**Its the same doubt,

“So where were you all summer? Whenever we went to get you out of your room, you’re never there,” James spoke up as he and Fred walked toward Albus who was seated on a hill overlooking the Burrow. He had been forced to come along with the rest of the family, it was a summer family picnic. He narrowed his eyes as his father tried to have a civil conversation with his mother, knowing that never ended well.
“I’ve been off with friends,” Albus shrugged, finally looking up at his older brother and cousin, the two had been best friends since birth it seemed like.
“Sure, you have friends,” James rolled his eyes and sat down next to him, looking down on the crowd that made up their family.
“I wonder what Rose and Lily think they’re doing?” James spoke up after a while of uncomfortable silence. Albus looked over at his younger cousin and younger sister, they were sneaking around the garden.
“Probably looking for grandma’s garden gnomes,” Albus answered.
“Hey, you wanna go play some quidditch? I bet dad and uncle Harry will join us,” Fred spoke up, they jumped to their feet.
“Sure, you coming with?” James looked down on his still seated brother.
“Naw, I’ll keep watch up here,” Albus answered, looking up at his extremely athletic and always popular brother. James rolled his eyes before following Fred down to get brooms.
He felt his thoughts drift back to the smooth ivory skin stretched taught over well toned muscles that quivered at his slightest touch. Of stormy, intense gray eyes that haunted him through every dream and every waking moment. He sighed and leaned forward.
“I know that sound, so who did the great iceburg Albus fall for?” Victoire Weasley spoke up behind him, he jumped, twisting around to look at the elder cousin. She was much older than him and so she had never really talked to him.
“What are you talking about?” Albus asked as she sat down next to him.
“I hear you’ve only been seen at your father’s house when you all go to see him and Aunt Ginny hasn’t been able to even keep you around for dinner most nights. I also hear that you refuse to tell anyone where you really go,” Victoire smiled knowingly at him, Albus felt himself blush as he looked away from her.
“I just get tired of following around James is all,” Albus answered, she clucked her tongue reprovingly.
“You better learn to lie better than that or you’re going to have rumors follow you everywhere once you get back to school. Especially since you have a fantastically popular brother,” she laughed as Grandmother Molly announced dinner was ready, she got up and offered her hand to Albus.

Scorpius dragged him into a dark, deserted classroom. Those long, graceful hands felt like they were everywhere at once as his perfect body wrapped around him. He felt his lips against his, demanding more and more from him as he pinned him against a wall.
“Anybody could walk in on us,” Albus breathed as Scorpius moved to his neck.
“So?” Scorpius’ silky voice went straight to his nether regions.
“Come on Scorpius,” Albus tried to push the other away but he just evaded him and kneeled down. Albus gasped as Scorpius nuzzled his face into his thigh, so close to his aching member.
“You know you don’t want me to stop,” Scorpius breathed, smiling mischievously up at him, his hands running up and down his legs.
“Seriously-” Albus protested, suddenly the door opened. He instantly ducked down next to the blonde as two people stumbled in.
“I don’t know about this James,” the random girl protested as Albus’ older brother lifted the girl up onto the teacher’s desk.
“Hey, don’t worry, you’re going to love this,” James growled, climbing up onto the desk after the girl, she giggled as he slid her panties off.
“I’ve never done anything like this before,” she murmured as he kissed her neck, one hand kneading her breast as his other hand disappeared underneath her short skirt.
“You want me don’t you?” James pulled back slightly to look into her eyes.
“Yeah but-” she replied.
“No buts, just trust me,” he smiled softly at her, it was the same smile that melted Scorpius every time only it looked somehow more sinister on the elder brother. There was some movement before the girl cried out in pain, he growled in return, moving faster on top of her. She started to try and push him off, pleading for him to stop. Albus moved to stop his brother but Scorpius stopped him, shaking his head at him. Soon he was done and got off the girl, she was shaking and crying as she sat up.
“Wh-why didn’t you stop?” She pitifully asked him through her tears.
“You’ll thank me in the morning babe,” he patted her cheek before leaving. Slowly the girl got off the desk and grabbed her underwear before hurrying out of the room.

“Why didn’t you let me stop him?” Albus was livid as he turned to Scorpius.
“He would have seen me and known what we were doing,” Scorpius pointed out.
“But he was...” Albus was at a loss for words as he gestured to the now empty teacher’s desk.
“We can tell one of the professors what he was doing, tell them that we heard noises coming from a classroom and then saw them leave,” Scorpius told him.
“We should have stopped him,” Albus growled, turning to the door.
“But we didn’t,” Scorpius’ voice stopped him.
“And so we’re just as heartless,” he snapped disgustedly at him before slamming the door behind him. Scorpius jumped at the sound and stood there, slightly shocked.
**Im such a disgrace**
“I’m not stupid,” James hissed as he caught up with Albus in the deserted common room later that night. Albus frowned as he looked to his brother.
“What are you talking about?” He murmured, trying not to show his disgust at his brother show on his face.
“I saw you in the classroom,” he hissed back, Albus went cold.
“Why-” Albus raised his voice but James gave him a deadly look.
“You tell anyone about what I did and I’ll tell everyone about you and your boyfriend,” James threatened before turning and disappearing up to his room. Albus looked to the flames in the grate before him, he blinked, realizing that he was about to cry. Even after years of James’ constant teasing, dirty pranks and random beatings, he still had the power of making him shed tears he thought had dried up.

“I’m going to murder him,” Scorpius was completely serious. The full weight of what they had seen and let happen crashed down on him.
“No, just let him be,” Albus protested, his hand firmly wrapped around Scorpius’ arm, those stormy gray eyes shifted to him.
“He can’t get away with what he’s doing because he’s going to do it again and again. Thinking that he got away with it once. Don’t you see?” Scorpius argued, he looked like a vengeful wrath from hell and Albus loved him for that vengeful anger that so rarely popped up in the other’s usually tranquil mask.
“But if he tells mom...or dad,” Albus’ face drained of color as he realized how deeply James could destroy him this time. His father’s respect was the only thing that truly matter to him after Scorpius of course.
“But he raped an innocent girl!” Scorpius screamed, his temper exploding. He always had a problem with his temper, it was like a tornado that was there one minute destroying everything and then gone the next, leaving the scenery twisted and dark behind it.
“Will you stop being so loud? Need I remind you that we’re in your dorm room?” Albus hissed, looking nervously to the door, knowing this could easily get out of hand.
“We have to go to my father, he’ll know what to do,” Scorpius started for the door, determined to actually do something about the situation than just rant and rave, Albus panicked.
“No!” Albus shouted, dragging the other back. “Please, for me,” Albus wrapped his arms round the other, looking into his eyes.
“If you can promise me that you will not let him rape another person ever again then I will keep your dirty family secret,” Scorpius finally answered, deadly serious.
“I promise,” Albus laid his head on Scorpius’ shoulder, it was a year later and they were 15, it was such a short year but already Scorpius had shot up over him while Albus inherited his father’s shorter stature. He sighed and ran his elegant fingers through Albus’ soft ebony hair.

Draco ran his cold eyes around the room, the room was too quiet. Something was going on and he wanted to know what it was. Albus was in his usually place among the Gryffindors but he didn’t make any attempt to even look at his son while Scorpius looked to be muling over a huge problem in his head as he deftly worked through the potion assignment. It was a work day which meant Draco only sat at the front and answered questions from the students and gave help when they needed it. It was a very different teaching method than Snape and he found it much more effective. Snape had ruled with an iron fist, no questions during the assignment, no help given. It constantly felt like the final exams and it always made Draco sweat, usually beating himself up over one little mistake but mistakes are how one learns and sometimes mistakes are also how you discover new ways of doing things.
He glanced over at the timer on his desk and sighed, it was going to be a long and arduous period. Finally the Longbottom offspring rose his usual tentative hand for help and Draco got up to help, for once not internally grumbling about the boy’s incompetence. Grudgingly Draco knew the boy was smart, just a klutz like his father. Because of Draco’s teaching style, there hasn’t been a cauldron blow up since the first semester.

Albus stood in the hallway of his father’s house, this had always been his home, this magical place. His mother’s house was in the heart of a muggle suburban district and he always felt like an alien there. The pictures moved and he remembered when James and him would tick off the screaming old woman in the painting at just the right time to scare the bejeesus out of Lily.
He also remembered the family tree in one of the upstairs rooms of the Black Family. It was always his favorite room because he could sit there and stare at all the purebloods as they wrinkled their noses at him in disgust. Over the years they began to talk to him and only him, especially when he started asking about the Malfoy family. It was their favorite subject and he personally never got tired of hearing about the clan of snow white blondes.
“Watch it,” James snarled, shoving into his shoulder as he went past him up and up the stairs with a bowl of ice cream in his hand. Lily stumbled past him, her wide blue eyes looking up at him before she disappeared after James. She knew something was going on between the both of them but was too afraid to ask. James was really angry at Albus and she always prefered to stay out of it.
“What was that about?” Harry asked, leaning against the entrance to the parlor.
“Nothing,” Albus moodily responded before climbing the stairs up to his own room. He watched his middle child disappear into the family tree room like he usually did when coming here. He sighed and wandered to the kitchen to get himself some ice cream. He let another sigh out as he found that James and Lily had taken the last of it and had left a mess behind. Kreecher was in the process of cleaning it up, grumbling the entire time.
**Don\'t you do it
You\'re not even you yet

“Don’t you even breathe,” James was sitting on him, pinning him down. He glanced around his room, hearing the screaming from down below as their parents had another row after bringing the kids to her house for the remainder of the summer holiday.
“They’re arguing about you, you know,” James smugly pointed out, his hand still covering Albus’ mouth, his response came out muffled as a result.
“What was that?” He took his hand away.
“What about this time?” Albus replied, resisting the urge to try and struggle out from under his brother, which never worked and always ended up with bruises and once a broken bone.
“She wants to know where you go. She thinks that you told dad because you tell dad almost everything. She doesn’t believe him when he says he doesn’t know. They’ve been arguing for the last half hour. You should be impressed, they’ve only recently started shouting,” James told him.
“Why are you here?” Albus finally asked, James shrugged.
“Because I wanted to know if you were going to stick around or if you were going to disappear. Then I just didn’t want you to disappear on me as soon as you realized what they were arguing about,” James answered.
“KEEP THAT BLOODY MALFOY OUT OF THIS!!” The anguished screech from their mother froze everyone, even Lily who was plastered against the wall right outside of the living room, eavesdropping. Instantly Albus and James scrambled to the stairs to listen.
“Hermione just said that she’s been noticing that they study together,” Harry finally told her.
“I don’t want to hear that name ever again and you know it!” Ginny paced angrily back and forth, her temper flaring drastically.
“You know as well as I do that Albus needs friends, no matter who they are,” Harry pointed out.
“You better hope it’s not the spawn of that dirty, disgusting devil or we’re taking him out of that school!” She waved her finger in his face.
“They are my children also and I refuse to let you do that,” Harry was deadly serious on that point, Hogwarts had been his home and he refused to rob his children of that experience.
“If there’s a Malfoy involved then I don’t care if you think you’re the king of the fucking world, I will not have another Malfoy worm it’s way into this family,” she said the word Malfoy like it was something extremely disgusting and vile. Albus felt himself go cold, what could she possibly be talking about?
“You can’t let anything go, can’t you? How about, for both our sakes I just apparate out of here right now before you get worse?” Harry threatened, Ginny huffed and crossed her arms.
“Then run away like you always do,” she hissed, he threw up his hands and disappeared with a crack. All three children had already scrambled up to their rooms.

Albus stood looking at Scorpius as he wound his way through the air. It was their 5th year and James was graduating this year. He wanted to believe that his elder brother graduating soon was a good thing but he couldn’t bring himself to feel that way. He knew that James as going to follow their father into the wide world of Dragon Hunting. After the Ministry had dismissed Harry from the Aurors so long ago, he went after the only adventurous thing left to him. James had finally gotten his father to agree to taking him on as an apprentice. And that left Albus to wonder what he was to do with his own life. Scorpius had already been granted numerous scholarships to multiple colleges and offered multiple positions all over the place, including a couple of professional Quidditch teams but for some reason Albus didn’t stand out as much as his friend and siblings. Even Lily was brilliant at potions which had completely baffled Professor Malfoy to no end.
He smiled as Scorpius landed a few feet from him and gestured for him to follow him into the locker rooms.
“What are you thinking about?” Scorpius asked as he headed over to the showers, leaving Albus among the lockers.
“The future,” he answered simply.
“I still haven’t figured out if going into the ministry is the best thing, my grandfather was such an influential figure there...” Scorpius trailed off, he ducked his head back to look at the other.
“Wait...tell me what’s wrong,” Scorpius walked back him, Albus’ eyes instantly went down to the low riding white towel that showed off perfect ivory hip bones and a pale line of hair flowing from his round belly button to disappear underneath his towel.
“It’s nothing,” Albus murmured, looking mesmerized, Scorpius smirked, he reached forward and grasped Albus’ smooth cheek. Those enchanting green eyes stared up at him behind his glasses.
“I think it’s something,” Scorpius breathed, leaning down and planting a smooth, welcoming kiss on his lips. A flare of desire burned through Albus as he grasped Scorpius’ hair, drawing him closer. He gasped, not expecting Albus to deepen the kiss, the other had been unexpectedly distant and cool towards him since school had started again.
“Albus,” Scorpius forced himself to pull back from the other.
“I want you,” Albus stood up, winding his arms around the other, Scorpius’ eyes widened as he felt Albus’ hard bulge rub against his hip and he didn’t expect the answering pull in his own groin.
“Not now,” Scorpius turned to go take a cold shower.
“No,” Albus wrapped his arm around the other, pulling him roughly back against him, groaning as Scorpius moved against him.
“Come on, I’m sure our first time would be most romantic in the boy’s locker room,” sarcasm thick in his voice as he tried to worm his way out of the other’s grasp. Suddenly his towel dropped to the floor and he looked up into those hungry emerald eyes.
“I just want to play,” Albus smirked deliciously, pinning him against the lockers, he groaned as an answer when Albus ran his hands down his stomach and lightly ran his fingertips over his sensitive thighs.
“I don’t want to go too far,” Scorpius breathed, closing his glazed eyes as his boyfriend’s hands grazed his awakening member.
“Then how far do you want to go?” Albus breathed hotly in his ear.
“Fuck...I don’t know,” Scorpius shoved his hips forward, grinding against the other, eliciting an answering groan from the both of them. Albus kissed wetly down Scorpius’ long neck and down his chest, kneeling before the other, his hands stroking the fully awakened member before him. He looked down, smiling softly as he ran his knuckles down Albus’ cheek.
“What about this? This going too far?” Albus stuck out his tongue and swiped his tongue across his head, Scorpius jerked forward involuntarily.
“No, definitely not,” Scorpius found himself answering, suddenly Albus sucked in his member. He cried out, his hands sinking into Albus’ silk black tresses as he shivered. The warm, engulfing heat was hard to take as Albus sucked him in all the way and held him there for a few agonizing seconds. He panted loudly as Albus pulled back, lightly choking, his fingers wrapping around Scorpius’ hips tightly. He started to bob his head, concentrating on the answering groans and pants above him. He finally looked up at that gorgeous face above him. Scorpius couldn’t take it, looking down on those sultry, loving eyes that would give anything for him. He groaned as he felt himself release into the other’s mouth who lapped him up. He relished the delicious feeling of being swallowed by the other.
He stood up and ran his hands down Scorpius’ arms as the other shook softly. He looked up and instantly took Albus’ lips, tasting himself in the other’s mouth and groaning, he held him tightly, feeling so good. The edges of his vision were fuzzy and he felt like he had gone to heaven.
“I love you,” Scorpius pulled back to lightly press his forehead against the other.
“Love you,” Albus replied, he couldn’t help the smile on his own face.
