My Face in the Window?
And that face was none other than the boy who lived, whom had finally fallen into a fitful sleep, tossing and turning.
Dreaming a dream that wasn't his. He was himself, but not in the first person view one would normally associate with dreaming.It was one of those odd dreams where he watched what was going on.
Hence, the tossing and turning.
Dreaming of a person with the silkiest blond hair and most beautifully slim fingers he could imagine, etching his face into the fog on a window. A sad sigh and then the most beautiful voice he had heard.
"Maybe I should just try to get some sleep, yeah?"
He felt, rather than saw this person smile at him. And he knew he was loved.
He watched as they gave another sad sigh and erased the face in the fog, as they turned to lay down.
Before he saw the face the dream dream faded to black.
