Chapter 2: Start Today
Yesterday you were on my back just to get my time.
I guess it\'s not as precious as it seems.
Because I found the time for hanging out and talking on the phone.
What should I expect, now that my time is free
And you\'re nowhere to be found.
In many ways Forks was like London. It had the same cloudy and rainy days as London and Harry loved the sound of the rain as it hit his window. He could spend all day hearing the pit pat on his window. At first, moving in with Siri and Remy was weird. Sirius forgot that Harry was living with them and walked into the kitchen naked. Harry passed out and Remus gave Sirius a good tongue lashing (AN: mind out of the gutter) and Sirius had to sleep on the couch for a week. Harry could never look at Sirius in that way again.

Forks was a great change for Harry. He spent hours hiking and drawing in the forest. It was Thanksgiving week, so, he had time to explore the town and talk to the people. He met Charlie Swan and his daughter Bella. Remy helped him set up his class schedule and get supplies. Since both Remy and Siri couldn’t cook to save their lives, Harry took the role of cook in the house. He regularly sent emails to his parents to let them know that he was happy and healthy. Harry could not wait for the school to start.
My room\'s a mess and I can\'t get dressed.
I gotta be out by eight o\'clock.
Deep inside I know the answer (I know the answer)
Well there\'s no time like the present
And I\'d like to hang out but who doesn\'t.
I\'ve made enough mistakes for this lifetime.
Now I\'m here to make amends.
Forks High School was nothing like Hogwarts. Since Remus work at the school, he got free rides. Remus went to his class room and Harry walked to the office. When he entered the office, there was a stern looking woman at the front desk. He looked at the plaque to see that her name was Minerva McGonagall.
Taking a deep breath, he began his new life, “Excuse me.”
Minerva was finishing some work, when a shy voice caught her attention. She looked up to see the new student.
“How may I help you?” she said.
“Ah….yes, I’m Harry Potter and I start t-today” he said, blushing.
Minerva chuckled and looked up Harry’s classes.
~Edward’s POV~
Something was off today. Edward could feel it. Alice aka the seer/pixie was perkier than ever. Jasper (the poor brother) was getting the full blast of all her emotions and he had to leave the house forty times just to keep from screaming. Emmett was enjoying every moment of it and Rosalie was looking at her nails. Edward was going to find out what was going on.
~Back with Harry~
Walking out of office with his schedule and the school map, Harry went to his first class.
P1. Sinistra-Math
Ms. Sinistra was interesting woman. Back at home, his math teacher was a boring old man with cat hair all over of him and had a voice with a boring tone that made anyone fall asleep. Ms. Sinistra was the perky middle age woman that was always happy to help anyone. When he entered the class, she made him introduce himself to the class and he got her to sign the slip. He blushed many times while introducing himself. When he was done, she guided him to a seat next to a brown hair girl named Jessica Stanly. Jessica asked him so many questions that it made him want to strangle her. As that bell rang, he was gone.
P2. Lupin-English
Harry nearly pounced on Remy when he walked through the door. Remus chuckled and asked for his slip to sign. English was better than math. Why? No Jessica. Remus sat him in-between two girls the first one was named Angela Weber. The other was Hermione Granger. They talk for awhile till they had to start class. Harry decided that he like Angela better because she was sweet and soft spoken. Hermione only said a few words because she was pretty much had nose in the book she was reading. They were reading Romeo and Juliet and Harry had to sigh. Even though it’s one of the greatest love stories, it gets tiring after first hundred times of reading it. But he dealt with it.
P3. Tonks- Art
Entering the art studio, Harry was in heaven. Art was one of the many things that kept him sane from the fighting that his parents did. He still had his old sketch books with him. When the teacher came in, Harry was quite shocked. She was in her late twenties, athletic build, and her hair was bright pink. She smiled at Harry and introduced herself as Nymphadora Tonks. She gave harry a warning if that he uses her first name that she will castrate him with a smile. Harry had a full body shiver after that and made mental note about the warning. After he got the slip signed he found a seat right beside a blond girl. She held out her hand introduce herself as Luna Malfoy. Tonks told them to just sketch whatever they want as long it was PG-13. Luna and he talked most of the time till the bell rang.
P4. Hagrid –History
Mr. Hagrid was a big man. (A.N: Not like the giant way but the big and somewhat tall human) He reminded Harry of a gentle giant. He gave Hagrid his slip and sat down at a table. There was three boys and two girls. The first boy was on his right and he was Draco Malfoy. The next one was Neville Longbottom and he was the boyfriend of Draco. Harry could tell that Draco was very possessive because his arm was wrapped around Neville’s waist. The next boy was Mike Newton. Harry could tell that he was laid back. The next person was Cho Chang. The way that she looks at him sent shivers though his body. He could not help to look at the other table. The four of them were very beautiful. All of them had this pale skin color, amber eyes, and each of them had this Thing about them. Harry could not put them in words. Before he could ask anything class began and he was out of luck. At the end he grab the slip from the teacher and left for lunch.
Lunch
When Harry reach the cafeteria, he was nervous. He got his food but did not find a place to sit. When he about to walk to Remy, Luna invited him to sit with her. She had then introduced him to the rest of the group beginning with the Weasley’s. There was Fred and George, the twin kings of pranks. Ron the youngest of the brothers and the bottomless pit. Ginny, the princess and the only daughter of the family, who also gave Harry a lustful look. He got know everyone in different ways. Draco’s family adopted Luna when he was 3 years old because her family died in a car crash. When Draco was 15 and Luna was 13, Mrs. Malfoy had died of a rare cancer. During the time, Draco was depressed and Neville had saved him with a flower. As stupid as that sounds, it made everyone smile and they fell right in love. Harry could see it as well. Everyone shared their stories till they ask about his life. When he was about to say about say something, but they came in. Everyone had to watch them walk to the back of the cafeteria. Harry could not help but blush and ask who they are.
“That’s the Cullen’s” Jessica sneered.
Harry eye right brow lift. ~Someone must of got turned down one of them~
Draco continued since Jessica was pouting like a child. “The big one is Emmett Cullen. The blonds are Rosalie and Jasper Hale. The small one is Alice and the one is Edward. Their father is the doctor in the local hospital, Dr. Cullen. His wife is a stay-at-home-mom” Draco dawdled when picking his salad. Harry spent time analyzing each of them.
Alice Cullen was the size of a pixie. She was bouncing off her seat. Harry smiled. The big one, Emmett, was tall. He probably play American Football. The first blond, Rosalie Hale was basically the queen bee. Harry could tell by her body langue that she demanded attention. The second blond, Jasper Hale, tried to be invisible. Harry could tell he was wanted to be gone. The last one made Harry blush even harder. He was Hot!! Bronze just-got-out-of-bed hair, thin but kissable lips, and a great body under the clothes. When he looked back at Alice, she waved at him. He squeaked and turned back to learn more about the Cullen’s.
“I heard a rumor that they are together” Jessica ranted, “and that Ms. Cullen was barren…..”
“Enough!” Growled Harry, “It’s not any of your business if that if she barren, you chitch!”
Harry got up and threw his food away and walked out of the cafeteria.
Luna glared at Jessica and followed Harry.
“Way to go, Jessica,” Draco snapped.

P.5 Sprout-Biology
Harry was the first to enter the classroom. Mrs. Sprout was a kind old lady that loved her job. He gave her his slip and she directed him to a seat that was available. When the bell finally rang, the first one to walk in was Edward Cullen and Harry had the seat right beside him.
~This cannot be happening~ Harry groaned inwardly.
Edward sat as far as away as possible. Harry felt a little sad about this. Though out the class time, Harry could not help to glance at Edward, time to time. Harry has never been so close to someone so handsome, but he knew that Edward would never notice him. As soon as the bell rang, Edward was out before you can “Candy”.
P.6 “Mad Eye Moody”- Gym
Harry hated gym. Resembling and being small like a girl was not fun. Back at his old school, he was harassed by both genders. Harry knew that he would have to go to gym but the gym teacher was freaking him out. They call him Mad Eye Moody because he has a huge rolling eye on the right side of his face. He sometimes would shout out nonsense but he was the best couch they had at Forks High. When Harry walked out of the boy’s locker room, he was blushing. Since he was so small, they had to give him the girl’s gym clothes. What Harry didn’t know that half the guys in the gym were drooling. With Moody yelling at them to run the gym, Harry could only do what he was told.

After giving the slips to Ms. McGonagall and running into Edward, Harry was tried and angry. Why you ask? When he went into the office, Edward was asking to change his fifth period class. Harry stomped to Ms. McGonagall’s desk, handed her the slips, and glared at Edward before leaving the office. While waiting for Remy, he put on his headphones and closed his eyes. A few minutes later, he heard tires screech and opened his eyes to see a van sliding towards him. There was no time to think or move. All Harry could do was close his eyes and wait for the pain.
