Once again, Harry recieved no letters for several days. By the time he recieved the next one, he had almost completely forgotten about the previous. On Friday night, after returning from clubbing with Seamus, he stumbled into the apartment. Seamus had convinced him to party the night away and Harry had taken him up on his suggestion.
It was around 3 AM when he finally got back. He turned on the kitchen light, winced, and immediately turned it off. But not before he noticed the grey owl sitting on the counter. He clumsily removed the letter and read it in the dim light of the moon through the window.
Harry,
I\'m sure it was not all magical, and I must say, you look a million times better without those horrid glasses. Your eyes were always a certain weakness for me. Yes, I guess you could say we knew each other well, but I wouldn\'t go so far as to say we were close. We had an interaction nearly everyday. By the way, that outfit you were wearing tonight was so hot I almost jumped you. Of course, had I done that, you would have known who I was, and that wouldn\'t do well.
~Apollo
Harry didn\'t stop to think before writing this time. He grabbed the quill and spilled ink in his excitement.
Apollo,
So you\'ve been watching me, eh? Yes, I was very hot tonight. Seamus said so too. I had lots of fun, some of those guys were really hot. I think I may have had too many drinks though, because even Draco Malfoy started to look good. I don\'t suppose you know who he is, but maybe you do if you went to school with me. I\'ll tell you, and remember now, I\'m drunk, that when I was in school, I secretly had a crush on him. Shh, don\'t tell anyone. He was so unattainable, and I was supposed to hate him, so I couldn\'t really act on it. I work with him now, you know. And he is still as hot as ever. Even though he was evil and a deatheater, I can\'t help wanting to rip his clothes off when we\'re alone, and sometimes when we\'re not alone. I don\'t think he feels that way about me though, he always sneers at me when I see him. Though it\'s not as if I\'m any better. I almost wish I hadn\'t rejected him in first year, then we could have been happy and lived hapily ever after.
-Harry
Harry fumbled to roll up the parchment and attached it to the owl. He fell onto the couch and was asleep before the owl was out the window.

The next morning, Harry woke up with a splitting headache. He dragged himself out of bed and to his cupboard, where he kept his supply of potions. He removed a hangover potion and took a swig. Immediately, the pain in his head ceased, only a dull pounding was left.
He wandered into his kitchen, where he saw ink spilled on the counter. He groaned and cleaned it up with his wand. He wondered vaguely why there was ink on the counter, when suddenly remembered the previous night.
\"No!\" He shouted, startling Hedwig. He waved his wand frantically and a copy of his last letter appeared on the counter. He read it through quickly, his eyes widening with each line.
\"Shit!\" He cursed. He\'d sent that letter to someone! And now they knew! Oh, how could he have been so stupid? No one was supposed to ever know about his feelings for Draco Malfoy, not even Ron or Hermione knew that he had ever liked him, and still did. He sank onto the couch, groaning in dispair.
A loud POP got his attention. He raised his head from his hands and saw Hermione standing over him, hands on her hips.
\"Still hungover?\" She asked accusingly. Harry shook his head, and her expression turned to confusion. \"Well, what\'s wrong?\" She asked.
He shook his head again. He\'d have to tell her now.
\"Umm...I\'ve been writing to someone, I don\'t know who, but last night, I accidently wrote something I shouldn\'t have.\"
\"What did you write?\" Hermione asked cautiously. Harry held out the copy of the letter. She read it through and her eyes widened in shock.
\"Oh my god, Harry!\"
\"I know, I know! I\'m sorry I didn\'t tell you guys, but I--\"
\"No!\" Hermione interrupted him. \"I already knew, but how could you write this to someone you don\'t know!?\" Harry was taken aback.
\"You already knew? Does Ron know?\" Harry asked urgently.
\"Yes, I told him. Please Harry, you think we wouldn\'t notice who you liked? It was pretty obvious for a while there.\" Harry was shocked.
\"It was?\"
\"Yes! But Harry, you don\'t know who this is!?\"
\"No,\" Harry sighed. \"I really hope it\'s not someone horrible who\'ll use it to their advantage.\"
\"You\'d best hope so. I\'ll keep it out of the paper in anycase.\" Harry grinned at her.
\"Thanks, you\'re a good friend.\"
\"You\'re damn lucky I am, Harry Potter.\" Hermione scolded, but then smiled at him and he hugged her. \"Now, I have to go, I\'m late to meet Ron. Please, be more careful! Don\'t write any more letters when you\'re drunk!\" She admonished before disapparating.

Harry spent the next few days dreading the return of the grey owl and what it would carry. On Tuesday night, he was greeted, upon return from work by the pretty grey owl sitting on the couch. Harry braced himself and opened the letter.
Harry,
Wow, I had no idea of those feelings. Yes, I do know of Draco Malfoy. He was never particularly mean to me, but I know how he can be. I do agree though, he is very good looking and I wouldn\'t say no to him, if you know what I mean, *wink*. Perhaps it might have been different had you done what you suggested. There are many things I regret and would do differently if I had the chance. You, being the main thing I would have done differently, or done at all... Too bad I never got a chance. Perhaps when this is all over we might be able to start something, but that hinges mainly on your reaction, upon finding out my identity.
~Apollo
Harry breathed a sigh of relief. This person agreed with him, and it didn\'t sound as though he were likely to tell anyone. Harry had to make sure though.
Apollo,
I am glad I didn\'t scare you with my drunken tales. I would appreciate it, however, if we kept this between ourselves. It would not do well for this to get out. I still don\'t quite understand what you are apologizing for. Obviously you are sincere, and I like to think that I am a forgiving person. I hope that you feel you can trust me well enough to reveal yourself in the near future.
-Harry
After sending the letter along, Harry relaxed in his apartment, feeling much better. He hadn\'t really thought about his crush on Malfoy for awhile. Ever since that infamous quidditch match where he\'d accidentally walked in on him showering, he\'d been unable to get it out of his mind. It was that incident that had truly convinced Harry that he was gay.
Despite Malfoy\'s actions, Harry had always been secretly attracted to him, not just his physical appearance, but also his wit and intelligence. After learning of his family situation, Harry found himself admiring his courage and strength. Unfortunately though, Harry couldn\'t find a way to tell Malfoy then, or even now what he felt.
After a while, Harry had given up trying. That didn\'t stop him from lusting after him. He would secretly watch him at work. He was much better at this now, thanks to the auror training. Harry sighed and dressed for bed. He fell into it and fell asleep, dreaming of Draco and what could have been.
Meanwhile, in another part of the country, a pale hand stroked a beautiful grey owl, perched on an arm chair. In another hand was Harry\'s latest letter. The figure crossed the room to a dimly lit desk where the hand picked up a quill and composed a letter.
Harry,
Don\'t worry, this is all between us. I know what it\'s like to be embarassed and ridiculed. It was that realization probably that brought me to the conclusion that I should apologize. I wish you could really understand how much I mean this because I know that once my identity is revealed, you are likely to forget how sincere I am. I guess, since you shared something personal, under the influence of alcohol, I should too. This is something now one knows, just like yours was. I still have feelings for you, and whenever I see you, I want to run my tongue all over your beautiful body. I want to run my hands over your perfect abs and taste your skin. You always smell so good, like apples and cinnamon sugar, is it your shampoo?
~Apollo
The letter was attached to the owl and sent back out the window. The figure stood framed in the window watching the owl vanish over the houses.
