Chapter 19
On Coruacant, Anakin stood before the gathered council. The council had heard from Anakin, Obi-Wan, Mace, and the council members that were at the battle against Voldemort. The last person was Severus.
“You said there was a prophecy. Where is it?” One council member asked.
“The Prophecy was found by Severus Snape. His mother, Christine Masters was a descendant of Jedi Master Andronus. Severus found the prophecy in a journal that was written by Master Andronus himself.” Mace answered.
Obi-Wan walked out into the hall and brought Severus into the chamber. Severus bowed to the council and waited for them to speak. It was Yoda who spoke first. “Where is this prophecy?”
“It is here Master Yoda.” Severus answered as he handed the Journal to Yoda.
Yoda quickly found the entry. He closed his eyes and began using the Force to find out the meaning behind the prophecy. What he saw shocked him. He saw that the prophecy was in fact written about Hermione and Anakin. He also saw generation after generation of powerful Jedi that would come from the union of Anakin and Hermione. Slowly he opened his eyes.
“Master Skywalker, Mister Snape, outside you will wait. Discuss what I saw we will.” Yoda instructed. Severus bowed and walked out of the chambers.

Hermione, Harry, Draco, and Ron graduated. Hermione of course was number one in the class. It had been a week since graduation. Hermione found herself sitting in the rose gardens reading. Draco and Harry were beginning to get worried about her.
“Draco, if we don’t receive word soon, I don’t know what’s going to happen to Hermione. I know she’s hurting, but what can we do?” Harry asked as the couple stood watching their friend.
“I wish I knew. All we can do is wait for Severus to return, and hope he brings Anakin with him or at least some news of what’s going to happen.” Draco sighed.

That night, Hermione sat in bed reading, trying t hold the tears at bay. It had been nearly two months since Anakin had returned to face the council and not a single word. She also feared that Palpatine had somehow found them and either captured or killed them.
“Stop thinking that. He’s fine. You’ll see him again and soon.” Hermione said to herself.
She closed her book, turned off the light, and laid down to try and sleep. Hoping her dreams would bring her some comfort. Especially considering the news she discovered only four days ago.

Anakin stood over Hermione. She looked so beautiful with the early morning sunlight spilling over her. Even though he couldn’t place it, he could tell there was a change about her. Brushing it off, he sat beside her, leaned down and kissed her gently.
“Oh Anakin.” Hermione sighed.
“Come on Hermione, it’s time to wake up.” Anakin chuckled.
Hermione slowly began to awaken. Her amber eyes widened in shock and disbelief when she saw Anakin sitting beside her, looking down at her lovingly. Slowly she sat up and met his eyes.
“Please tell me I’m not dreaming. That you are really here.” She pleaded.
“I’m here Hermione. It is no dream.” He said.
Hermione threw her arms around his neck and held him. Anakin chuckled as he returned her hug. After a few moments, he felt her body trembling. He pulled back and looked into her eyes.
“Why are you crying?” He asked.
“I feared that you would not return. I prayed that you would, but there was a part of me that prepared for the fact that you would be unable to return to me.” She answered as he wiped away her tears.
“There’s nothing to fear now. It turns out that Severus is a Jedi descendant. One of his ancestors made a prophecy. The prophecy said this, ‘A young and powerful Jedi will rise above all others. He will fall in love and marry a woman with the blood of a Jedi, but is not one herself. From this union will be born a line of Jedi that will be the strongest and most powerful ever seen. The children of these two will destroy the Sith once and for all.’
“Hermione, the council has agreed that we can remain together. They have even suggested we marry. We have two options. 1) We return to Coruacant, get married and live there permanently, or 2) We return to Coruacant, get married, and then return to Earth.” Anakin explained.
Hermione was floored. She didn’t know what to do. “Anakin, I…I need a few days to think about this. Don’t get me wrong. I love you and I do want to marry you, but as for returning and living on Coruacant, I need to think about that.”
“Of course love. Obi-Wan will be staying here until we come to a decision. We have time. The council said for us to talk about and not to rush into a decision.” Anakin said.
Hermione nodded. Anakin pulled her into his arms and kissed her. The two quickly got wrapped up in the kiss. It was well after ten before the couple was seen at all that day. Of course, no seemed to think anything about it.

“How was it?” Harry asked as he, Draco and Severus sat near the Black Lake.
“It was amazing. Their technology is way beyond ours here.” Severus answered.
“Uncle, there’s something you’re wanting to tell us. What is it?” Draco stated.
“Well, I’ve…I’ve decided to return to Coruacant. The council has offered my a position at the temple teaching the younglings how to brew Potions that would help them. Of course, they offered to train me to become a full Jedi. I accepted.” Severus answered nervously.
Draco and Harry looked at one another and then back at Severus. “Then we will go with you.” Harry stated.
“Harry’s right. My only concern is Hermione.” Draco added.
“I wouldn’t worry about her.” Severus chuckled as he began to fill them in on what the council had decided.
