Chapter 2.

Chapter 2.

I don't own HP I wish I do though phooey.

The rest of that day was gone along with the night itself and soon enough a new dawn came. Araca slumped off of his tall wooden stool stretching out sore and tired muscles, he had been owled a job opening for the Ministry of Magic’s potion assistant last night and quickly he had written back. Now he had been up most of the night brewing a wolf banes potion to prove his worthiness. His long dark brown hair was quickly put into a messy bun while his clothes hung from his lilith form. Glasses hanging on the bridge of his nose as he yawned and walked up the stairs from the dungeons. The sun hit his weary light blue eyes making him squint in pain as he blindly made his way into the kitchen needing a morning wake up call.

“Idiot. Open your eyes before you run into the wall again,” a growl was heard from the front of Araca.

“Funny Feral. Real funny,” he replied opening his eyes carefully letting himself adjust to the blinding suns rays. He sighed and smiled as he took in his surroundings. And sure enough standing a few feet away from himself was his twin, Feral.

“You remember what we promised to do today right?”

Feral nodded his head. The man leaned against the counter a cup of coffee in hand as he sipped it. Black pants and a black shirt covered his tanned body, like his father he too worked out and it showed in his upper body. Black spiky hair and equally black eyes made him look all the more mysterious. It was always funny to Araca, that even though they were twins, their ways were different. While Feral drank his coffee Araca made himself a nice cup of tea. Oh yes today was going to be hell for them, they had told their mother that they would take the little one’s shopping for their new school. Of course Araca didn’t mind, but Feral. Well he was never the patient one, and not to mention he was a short fuse.

“Gods above help us. . .”

The streets were packed with witches or wizards running errands or what not. But even worse was for Araca and Feral to keep track on their brother’s and sister’s. Fire and Ice had run off somewhere the moment they flood into Hogsmead. Sin and Nis, though the two were always quiet had scurried off to find a book shop. This of course was making Feral upset. And for Araca it was a funny sight.

Lucas had left the small unreeling pack as well, but his interest didn’t lie with the other’s his was in watching other’s. Sad but true. He just wanted to be normal, nothing like the 'monster' that he claimed he was. He looked down at a slight trembling hand the world falling quickly on deaf ridden ears. But it only lasted a moment before he was nearly pushed back by a small child that wrapped themselves around his legs. Lucas sighed as Leaha began to sob into his pant legs.

“I found her standing in the middle of the street,” a soft voice floated into Lucas’s ears. He blinked and looked up. His eyes came into contact with a pair of blue eyes, ones that showed so much emotion that it made Lucas turn his head away.

“Thank you. . .”

“Ron. Ron Weasley.”

Lucas looked at Ron and his eyes quickly skimmed the tall red head. Freckles over light peach skin, a hideous bright orange sweater and dark blue denim jeans. Lucas felt a small twitch at the corner of his mouth, but quickly hid it.

Leaha wiped away her tears and looked up at Ron.

“Thank you vewy much Won,” Leaha said giving his legs a hug to show her gratitude. Ron smiled patting her head.

“I know what it’s like to have a younger sis go missing.”

Lucas just nodded his head and took hold of her hand in his.

Ron looked back up at Lucas, he had never seen this boy before. Was he new? Why hadn’t he seen this guy before? Before he could answer a small explosion was heard from across the way and everybody stopped to see black smoke emerge from the shop and two boys covered in soot wobble out of the shop laughing as hard as they could making Lucas shake his head almost in shame. He quickly covered Leaha’s ears.

“Dumb-assess. What in hell did they do this time?” Lucas asked to no one in particular.

Ron blinked a bit dumbfounded and he thought that the twins were bad, those two guys were worst.

“Are. . . are they your brothers?” Ron asked pointing back and forth between Lucas and the two boys who were still laughing.

Lucas nodded his head uncovering his sister’s ears.

“Unfortunately, they are related to me and to Leaha, as well as nine other’s,” he replied before watching his other family members come into play. And pretty soon all thirteen brother’s and sister’s were in the same area.

Ron’s jaw dropped. Th-thirteen! He had thought his family was big, but thirteen kids, that was just weird. How in the world did a mother do that!

“Don’t act surprised, there are three sets of twins, that’s the only reason we have a big family.”

Ron closed his mouth quickly and soon enough Leaha had run over to her brother’s laughing as she pointed at them. The two had stopped laughing awhile back as Feral started to yell at them, making the two boys huddle together and tried to shrink away from their scolding.

But all too soon Lucas watched as his siblings began to walk away only leaving Araca behind.

“I have to leave, my brother is waiting for me,” Lucas said brushing past Ron. Ron shivered slightly as he watched Lucas walk towards the tall male. His mind finally kicked in as the two started to walk off.

“Hey wait I didn’t get your name!” Ron yelled out making Lucas stop and turn towards him, his black eyes gazing into Ron’s blue eyes.

“Its Lucas.”

Ron stood still and watched as Lucas disappeared into the crowded streets.

Ron just blinked before feeling an arm fling over his shoulder’s snapping him back into reality.

“Hey Ron did you see that sight! I was sure to piss myself from that show put on,” a boy said smiling and slightly out of breath. Messy brown hair, emerald green eyes hidden behind round shape glasses and a scar upon his forehead.

“Yah Harry I was right here when it had happened, bloody funnier then the twins huh?” Ron asked grinning back at his friend.

“Come on mate, if we don’t hurry back Hermione is going to flip out on us again, and I do hate her lectures,” Harry said as he started to walk in the same direction in which he came.

“Yah we better,” Ron said nearly forcing a smile now as he started to walk off with Harry. As Harry talked though his mind was not on their conversation, but instead upon his new found acquaintance Lucas. He had noticed the mark over his right eye and how pale his skin was against the dark grey dressing robes that he wore. And more so it was the emptiness of the other’s eyes that caught his attention the most. What could have happened to make such eyes the way that they are?

They didn’t get back to Hogwarts as late as they had wanted to, actually both Ron and Harry were early, in which he kept pointing out to Ron making the red-head sigh in sympathy. It was when they entered the tower that they noticed a group of student gossiping rather loudly. And in the middle was Ginny nodding her head proudly making Ron a bit nervous.

“Okay what’s going on here?” Ron asked making Ginny look at her brother smiling almost evilly.

“I heard from mum and dad that there’s a family that just came here from the states. And eight of their kids are coming to this school in about three days tops,” Ginny mewed out grinning like a cat. “And not only that but their suppose to be bloody hell rich, maybe even richer then Malfoy’s family.”

“Ginny tell them their name!” One girl squeaked out.

“Masters.”

Harry just laughed and went over to the group to hear more.

Ron sighed but smiled and shook his head before leaving up the stairs and to his room. Lying down on his bed he flung his arm over his eyes and sighed. Today had been a very unusual day to say the least. Especially after meeting Lucas.

He shivered as that name ran through his head. During his fourth year had found out he was gay, yah loved Hermione, but not more then friendship. And now he was in his fifth year at Hogwarts, he had told his friends and family and was quite surprised that they took it well, they even encouraged him to go on dates. Yet he just wasn’t into the whole dating thing, so then why was it when Lucas brushed against him he wanted to ask him out? He groaned in frustration, maybe he was just tired. Yah that was it! He was tired and a little rest and relaxation would do him the trick. But as he began to doze off one last thought entered his mind.

I wonder if I’ll ever see him again?
