Harry knew that others thought he was holding on to his parent's deaths because he visited their graves every year on their birthday and sang 'happy birthday to you' to them.

He knew that they thought he was going crazy and that he should just get over it, but Harry couldn't. He had to visit his blood family and let them know that he still loved them and cared about them.

Besides, if he hadn't he never would have met Edward and found the love of his life.

He met Edward after he dropped off his parents gifts, the water lilies that his mother loved so much and some pranks that his father would have loved to torture people with.

Edward had been out avoiding his family because he had left Bella after finding her in another man's arms and he couldn't deal with their pitying thoughts anymore. While walking he had heard a voice singing. While it wasn't the greatest singing voice, the emotions in the voice more than made up for it.

Following the voice into a graveyard, Edward stopped a few feet away from the teenager singing to the graves. Once he stood up and turned around everything seemed to click; they belonged together.

Moving close together, Edward wrapped his arms around the teens waist and whispered to him, “Oh there you are. I've been looking for you forever.”
