” said Angie. “Most people have buttons on the end of their dress shirts.”

“Love,” teased Adrian. “I am not most people. I have had my shirts tailored to fit since I came to Hogwarts. They don’t come with buttons on the cuffs, darling. Buttons are for the lower classes, as my father used to say.”

“Your father,” said Angie with surprise. “What does he do? You’ve never mentioned him before.”

“Ahh yes,” said Adrian after a short silence. “I have not. My father is dead. He died when I was twelve.”

“I’m sorry,” said a contrite Angelina.

“It all right,” said Adrian with a shrug.

“Do you miss him,” asked Angie as she thought of how much she would miss her father if he was gone.

“Yes,” said Adrian with an expressionless face. His heart was pounding as he thought that the question was unusually tactless for the usually perceptive Angelina.

“Is that why you cling so much to Terry,” asked Angie.

“I don’t cling to Ter,” snapped Adrian. “Terry and Marcus were there for me when he died.”

“It’s just to me that you seem to look to Terry for love,” said Angie with a frown. “I can understand why with the situation with your father.”

Adrian gave Angie a nousnous expression to mask the hurt he felt. Was she totally underestimating the effect the death of his father had on him?

“Adrian,” chided Angie. “You replaced your father’s importance in your life with Terry as a substitute.”

“I did not,” said Adrian with a sigh as he pushed away from Angie.

“It explains everything,” said Angie relentlessly.

“Angelina,” said Adrian angrily. “Terry could never replace my father. I loved my father. I miss him every day of my life. It feels like there’s a gap in my life that will never be filled no matter how hard my mother tries. Terry is my lover and my best mate not my father. I enjoy fucking Terry just as much as I like fucking you.”

“I’m sorry Adrian,” said a confused Angelina.

“You should be,id Aid Adrian angrily. “You don’t know what it is like to lose your father. You have no right to psychoanalyze me. Are you that jealous of Terry?”

“No,” protested Angie.

“Or is it that you just want to keep fucking Terry behind my back,” said Adrian as his temper unfurled. “Ter told me you know. He and I have no secrets from one another. He ts mes me.”

“He told you,” gasped Angelina.

“That’s the reason behind the whole fidelity thing isn’t it?” asked Adrian. “You were just concerned that I would start screwing around on you like you did to me. By the way, when were you going to tell me about you and Fred the other night? You are aware that I am not blind. The lights were not that dark in the dungeons.”

“I thought you weren’t a jealous person,” shot back Angelina as she got to her feet. “And you were not blameless that night. Who did you take back to your room?”

“I’m not jealous,” said Adrian through his teeth. “I would appreciate you not trying to keep things such a deep dark secret. After all, it is not like either of us were virgins when we started our relationship. It’s like you want to feel guilty. Is that why you keep our relationship a secret as well?”

“I am trying to keep my reputation,” blurted out Angelina. “After all, you have screwed half of Ravenclaw.”

“Half,” snorted Adrian. “And if you must know, it’s half of Gryffindor.”

“Liar,” hissed Angelina.

“Must I describe the tattoos and intimate markings of half of your housemates?” drawled Adrian. “By the way, it’s Tarquin and Marcus that have fucked their way through Ravenclaw.”

“You slag,” said Angie angrily. His barbs about Terry had hit their mark. “I thought everything went during a bacchanal.”

“It does, darling,” drawled Adrian. His voice acquired a more posh accent as they argued. Adrian knew that the Slytherin upper class accent got on Angelina’s nerves.

“Did you enjoy your bacchanal,” probed Angie.

“Immensely,” snapped Adrian. “She was absolutely delicious. I wouldn’t mind another go.”

“Fine then,” snarled Angelina as she stomped to the door.

“Where are you going?” mocked Adrian. “Off to Weasley to complain what a utter prat I am?”

“Yes,” said Angie then she slammed the door closed behind her.

“Bitch,” said a frustrated Adrian.

As Adrian made his furious way back to the Slytherin duns, hs, he couldn’t stop thinking about how she so easily dismissed the death of his father like it was just as significant as a lost Quidditch game. ‘Sorry’ was something one said after a lost game not after the death of a parent. Like a hurricane, Adrian burst into the empty Slytherin common room and promptly threw himself on a couch to brood.

“Adrian,” said a hesitant voice from behind him a few minutes later.

“Yes,” snapped Adrian.

“I’m sorry,” said Daria sadly. “I’ll go.”

“No,” said Adrian. He turned to look at her desolate face. He frowned then patted the couch beside him. “I am just being a git because I’ve just quarreled with my…I don’t know what I should call her. Why are you upset, love?”

“I just don’t know who to talk to,” said Daria tearfully. She sat beside Adrian with her knees drawn up and her arms wrapped around herself. “I can’t find Mariah and I just don’t know what to do.”

“What is it?” asked Adrian as he touched her trembling hand.

“If I ask you a question, could you answer me truthfully?” asked Daria determinedly.

“Yes.”

“Does Terry have another girlfriend and is she from Gryffindor House?” asked Daria intently.

“That’s two questions,” said Adrian shiftily.

“I think you just answered me,” said Daria with a surpressed sob. “I knew, you know. After the bacchanal, I knew he didn’t see me as a woman. I could sense it. He never looked at me the way you did, or even the way Alec did. When I wanted him to go further this evening, he wouldn’t. He made some excuse and left the dungeons. I just know he went to see her. I felt like I was some sort of duty for him.”

“He’s a fool,” said Adrian soothingly. He felt his temper ease as he talked to the Slytherin girl. Focusing on Daria’s frazzled emotions helped his emotions cool.

A tear slipped down Daria’s face then another and another. Adrian sighed and reached out to Daria and let her sob against his chest. He ran a hand down her back again and again until Daria’s sobbing ceased. She pulled away and wiped her eyes.

“I know what I must do,” said Daria with a firm nod.

“Don’t kill him, love,” said Adrian with a wince. “I know he can be a faithless git but he’s not all bad.”

“No,” said Daria with a teary smile. “I am just going to break up with him. I can’t be with him when he wants to be with someone else.”

“I am sorry Daria,” said Adrian sincerely.

“What about you,” said Daria as she mentally gave herself a shake.

“My whatever she is… just…. well she hurt my feelings,” said Adrian pensively.

“About what?” asked Daria gently.

“My father,” said Adrian as he looked down and away from the Slytherin girl. He looked up at her when she covered his hand and squeezed. Daria just held his hand tightly. “I miss him terribly. I even miss himutinuting at me about my grades and my carousing. I sometimes find myself forgetting that he’s gone and I want to owl him about a game or some advice. Then I remember and it’s almost like it just happened yesterday.”

“She didn’t understand?” asked Daria hesitantly.

“No,” said Adrian with heartfelt sigh. He gave a shaky laugh a minute later and said, “Look at us. We are a sorry lot. I think we are desperate need of a drink.”

“It’s a school night,” said andalndalized Daria. She let Adrian coax her into following him to his room for that much needed drink. Daria did not want to be alone with her thoughts.

Adrian’s Room: An Hour Later:

Adrian pulled her hips up higher and thrust his hot engorged penis deep inside her slick sheath. He closed his eyes and growled. She was just so hot and tight. Her little hands clutched at his arms as he moved over her with long hard thrusts into her softness.

“Adrian,” mewled Daria. She looked up at his face dark with passion and desire and shivered as his strong hands moved her hips up so he could ram as much of his cock as he could get inside her. Shivers of raw excitement ran up and down her spine as Adrian invaded her aching pussy.

Adrian’s mouth captured hers in a long drawn out kiss. His tongue dipped and explored her eager mouth as his hips moved between her thighs relentlessly. He buried his face in her neck and whispered in her ear.

“You feel so good Daria,” crooned Adrian “So hot, so tight, so slippery. Your sweet little pussy is slippery for me, isn’t it?”

“Yes,” moaned Daria. She arched her hips into his thrusts as the tingling excitement pooled between her legs.

“You can feel how hard you make me, can’t you,” whispered Adrian.

“Yes,” moaned Daria.

“You are going to stay here all night so I can show you again and again how desirable you are,” said Adrian as he kissed her throat.

“I’ll do anything you want,” moaned Daria. “But please don’t stop, Adrian. Please. Please.”

“Are you going to come,” asked Adrian hotly as he drove into her harder and faster. His body was taut with pleasure.

“I am,” moaned Daria breathlessly. She closed her eyes and swallowed a scream as her body shook from the inside out. She could feel the waves pulse over her body again and again. She opened her eyes and watched him ram into her pussy over and over then pull out to spurt hot gobs of semen over her lower stomach as he pumped the red swollen head of his erection.

Daria wrapped her arms around Adrian’s panting body when he collapsed on top of her for a few minutes. She wriggled as she felt his semi hard penis against her sticky stomach. He heaved himself awath ath a panted apology. Both Slytherins panted together beside each other on Adrian’s bed.

“Daria,” gasped Adrian. “You are such a great fuck.”

“Is that a compliment,” asked Daria as she licked her lips. She could still taste him. She had sucked his penis when they were on the sofa in front of the fire right after he had kissed his way around her pussy. He had her knickers off after the first drink.

“Oh yes,” said Adrian. “Now do you believe me when I say that you ARE a desirable witch? Terry is just utterly thick.”

“Maybe,” said Daria teasingly as she shifted to lie over Adrian. “Perhaps if you do that thing with your tongue again.”

“Maybe,” said Adrian throatily as he moved and flipped Daria onto her back. “As long as you do that thing with your tongue again as well. You have such a talented mouth.”

Daria only moaned as Adrian took a pink nipple into his mouth and then slid a finger into her wet sheath.
