Life After Graduation

The next day as promised James went with Lily to another dress shop to see if they could make the bridesmaid dresses. And also as stated, he kept catching himself dozing on the couch provided for people waiting to sit, he was sure it was put there out of sympathy for the men who were dragged along.

“Ready?” Lily asked when she returned, the stress gone from her face. “They had the color and they said they could do the design for me, even cheaper than the last shop.”

Once James was up they left the shop and apparated back to the apartment they had been to the day before. There the owner met them, and they began to talk. At five thirty Lily had to go get ready for work, and James finished what paperwork he could then took it home for Lily to fill out. They had got the apartment, now they just had to finalize everything, and if all was clear, they could move in by Friday.

Around two fifteen that morning Lily finished with work then apparated into her and James bathroom, since it muffled the sound greatly. Opening the door she saw James fast asleep one arm dangling over the side of the bed brushing the ground. Quietly she went to her dresser drawer and pulled on a night shirt before crawling up into bed next to him.

“Hey love,” she whispered kissing his forehead. Lily saw him stir and smiled at him lightly when his eyes opened slightly.

“Hi,” James barely whispered. He could hardly see her because it was dark and he had just woken up, as well as he did not have his glasses. “How was work,” he mumbled not moving his head.

“Fine, training was grueling and the paper work was dreadful,” Lily said adjusting under the blankets. “But enough about that let’s get some sleep.”

Without another word, James rolled onto his side, and put an arm around Lily pulling her close to him, and was fast asleep again. Tomorrow they both had the day off, which would give them plenty of time to finish all their paperwork and go down to put their deposit on the apartment.

Neither of them woke until around noon that Wednesday afternoon. It was a drastic change from the past two days of heat, instead it was down pouring outside, back to the normal England weather.

“Mornin’ love,” James said before rolling over to look at the clock, it was twelve thirty. “Rather good afternoon.”

“Mm,” Lily mumbled her eyes still closed. Her body was sore all over from work the night before, and she had been bruised up a bit from practice dueling. She opened her eyes though when she felt James’ soft kisses on the back of her neck and Lily smiled to herself. It was the little things that kept her happy.

“So how was work last night?” James breathed into her ear quietly, his hand rubbing her side.

“It’s been better,” Lily said quietly, feeling goose bumps erupt on her skin from his breath. “I was banged up a bit last night, Kingsley is better than I remembered.”

“I will have to show him up later is all,” James said kissing the back of her ear before resting his head back down on his pillow. Truth be told James was the best in the group of new people, followed by Sirius, Kingsley and Remus.

Lily rolled over to look at James, who had rolled on his back with his arms stretched above his head and his eyes closed. Smirking she threw one of her legs over him so she was straddling him, and she rested her hands on his stomach. “So what time does your mum get home today?” She asked him raising an eyebrow.

“It’s Wednesday so…” James said looking up at the ceiling in thought, “around three.” Then he got exactly what she was hinting at and smirked. He could hardly see her face, even though she was only a few feet away from her, without his glasses James was almost blind. Reaching around for them he put them on, and smirked at her when her face came into view. He sat up, and moved back so he was resting on the headboard. Without a word he pulled her into a hungry kiss, and wrapped his arms around her tightly.

She placed her hands on his shoulders returning the kiss. Lily always loved starting out the day like this since nothing could really get her down afterwards. Sitting up she let him remove her night shirt, leaving her in only knickers. Leaning her head, as well as her body back a bit, she gave him move room.

James held her back to keep her from falling, and he moved down to kiss her collar bone, then took one of her breasts into his mouth. He could already feel his arousal, and let out a groan of satisfaction when he felt Lily’s hand grab him.

Lily pulled on his shoulders as she moved to lie on her back so he was lying atop of her. Once he was, she quickly removed his boxers not wanting to deprive herself of him any longer. She pushed them off as far as she could get them; she wrapped her hand around him once again, and moved her hand up and down his prick fast, enjoying his groans.

Following her suit, James removed her knickers as well, and then moved her hand off of him. He could not wait anymore, the desire he was feeling was overwhelming. Moving her legs apart, he ran his hand over her slit once, feeling that she was aroused enough. Gently he pushed into her, moaning at the feel. He pushed into her fully, and felt her wrap her legs around him.

She adjusted her hip movements to his, and one hand went up to hold the head board to prevent her head from hitting, while the other hand went to his back. He was being rough this time, but Lily enjoyed it, and James kept hitting a particular spot causing her to writhe under him.

The bed was creaking under them, and James smirked as he watched her bite her lip in pleasure. Soon he felt that familiar tightening feeling his stomach, and after a few more thrusts he felt himself come. It was the release he was looking for. Once he was done, he pulled out of her gently, and leaned down to kiss her.

Lily panted lightly as she lay beside him on the bed. Going three weeks with nothing but teasing made sex so much better when it finally happened. It was now ten after one, and she still needed to shower and finish the paper work, they were supposed to meet the owner at two thirty.

Opting to shower together, they were done sooner, though James held Lily up a bit with a tease when he slipped his hand between her legs. “I can’t help it,” he protested as Lily just laughed him off. “Having to plan when we can have sex is torture, I miss Hogwarts.”

They dressed and met the owner with all their finished paper work and put down the seven hundred galleon deposit. In two days they would be able to move in, so Lily and James immediately went to their job to see if they would be able to get Friday and Saturday off together so they could move in.

“We move in on Friday,” James said to his parents at dinner. “We are going to go furniture shopping on Saturday.”
