Darkened Lust Part Twenty-two

Darkened Lust
Part Twenty-Two

All previous disclaimers are still in working order.

By Ami E. Bowen and Rebecca (Becca) Middleton

"You can put the water on to boil, all right?" Becca said, heading for the place she knew her parents kept the canned goods and potatos, pulling out the latter. "Pans are over there," she pointed and Hermione quickly had the water on the stove, "Thank you, Hermione..."

Moving next to Becca near the sink, she reached for a potato and began to shear off the skin using a small pearing knife she'd found in one of the kitchen drawers. Becca smiled at her and set to work peeling potatos herself.

After a few moments of working in communial silence, Hermione cleared her throat and Becca could tell that a question was forthcoming. "I don't mean to...well...I'm curious...that is..."

Becca decided to rescue her before she tripped anymore over her tongue. She may be a walking encyclopedia, but the girl really needed to work on her social skills!

"It's all right, Hermione," she smiled softly at her, "I think I can guess what's on your mind. You're curious about how and why Ami, Severus and I came to be together?"

"I know you explained it us in the livingroom," Hermione said, flushing slightly, "And I understand about...about Ka...fate...and all that...it's just..."

"...Hard believe your former teacher has a love life? Is that it?" Becca asked in a somewhat teasing tone.

Hermione shrugged and finally laughed, "Yes, I suppose it is!" she finally admitted, "I mean, if you could have seen him in class...I...Oh!" Hermione stopped, realizing what she was saying and shook her head, "Of course, I forgot for a moment. You did see him then, didn't you?"

Nodding, Becca ran the water over another newly peeled potato and set it aside with the others. Her eyes became far away as she spoke, "Yes, we did. We both knew, in spite of his outward appearance towards others that there was something extremely precious about him... something that...well...called to us...to our hearts and souls... and..."

"...I think I understand," Hermione nodded, touching Becca's arm with a damp hand, "He was drawn to you two just as you were drawn to him. It goes back to...to what you said before...about Ka..."

"There's something more," Becca said, almost to herself, "We, even you, Ron and Harry, were drawn here for a reason. A reason that involves myself, Ami and Severus, probably not the reason you even think, Hermione."

"I know why Harry wanted to come," Hermione said, and then lowered her voice, "But, I wanted the chance to hear Snape speak in his own defense. I just couldn't believe that he would..."

"You know the truth, now, though," Ami said from the doorway. She and Severus had returned from thier spellwork and Becca smiled over at her. She had heard them enter the house, of course. Hermione started, though, not used to the shifts of the floorboards and whatnot.

Severus and Ami sat down at the table just as Ron and Harry appeared at the doorway in time to hear Snape say, as Hermione and Becca turned away from the sink towards him; "We are like a puzzle... Each of us is a peice of that puzzle, we were brought together to finish the picture..."

"...But we need every piece to complete it," Ami nodded, and looked towards Harry, who was still looking with much distrust towards his former Potions Professor.

It would not bode well for them if they could not come to some agreement. Ami felt her stomach clench as she thought of this, it would not bode well at all. "Hey!" Ron suddenly piped up, "Is anyone going to show me these...moobies...?"

"Movies, Ron," Hermione corrected, and turned to regard first Becca and then Ami, "After dinner, maybe?"

"After dinner..." Becca agreed and wondered what Severus would think of the actor they'd hired to portray him in the films. In both her and Ami's mind, the man did an incredible job and the resemblence between them was utterly uncanny!
"Is Snape in these movies?" Harry asked as they were eating.

"Well, all of you are." Becca answered.

"Do...do the actors look like us?" Hermione wanted to know.

Becca glanced at Ami and both of them smiled. "Really close. There are a few differences, but, really, they could be your twins." Ami told her.

"You'll see," said Becca.

Neither Harry nor Snape had eaten much, in fact had spent most of dinner pushing the food from place to place on their plates and shooting dark glances at each other. Everyone else seemed to have a decent appetite, however. Especially Ron.

He made Becca smile as he helped himself to thirds of everything, reminding her of her son. But soon even his appetite was sated, and Becca found Hermione giving her a pleading look again.

"Well," she said. "If everyone is finished, we can go put one of the movies on." Hermione was on her feet almost before she stopped speaking.

"I'll just clear this away before I join you," Snape said, taking his wand out. "No," he said as he saw Becca about to protest, "I insist. Go on," he ordered. Becca looked at Ami and both of them shrugged, then led the way into the living room.

The young people sat once more on the sofabed as they had before. Ami settled into a corner of the loveseat while Becca opened the cabinet underneath the tv and turned it and the dvd player on. The Sorceror's Stone was the one she found first, so she put it in and grabbed the remote before heading over to sit on the other corner of the loveseat.

The familiar strains of the Harry Potter theme sounded; both Ami and Becca unconciously hummed along with the music they knew so well. Becca pushed "play", and the movie began.

Ron was impressed, saying, "It's like one of the portraits at Hogwarts."

"Not really, Ron," Hermione told him. "They can't interact with us, and no matter how many times you watch, they do the same thing every time."

"There's Dumbledore! And McGonnagal!" Harry said, pointing. "But..."he looked again. "They don't quite look the same."

"Because they're actors, Harry." Hermione said patiently. "The resemblance, though...it's amazing."

"Wicked," breathed Ron as Hagrid made his appearance on the flying motorcycle.

As Hagrid handed over the bundle he was carrying, Hermione squealed, "It's you, Harry!"

Ami noticed the sadness on Harry's face and asked gently, "Do you want us to stop it?" He glanced at her and shook his head, then resumed staring at the screen.

His troubled expression was wiped away by laughter when Hagrid gave Dudley a pig tail. "I could watch that over and over," he said, amusement wiping away the brooding expression, Becca and Ami were glad to notice.

Snape was by now standing in the kitchen doorway, an unreadable expression on his face as he watched the movie unfold. The women looked an invitation to join them, but he seemed not to notice. When Alan Rickman came onscreen, the three young wizards gasped and looked from the tv to Snape in amazement. Snape, however was still unreadable. Becca, comparing the two, noticed subtle differences.

Snape looked a bit younger than Rickman. Not surprising, considering that he was. Snape's nose was more crooked than Rickman's, evidence that it had been broken before, perhaps more than once. Rickman's eyes were lighter, Snape's were black. Otherwise the resemblance was extrordinary. And the voice...the voice was identical.

Snape finally came to sit between them during the Potions Class scene. The women automatically drew close to his sides, and he wrapped an arm around each of them, still staring at the screen. "That's not what I said," he muttered at one point.

"It's a movie," Ami whispered to him. "They change things to make it simpler." He glanced at her and nodded in understanding. Once Rickman was offscreen, he took his eyes off the set to watch the younger wizards. They were still entralled.

"Did we really look like that?" Hermione asked Ron, and he shrugged.

"More or less," their former Professor answered indifferently. His mind was not on the movie any longer. He could feel the arousal of his two ladies, knew it was caused from the Potions scene with this Alan Rickman fellow, and was amused. Perhaps when they went to bed, he would "punish" them for lusting after the wrong Snape.

His cock hardened slightly at the thought. He wondered what the "golden trio" would think...hearing these two beg for his cock, the screams of pleasure he always brought from the women, and smirked. Later he promised himself. For now, there were other matters to concern themselves with.

to be continued...
