Chapter Twenty-One
Short, yes, but crucial!
Lentesco – Chapter Twenty-One
“Sooooooooo,” Harry drawled the word out, feeling his world tilting dangerously about him, “…you have had this planned for some time?”
Minerva McGonagall nodded crisply, “And my brother was less than pleased with the donation I asked for, so make good use of it Potter!” She handed him a boxful of vials, already pre-shrunk. “Albus will be able to help you hide these.”
Harry’s face registered uncertainty. “There’s an awful lot that could go wrong with this.” He said calmly, although he felt anything but calm. “What if someone sees me first thing in the morning? What happens then?”
Dumbledore answered, “Then they would think you were James, but I already know that doesn’t happen.”
“Well, I don’t!” Harry said crossly, folding his arms over his chest in annoyance.
Minerva rolled her eyes then glared at him until he reluctantly took the box.
Looking almost lost, Harry spoke, “Is all this really necessary?”
“Yes,” said Minerva.
“Yes,” said Albus’ portrait.
“Yes,” said all of the other Headteacher portraits.
