Lost and Found

Chapter 2
Lucius stepped out of the floo and up to the desk at the front. Lucius cleared his throat. The receptionist looked up startled. 

"Lord Malfoy, what can I do for you today?"

"I need to see Nott please." 

"Of course Lord Malfoy. Let me just see if he is available to see you." 

Lucius stood there waiting until she came back.

"He will see you Lord Malfoy." 

Lucius walked into the office.

"Nott I have a job for you."

"Lucius looking good. What can I do for you today?" 

Lucius sat down and told Nott everything Severus had told him.

"Well custody of his son might be the harder of the two things; because of Dumbledore. But finding out if Lily was adopted should be easy enough. Lets head over to Gringotts and see what we can find out."

"Alright lets go." They stood and went into the floo.

"Gringotts." 

They stepped out and brushed down their robes. Nott walked up to an empty space at the long counter.

"Yes sir, how can I help you?" The goblin asked.

"Yes we would like to speak to the head goblin please."

"Yes sir."

The goblin sent a messenger to the head goblin to see if he was availible. The messenger came back a few minutes later to lead Nott and Lucius into Nagnok's office.

"Lord Nott, Lord Malfoy. What can I do for you gentlemen?"

Nott repeated what Lucius told him in his office.

"So you see we need to find out if Lily had a will and if this about her being adopted is true or not." Lucius told Nagnok.

"Yes I can see if we have a will for the Lady Snape." 

Ragnok looked through a cabinent behind him and came back with a file.

"Yes it seems Lady Snape did have a will. If you gentlemen have the time we can listen to it now."

"Yes that is fine. We can do this now." Lucius answered.

"Alright this is the last will and testement of Lady Lily Anne Snape." 

I Lillian Arianna Black Snape, being of sound mind and body declare this to be the only true will and testement that will be read. The goblins can atest to this. To my husband. Severus Tobias Snape, I leave 10,000,000 galleons and custody of our son Harrison Severus Arcturus Snape. If in the event that Severus is unable to take care of Harrison he is to go to his godparents Lucuis and Narcissa Malfoy. My son is not to go to that so called sister of mine. I know that I was adopted by the Evans family. I didn't get the chance to find out who placed me in the situation to be adopted by the Evans'. To my son Harrison, I leave everything else in my estate. Severus my love please take care of our baby. Thank you.

Lucius was seeing red.

"Nagnok what can we do about Harrison?"

"Well his vaults can be sealed until we can get him where he is suppose to be." Nagnok told them.

"Yes please do so. I have a letter from Severus Snape saying that I can do what needs to be done." 

Lucius told Nagnok. Nagnok held his hand out waiting for Lucius to put the letter in his clawed hand. Lucius put it in his hand and Nagnok read it over and nodded.

"Yes everything is in order with this letter."

Nagnok called out in gobligook. Another goblin came in. Nagnok continued talking to the other goblin. The other goblin nodded and left the room. 

"He has gone to get all the paperwork needed to seal the vaults of young mister Snape. Lord Snape will still have complete access to his personal vaults. But until Harrison is either with his father or yourself Lord Malfoy and can be brought to the bank as proof, he is in your care the vaults will remain sealed."

"That is acceptable. Thank you for making this happen so quickly." The goblin came back in carrying paperwork.

"Your welcome Lord Malfoy. Now if you will sign here. I will also need three drops of blood to make it binding. Oh also Lord Nott will have to sign as witness." Lucius looked over at Nott.

"Thats perfectly fine, I have no problem signing witness."

Ragnok pointed to the places they had to sign. And then where Lucius had to put his blood. As soon as the last drop of blood hit the paper it glowed blue and dissapeared.

"Now that is complete, we can look into where Harrison Snape is." Nagnok told them.

"Oh I know exactly where Harrison is. I also know they aren't treating my godson the way he should be treated. Dumbledore put him with magic hating muggles. Petunia Dursley never liked the fact that Lily had magic."

"Alright Lord Malfoy I need the address, so I can start paperwork to get Harrison out of that house. They will have to inspect the house and see what is going on in the house. To them it will look like a muggle caseworker, but in reality it will be a witch or wizard and they will do the appropriate charms and such to see if Harrison is abused or not."

"That's fine with me, but how long will that take?"

"Lord Malfoy it will take about 6 weeks to get all the proof we need."

"I guess that will have to work. Oh the adress is 4 Privet Drive Little Whinging, Surrey."

"Thank you Lord Malfoy. I will get this started now. Is there anything else I can help you with?"

"No Nagnok thats everything. May your gold overflow." Lucius bowed.

"May your magic ever flow." Nagnok bowed to Lucius.

Lucius and Nott moved to the fireplace. Nott went first back to his office. While Lucius went back to Malfoy manor.
