why?
FLASH BACK
Harry had been bruised and bloody as he left the battlefield unnoticed. He walked and walked not careing where he went or how long it would take him. He walked into an ally way and some angry men saw him and he shivered and they ganged up on him. The men beat him till they heard no more screaming. Then the man was gone they ran not sure what the heck was going on.
Harry started to scream not knowing what to do but he finally just gave up and wished for some where safe to go. He ended up apparating into the living room of one Lucius Malfoy. His wife dead and his son off celabrating he was startled to find Harry Potter in his living room. He sneered at him and gave the Malfoy glare. "And exactly why are you here Poter?"
And Harry croacked out, "Safe." and then passed out.
Lucius almost droped his jaw. Almost. He called for a house elf and had them take Potter to a room and make him comfortable.
24 hours later
Harry woke up and groaned. "where the hell am I?" At that moment a house elf poped in. "You is at Malfoy Manner Mister Harry Potters Sir. What can I's be doing for you?"
"Can you get your Master for me please?" He then got up and showered quickly and dressed using a repairo spell on his clothes and a scurgify spell for them as well then sat on the bed.
Lucius knocked and entered. "So I see the boy who lived is finally awake. Care to tell me how you got through my wards and why you are here Mr.Potter?"
Harry rubbed his forehead, "I went walking after the battle and I endded up in an ally I got beat up so my last wish was to be somewhere safe and I guess I endded up here sorry I have put you out. I'll just leave!" he glared and stood up.
"You may stay as long as you like Mr.Potter I have no one in my house any way so might as well as long as you don't intend to curse me." he said with a blank face.
"Thanks it would me some good to hide for a bit. I'll stay out of your way."
And from that day on they had slowly gotten over the rivalries and became friends and Lucius started to have a few feelings towards Harry then almost 2 years that day he had showed up Harry left to the muggle world to be on his own and Lucius was broken. Now he has grand kids and they drive him insane with theire bickering.
END FLASH BACK
"Why? What should you miss about me Lucius? I was just a pain in your side untill I finally moved out. Besides you have a family now and I repeat I don't want to go back there, ever." He sighed and tidied up so he could maybe out of there soon to go home.
"I didn't come to take you back Harry. You were not a pain in my side and I miss your company it was interesting and it beat the squabbles I hear from Draco's kids." Lucius said while rubbing at his temples.
"Then why wait a year to come see me? And why not send a letter?" He ushered Lucius out of the shop and locked it. "Come on we can go to my flat."
"I wasn't sure if you wanted to be reminded of that world by me visiting you but then I needed your company and I decided to come see you." He said following harry up a few flights of stairs and through a door.
"Well thanks I guess for respecting my space Lucius. Make your self comfortable. Tea?" he asked putting the ketle on and getting two cups and set them out with tea bags and cream and sugar.
"Yes please and your welcome. So how have you been Harry?" He asks as he sits on the only piece of furnature in the room the love seat.
"Lonely but fine and you Lucius?" the kettle started to wail he grabs it and pours the water into the cups and brings the tray in and sits on the table with it on his lap. "Cream or sugar?"
"Cream and I've been battling my emotions."
Harry added cream and handed it to him and looks up at him. "Why? Whats wrong?"
"Well I recently discovered I like men, and theres this man and I like him but I'm not sure he likes me and I've known him for years and all and I know he's gay. I'm an ex-death eater and he's well great." Lucius sighs and sips his tea.
"Oh well we have something in common." Harry chuckled.
"Oh? And what is that?"
"We're both gay and single." he said and sipped his tea.
"True. Oh Merlin its getting late. Well I should go." he said standing up.
"You could stay here I have a guest bed room you can sleep in." He said hopefully and then got up and cleaned up.
"I don't know Harry I don't want to put you out." he said.
"But its not." he said.
"Well maybe I ..." stares at Harry as he cleans up.

OOOOOHHHHH cliffy lol ok so I hope this helps with the first chapter that started in the middle of nowhere sorry bout that I had this planned but then the night I was writing I had to go to the hospital with my sister so didn't get to finish and then forgot what I was going to write but baby went to bed and so I had a stroke of at least half genius right? lol.
Landlords Daughter: ok well I don't have a beta and I'm trying to get this together. Thank you tho lol have any ideas for a beta that might be willing?
