Plans and Confusions

Hermione lay in bed the next evening finding it very difficult to fall asleep as she kept going through an inventory of all the prized possessions she had that Snape might covet. She thought about the first edition of her rare tome, “Creating Potions to Counter Potions”. What made this book rare is that only six editions were made and it was next to impossible to find a first edition. She stumbled by accident on the book at a “wizarding” garage sale near Dover on spring holiday during her first year at Uni. She remembered that while she was at 12 Grimmauld during the summer, Snape had eyed her with green envy when he noticed that the book was first edition. He said nothing to her about it though, not even asking to borrow it.

Hermione quickly discounted most of her belongings, for those were easy to come by and Snape could definitely afford them. Hermione thought she might not be thinking enough out of the proverbial box. What if this “possession” was not actually tangible? What if he wanted her brain? The man always called her a “silly know-it-all”. Maybe Snape wanted to exact revenge by placing ownership on an organ she could not live without. Hermione laughed at this, “yeah and kill me via a potions bet and wizarding oath.” She knew that the wizard’s oath was very difficult to break and the Wizamegot almost never freed a wizard from the oath, except in extenuating circumstances. Hermione sighed and figured, “if death isn’t extenuating enough, then I am not sure what is.”

After half-dreaming of a wicked Snape taunting her after her loss with, “Miss Granger, you did enter into an oath, now I want you to relinquish your tongue,” she finally fell into slumber and dreamt of far stranger things involving Snape.

But Snape wasn’t dreaming. No, Snape was planning. But isn’t this what a Snape does? A Snape plans out his desires, revenge and most wicked plots. Snape was creating in great detail exactly how he wanted his victory to execute, down to the exact statement first uttered after Plowbrighton’s loss: “Now, Miss Granger, your faith has been carelessly placed. Your Gryffindor nature has led you to support another second-rate fool. Did you learn nothing from Lockhart? Ah, but this all comes too late. You shall now accompany me to Snape manor to make arrangements for the relinquishing of your possession.”

Snape wallowed in the absolute arousal of it all. Granger would have no idea until she was at the manor that is would be her virginity she would be relinquishing. He imagined her shocked into silence at first, no easy task for sure. Then, she would become enraged that he would try and blackmail her out of her innocence. Most likely, threats to go to the ministry would follow, where he would inform her that the Wizamegot would uphold the wizards oath. He would remind her that the entire wizarding world would then know of the bet and whether or not she would have to pay up. At the very least, she could keep it a big secret. But Snape did not want her hatred or for her to have shame. His plan was to make the evening so absolutely sexually fulfilling for her, that she would find it hard not to return to him for more. Snape’s plans for him and Miss Granger went further than her virginity. That was like a cherry on top of a very delicious cake. No, Snape wanted the entire cake and unbeknownst to Miss Granger, she was soon to be eaten.

Hermione woke with a gasp and sat up straight in bed before her brain had registered that she was awake. What the hell was she dreaming last night? She had been at Iron Potions with Snape and Plowbrighton had just lost. Snape then looked over at her, almost like she was a steak, and said something like, “you placed your faith carelessly.” Hermione tried to think about the rest of what he said, but her mind was a fog and the dream was leaving her. What was the most interesting part of the dream was Snape regarding her with a hint of lust in his eyes. Never to her knowledge had Snape ever regarded her with that kind of look or attention. Hermione knew she was attractive. There were plenty of guys at Uni that tried to ask her out, but she wasn’t interested in any of them, mostly because all they cared about was Quidditch or politics. The men she worked with were just as involved in their studies and internships as she was, plus they never grew out of their bookish looks. Hermione regretted not having a serious relationship, only because she wanted to have sex and get rid of the weight of her virginity. The fact was that she was picky to no end. One moment she would think a guy cute, the next he would speak and she would gag at the thought of him touching her. Briefly, Hermione thought what it would be like if Snape touched her, purely academically of course. To her surprise, she didn’t feel like gagging, but she did laugh when she imagined him trying removing her bra, finding it clasped in front and exclaiming, “Miss Granger, improper use of undergarments! Ten points from Gryffindor!” Falling back into her pillow with a loud plop, she lay there thinking she was nuts. There was no way in Hades that Snape would ever want to sleep with her. She would bet her virginity on it!

Note or Updates:

I will try and add more chapters in the next few days. I don\'t plan on making this more than 10 chapters. I work 12 HR shifts up to four days per week, so I will try and update as soon as possible.

I thank everyone who has left a review. I love the Snape/Hermione pairing and had this Iron Potions scenario pop into my brain recently. I am not big on writing fan fiction, but I could not let it die.

Hope you all like the rest of the story!
