Chapter Thirteen
Warnings: This story contains SLASH and bad language.

'Aiden/Wyatt while in Ice Phoenix form'.
Chapter Thirteen
Avalon Kitchen
Wyatt was sitting in a chair at the small table in the room. Tapping his fingers in irritation. This was what he hated about Aiden's phoenix form. It was too damn picky selecting food.
'Storm' was strutting around the table having a sample of four different types of fruit and meat as well as cheese. Not paying one bit of attention to his partner.
'Would you pick something already.' whined Wyatt telepathically.
'Keep your trousers on. Or better yet lose them.' Storm stated as he continued his search for the best snack.
Wyatt blanched. Another thing I hate about that form he thought as he watched the phoenix. It was just too sarcastic in Wyatt's opinion.
'Hey, I want the stawberries and the chicken. No wait, I still want the strawberries but turkey instead of chicken. Okay?' Storm stated as he strutted back up to Wyatt's shoulder. Waiting for the man to move and get his treats.
Sighing Wyatt stood and moved grabbing what Storm wanted. He couldn't wait until Storm changed back into Aiden. He was doing this on purpose, Wyatt knew. He just didn't know what he did to warrent the treatment of hauling Storm around. Instead of holding the human Aiden.
'You do know we're heading for the interrigation room right? Are you going to change back Aiden?' Wyatt asked as he was almost to the room that housed Snape.
'It's Storm in this form. And NO, I'm more intimidating in this form.' came the sarcastic reply of Storm.
'Right, You're doing this the me on purpose aren't you?'
'No Wyatt I'm not. This form will let me get into Severus's mind undetected. Why would you think that?' pouted Storm
'Damn,I'm sorry Storm. It's just you usually do this to me when I've done something to offend you.' came Wyatt's retort as he butted his cheek at Storm.
'I don't. Wait yes, yes I do. But not this time.' remarked Storm as he nuzzled into Wyatt's neck. Loving the shiver that came from his companion.I really need to tell him about my immortality before we marry. Thought Storm as he rode into the room on his companion.

Interrigation Room
Severus Snape waited with the two guards, as he was still shackled. And then spelled to the chair. They were pulling out all the stops.Were his thoughts as he waited. It had already been an hour. And sitting the way he was hurt slightly. But he wasn't going to complain. He was hoping that he wouldn't get stuck in those dungeons.
He was about to ask the guards what time it was. When the door opened reveling the King and the ice phoenix. Finally, Severus thought as his eyes widened when the two guards left the room.
"Severus Snape, I've heard much about you." Wyatt spoke coldly as he released the man of the shackles and the spells binding him to the chair. He knew if the man was to attempt to hurt him. Storm and himself could avoid it.
"Is that so? I'm I permitted to ask from where?" Severus questioned with narrow eyes as he stretched his limps. Before sitting down again.
"Yes, and No." Wyatt answered as he watched the man before him. A line of trills came from Storm indicating that he was inside the mans mind undetected.
Severus nodded before looking into the silver eyes of the phoenix. "The ice phoenix where did you find him? They were said to be extinct."
Wyatt looked at him for a moment, before a sly smile graced his lips as he answered. "Storm just decided to flame in one day you could say."
"I see, it's said that they only bond with other's of their kind. Never has it been documented of one bonded to a wizard." Severus stated in confusion as he looked between the two.
"Yes, however I'm no wizard. Potion Master Snape." Wyatt replied as he watched the look of shock grace the man before him.
'I'm done, companion-mine. And he's clean. Never did he think they were here for anything but the negotiation Treaty. But we may have a problem.' came Storm's voice in his mind.
'Problem? How so?'
'Well it's just a tinsy winsy little problem.' came the smug voice of Storm.
'NO! I'm not releasing another prisoner. Wyatt snapped, he knew it had to do with someone in his dungeons.
'That wasn't what I wanted. Yes Kingsley didn't know about the attack. But he's Dumbledore and Fudge's man. So it wouldn't be smart to release him. But if you were to question him, say about the Minister and Dumbledore. That wouldn't go amiss.' smugly stated Storm before he flew to Severus's lap demanding a petting.
Severus's froze when the phoenix flew at him. Only to land on his lap pushing his hand with it's head. So bringing his fingers up he started to stroke the bird. Earning a calming trill from the phoenix.
"Snape, it seems you're the only innocent one of the four of you. And that's left me in a quandary. One you're a spy. Two one of your master's is in my dungeon. And no I will not tell which one. Not before I speak with my Consort. Third, your the mate to one that I have granted Sanctuary. Fourth I can't send you back to Britain. Last but not least you bare the mark of the so called Dark Lord Voldemort. And that is major problem." Wyatt stated with authority as he looked into the man's eyes. And he didn't like what he saw. Pain, sadness, regret were just a few emotions swirling around in those oynx eye's.
'I can remove that mark, companion-mine.' Storm stated with determination.
'In that form?' Wyatt questioned as he stared at his companion.
'Well no, but in my human form.
'An risk him finding out your former self?' Wyatt pushed calmly.
'Well the Malfoy's already know. So Severus would find out anyway.'
'One condition, he must make a vow never to tell or write about your former self.'
'Deal.' Storm stated softly
"Alright, Storm has stated that your mark can be removed. Until that time you will be given a suite of rooms with six guards. You are not to leave those rooms. Unless accompanied by myself or consort. Also you will not see or talk to the Malfoy's until it is removed." Wyatt stated with finality.
"Why? I mean not that I'm ungrateful. But why am I getting Sanctuary?" Severus asked in utter confusion.
"I was told you were an intelligent man, Potion Master. Not many would understand they were getting Sanctuary that quickly. As to your questions, well that's easy. Your innocent of all your crimes. I'm the King of All Magic and what I say is final. My word is law. If lets say the Secretary of Magic told me she wanted to make a law that would restrict Lycans or any magical being. And she did with out my consent. All I'd have to do is state my title and that I revoke said law. And bye bye law. You understand now?"
"Yes, thank you." Severus replied with awe. He couldn't believe it. But here before him was a real ruler. He never thought he'd live to see one.
"Guards take Master Snape to his rooms and make sure there are six guards standing outside. He is to have his privacy. And Snape, there is a large room to the left of your sitting room that is a fully stock lab. Enjoy your stay in Avalon." Wyatt stated with a smile as he and Storm flamed out of the room.

Wyatt and Storm arrived in his study. And they both noticed that Piper and Leo were sitting in the sofa to the left. Storm changed back to Aiden with a cry. Before wrapping his small arms around Wyatt. Waiting to see what Wyatt's parents wanted.
"Mom, Dad what's the matter?"
"Nothing Wyatt. Why would you asked that?" figeted Piper as Leo pulled her to him to make her stop.
"Your figeting and Dad's here with a look that says. 'The Elders are wanting something'. So I'll ask again, what's the matter?" Wyatt stated coldly as he sat down with Aiden in his lap.
"The Elders..Aw Hell Wyatt, the Elders want you and Aiden's marriage ceremony done before the war flags go up." Leo stated waiting for an explosion that never came.
"We already figured that out Dad. And we were going to talk to Mom about it sometime tonight actually." Wyatt replied rolling his eyes. As Aiden nodded in agreement.
"Well then I'll just take my Elder butt back shall I?" Leo stated as he moved to get up. But was stopped by the sly smile from Wyatt.
"That could be a problem. Go ahead and try if you like. But I guarantee you won't go anywhere."
Leo raised an eyebrow and burst into orbs. Only to remain in the room. Looking at his son with shock. "Explain!"
"Avalon is on lockdown. Just as is Magical America. You won't be able to get back there until the war is over. Sorry Dad, but you're stuck here for the next several months at the least and years at the most. Get used to it. And while your here take some time and enjoy your family." Wyatt stated with authority before orbing himself and Aiden out of the room.
"What did he mean Piper?"
"Figure it out yourself, Leo." Piper stated as she walked out of the study and toward her rooms. She missed her husband. But he was going to have to make an effort to be envolved with his family on his own.
