Lucius had left head quarters, they had sat in the garden till late into the night, him finally telling her that he would be leaving again and the next time they would see each other, would be on the battlefield. Hermione had cried, and begged him to not leave. Adamant on what his role in the war was he had kissed her softly, saying for her to keep her smile true and after the war was over they would be together for ever.

Bellatrix glared at Hermione, she knew that Lucius still loved the child, he said her name once whilst they made love. Lucius watched his lover stand in front of the woman he was forced to be with. He had made a mistake once and said Hermione\'s name while he fucked the dark haired Death eater. Bella knew where his heart belonged. \"You die today Mudblood and then he will be truly mine!\" Hermione screamed in rage at the witch, \"He will never be yours, you had to force him to be your but Lucius will always love me!\"

Casting a stunner at Voldemort he smiled at his once master, Voldemort knew what had happened even before Harry cast the last curse. He had been betrayed just as he had betrayed Lucius.

Bella screamed in anger as she watched her lord fall, turning she Pointed her wand at Hermione, the curse was out of her mouth before Anyone could react, the green beam hitting Hermione straight in the chest. Lucius ran to his fallen lovers side cradling her head in his arms as he cried. She was gone, He barely heard Ron utter the killing curse at Bella, all he could think of was the pain of loosing Hermione. Looking up he locked eyes with Harry who was unable to stop the words which came from his mouth, then as Hermione had Lucius slumped on her body where they could not be joined in life they had met in death.
