Plans
A week later, classes had finished and Eileen was eating her dinner in the Great Hall, when Professor McGonagall started walking down the Slytherin table, checking who was staying in the castle for Christmas.
She was about to pass Eileen, but Eileen called out, "Professor!"
The old woman turned, "What is it, Miss Snape?"
Eileen tried not to laugh. She had known the Head Mistress all her life - the woman was practically family - but in public, the Professor wasn't allowed to show favoritism. Eileen thought it was stupid really, because all the other Slytherins - hell, every person in the school - knew McGonagall was very close to her family.
"I'm not staying for Christmas." Eileen told her.
"You're not?" The Head Mistress frowned.
Eileen shook her head, "We're going to Spain to stay with Lucius and Annie, Professor."
"Oh," The old woman said briskly, "Alright, then." She drew a line through Eileen’s name on her scroll of parchment and marched off down the table.
"You're going to Spain?" A sandy haired boy asked from the other side of the table. He was in his sixth year, Eileen was sure; she'd seen him around but she tended to stick with her good friends instead of talking to random people.
Eileen nodded and took a sip of pumpkin juice, then she said cautiously "Yeah. We're gonna stay with my brother."
"I didn't know you had a brother." The boy frowned.
"I don't know you; I’ve never talked to you, so why would you know that I have a brother?" Eileen asked waspishly; people who said stupid things like that got on her nerves.
His eyes widened, "Go easy on the sarcasm, baby."
Eileen gave him a disgusted look, before getting up and leaving the hall.

"Do you even know who she is, J?"
Julian Wilkes turned to look at his friend, Eliot Parkinson, "Of course I know who she is."
Eliot rolled his eyes, "Then you know who her dad is."
"Well duh," Julian sneered, "I have him for every bloody potions class."
"So then you do know that you just told a Snape to stop being sarcastic?" Eliot pressed, "That's impossible, you know that?"
"Shut up." Julian said bluntly, and then he turned to look at the other boy, "Did you know her dad used to be a Death Eater?" When Eliot didn't reply he snapped, "I didn't me you had to shut up literally!"
Eliot nodded quickly, "Yeah, I knew her dad was a Death Eater.”
Julian turned back to his food. Both he and Eliot were from Death Eater families. His Grand father had been one and his father had been one and now, even after the Dark Lords defeat, Julian saw himself as one. A quiet one, of course. He knew what the Dark Lord had valued in people and what he looked for in his followers; Cunning, brains, the capability to stand up for what they believed in, even if it meant violence, the hatred of Mudbloods. Julian was all of that and more. He would have made a great Death Eater; he just knew it.
Eliot was a bit more of a wimp, but Eileen Snape...
Julian’s mother had told him that it was important to stay faithful to the Dark Lord, even if he was gone. She had told him that soon, some one would fill his shoes; a person just as he had been, perhaps stronger, and this time, there would be no Harry Potter substitute to kill him and there would be no silly prophecy. His mother had explained that, while they waited for this man to come, he had to make sure he raised a family of Death Eaters. To have a Death Eater wife that would teach their children the Dark ways.
Maybe, Julian had found his Death eater wife. It didn't matter that her father was a traitor. She would see the errors he had made and they would deliver the Dark Lords justice to Severus Snape - monstrosity of a Death Eater that he was.
Yes, that sounded like a good plan.

Eileen was near the Slytherin common room, when her mother came hurrying along the corridor looking harassed.
"Eileen!" She said, skidding to a stop, "I'm in a hurry to see Minerva, so listen and listen good. Come down to us as soon as you're awake tomorrow. We're going back to the house to get what we need and then we're flooing to Lucius'. You got that? Great. "
Eileen nodded and watched with a pitying gaze as her mother almost ran up the corridor.
She entered her common room and sat in one of the sofas by the fire. The room would have been empty if a few first years hadn't been doing homework in the corner.
Eileen couldn't wait to see Lucius again; he didn't visit very often and when he did, she was always in class. She knew she used to get him into trouble a lot, but she loved him really and she missed him loads.
The sofa dipped beside her, "Hey, my baby."
Slowly, menacingly, with a stone cold glare, Eileen turned her head to look at the sixth year boy from the Great Hall. "I am nobodies 'baby', let alone yours." She said, her voice pure ice.
She went to stand, but he put his hand just above her knee, laughing slightly, "I was gonna tell you to cool off, but if you did, we'd be in the middle of an ice age."
Eileen looked down at his hand on her leg. Carefully, she lifted it slightly and held it in both of her, like she was in a trance. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see him smiling in self-satisfied, male triumph. After a few minutes she placed his hand back in his own lap and smirked at him, as she grimly suggested, "Why don't you crawl back under your rock?"
She could feel his stare on her as she got up and left for her dormitory. Her mother would be proud, Eileen thought, she hadn't used a swear word yet.
Yet.

"Oi! Siza!"
Sirius looked around. By the fire of the Gryffindor common room, Lily and her friend, Savanah Trine, were finishing a game of wizards’ chess. Savanah was waving him over.
"Alright, you two?" he asked as he sat down on the floor beside them.
"Yeah, kid," Lily nodded, "You staying for Christmas?"
Sirius nodded his head, "McGonagall signed dad up for decoration duties."
Savanah laughed, tossing her long dirty blonde hair over her shoulder, revealing an old necklace of Butter Beer corks, "I'm staying. My mum and dad are going to America to see if they can find a rare Snickle Trian. They're native to America and they live inside door handles, biting any one who disturbs them..."
As Savanah carried on explain the nature of the creature in her dreamy voice, Lily and Sirius sighed and got comfortable for a long lecture.

A/N: Sorry! There isn’t much Sev/Hermione in this chappie but there will be soon! Hang in there!
