It was finally the morning they were all due to return to Hogwarts. They were just checking to see if they had forgotten to pack anything at the last minute before leaving to travel to kings cross station. Harry and Ginny weren’t looking forward to it.

Harry knew that everyone would by now know of the events that had taken place during his and Ginny’s summer holidays. They would know that he was now so much more then the boy who lived or the boy who defeated the dark lord. Now he was also the king of France. And Ginny Weasley was no longer a Weasley by name, by nature yes but no longer by name. She was now rightfully Ginny Potter a.k.a Ginevra Molly Potter queen of France.

Harry was used to the attention, used to it but by all means not happy or comfortable with such attention. Ginny on the other hand was not accustomed to being on the receiving end of such attention and fame. Harry truly did feel guilty over the fact that he had now managed to drag Ginny into the lime light and into the main focus of the public eye.

Harry turned when he heard Ron calling through the fire into the kitchen. Harry smiled tiredly at his best friend of eight years. Ron grumbled “Yeah Flames mate me to. I can’t honestly say I’m not overly trilled about repeating my seventh year either. And on top of that I and Fleur won’t be able to marry until I graduate for good this time around.

And of course I can also see why you and my baby sister are more then a little reluctant to return. It was bad enough when you only had to deal with the pressure of being the boy who lived or the boy who defeated the dark lord. But now you’re also going to have to deal with everyone knowing your royalty and a billion heir. And our Ginny is going to get a hell of a lot more attention then she is normally accustomed to being on the receiving end of, it’s not going to be easy by any means.”

Harry turned when he heard the woman of discussion come walking down the stairs as she said “Tell me about it. I’m still not over the incident back in Flourish and Blotts.” Harry smiled apologetically at his wife and gave her hand affectionate squeeze.

Ginny knew exactly what that look meant and huffed “Harry James Potter don’t you dare give me that look. You most certainly don’t have anything to apologies for. This is by no means your fault. You never forced me into this life, I could have quite easily gone and told you go and fuck yourself and leave me the hell out of it. But I sure hell didn’t, I married you and stuck by you and intend to stick by you because I love you. Do you honestly think I would endure having my privacy fucked around with if I truly did not love you more then life its self, honestly Potter get your head out of your ass.”

Ron started laughing. Harry and Ginny turned when they heard some one else laughing as well. They turned to see both Remus and Sirius laughing. Remus chuckled “I couldn’t have honestly said it better myself Claws.” Sirius smiled he truly did love that fiery beauty she was the closet thing he had to a daughter. “Nice touch by the way with that honestly Potter get your head out of you’re ass remark.”

Ginny grinned “Why thank you Padfoot and Moony of course. I was just pointing out what needed to be said that’s all.” Ginny truly did love Sirius and Remus it was like having three fathers. They both treated her like she was their daughter. Ginny had been devastated when Sirius had fallen through the veil, but had been trilled when Albus had brought him back for good.

Harry spluttered when Remus, Sirius and Ron continued to laugh. “Hey Scream, Padfoot, Moony whose bloody side are you three on any way?” Harry playfully glared and picked up Hedwig’s cage. Ron asked “So any way where is Hedwig?” Harry sighed all humor gone “I sent her on a head. I would rather she’d be at Hogwarts then at the train station this morning. I have no idea if I and Ginny are going to be mobbed at kings cross. If we are I don’t fancy giving Hedwig a heart attack when she hears all the racket and commotion.”

Ginny picked up a white fluffy kitten with green eyes similar to her husbands. It had been a birthday gift from Sirius and Remus. She asked Sirius and Remus “Seeing as you two will be traveling by floo to Hogwarts would you take snowball along with you?” Sirius shook his head and told her “We would Claws only were not flooing to Hogwarts.” Remus added “Actually we’ve been asked by Albus to accompany you on the train to Hogsmed, seeing as there is a high risk of you and Harry being mobbed or attacked. Even the others are at risk of be mobbed because they are family or friends of yours.”

Harry sighed “So Albus figured because you two are two of the members of my royal council you would be the ones to see to it that I and Ginny got onto the train in one piece right?” Sirius nodded and added “Plus the remaining two members of your personal council are also going to be in your group as well.”

They all turned when they heard Hermione’s voice “Oh well I guess we will just have to take the safest and necessary actions.” Hermione’s head could be seen in the fire along side Ron’s. She had been staying with the Weasley’s. Harry had chosen Remus, Sirius, Ron and Hermione as the four members of his personal royal council and advisers. Meaning they would have to move to France and into the palace.

Hermione had already made arrangements with Severus. Once they were married he would continue to teach at Hogwarts and he would come and stay at the palace in France in the summer and sleep at the palace during the week days and Hermione would sleep at Hogwarts during the week ends. Hermione and Severus had never been more thankful for flooing or apperating until now.

As for Ron once he and Fleur are married she would move into the castle with him and transfer from the British to the French branch of Gringotts. Thankfully for them she is French and was born in France and can quite easily readapted to her natural roots once again. Besides she had missed her home country terribly and was looking forward to living among the French once again even it was in Paris.

Sirius and Remus who are currently the defense against the dark arts and care of magical creatures professors will be resigning at the end of this year and moving into the palace and taking on the job of being two fourths of Harry’s personal royal council full time. They had been two fourths of the same royal council during James’s short reign and they were honored and looking forward to retaking their rightful places along side the other two members that this time would not consist of Frank and Alice Longbottom, but Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger soon to be Snape.

An hour and a half later they arrived at the barrier between platforms nine and ten separating them from platform nine and three quarters the Hogwarts express. Harry and Ginny were under the invisibility cloak while Remus and Sirius pushed their trolleys with their trunks on and Ginny’s kitten snowball. When they all made it through the barrier they realised they had never been so grateful that Harry’s father James had been given an invisibility cloak when he had gone to Hogwarts as a teenager and had left it to his son when he had died.

As there was hundreds of people on the platform that were not there to see or were interested in seeing the Hogwarts express or seeing any of their children onto the train. There were hundreds of reporters. Harry and Ginny had to stifle their laughter the blasted dumb as shit reporters would not be seeing them any time soon or getting an interview either if they could not be seen. Oh yes most definitely praise the creator of invisibility cloaks.

They quickly boarded the Hogwarts express followed by Ron and Hermione while Sirius and Remus took care of their trunks. Five minutes later after finding a compartment they were joined by Sirius, Remus, Draco and Blaise. Then a force field was placed out side the compartment. All eight of them worked together to create a force field. The force field would copy the magical signatures of the people that had been inside the compartment when the force field had been created. Then only they would be able to get in and out of the compartment. If anyone else even tried they would be thrown back on their asses.

Inside the compartment Sirius and Remus had transformed. Yes Remus was now an animagus. During Harry’s sixth year Severus had worked on a cure with the help of Harry and Sirius. Seeing as Sirius was nearly as good at potions as Severus himself was. And Harry had proved he was a just as skilled potions maker even better then Hermione actually. It was proved that the way Severus used to interrogate him during potions affected his performance. Even Ron had improved greatly without the distraction of Severus’s verbal abuse.

So Severus with the help of Harry and Sirius had discovered a potion to cure Remus of his werewolf problem. He was given the potion to drink right after he had transformed during a full moon. He had to drink the potion out of a pure silver bowl. It had worked and had only left him with the senses of a werewolf but he would never ever transform again or be allergic to silver. A few weeks later Remus began to study how too become an animagus. That was two years ago. He had finally cracked it that weekend. Inside the compartment was the first time he had ever transformed in front of anyone even his husband.

Everyone was stunned at the sight of the new form of Moony. Moony was no longer a werewolf, but he was still a wolf, a pure white wolf with bright amber eyes in fact. Padfoot barked and Moony barked back in reply. The others were grinning like idiots.

Soon after Harry’s fifth year Harry, Ginny, Hermione and Ron had all studied with the help of professor McGonagall to become Animagus to keep Remus Company during the full moon after Sirius had gone through the veil.

Harry became a phoenix called Flames, because he is the only living heir of Godric Gryffindor and Godric is in fact Fawkes. Not a lot of people were aware of this. Ginny became a fox and was called claws because she had this nasty habit of using her claws to scratch the hell out of anyone who dared look at her in the wrong way or get on her bad side.

Ron transformed into a panther and is called scream he has this habit of making people scream or shriek whenever they would see his animagus form. Many people still don’t fully trust him even now when he is in his animagus form. Hermione became a snowy owl identical to Hedwig called star because of how wonderful she looks in the sky surrounded in stars.

Little did they know that Draco and Blaise had been training with Severus Snape who had studied to be an animagus when he was twenty and succeeded at the age of twenty four he turned in a black raven and was called midnight. Draco became a panther called flash because he could be there one minutes and be gone in a flash as he could move that fast.

The only way to tell him and Ron apart was the fact his eyes were almost silver when he transformed and he didn’t quite have the same effect on people that Ron did. That might have had something to do with the fact Ron has the brightest blue and haunting eyes especially in the dark when he transformed and had the most unnerving stare even Draco was serious unnerved under the bright blue gaze of Scream.

Blaise became a black and white owl called Sneak as he could sneak upon almost anyone or anything undetected, and that was unusual for an owl but he seem to manage it with ease.

Mean while back on the Hogwarts expression Sirius and Remus had transformed back into their human forms. Blaise asked “So what does everyone plan to do once we have graduated for real next June?”

Draco had gone first “Well over the holidays as you know Charlie asked me to marry him, and I happily accepted. As soon as we graduate I’m going back to Romania with Charlie and I’m going to train how to work with and handle dragons. I have always been interested by Dragons well before I even met Charlie. Being with him as helped give me an excuse to get off my ass and go after what I want. Beside I’m even bloody named after a dragon, my name means dragon in Latin for Merlin’s sake.” The others chuckled at Draco exasperation over his name.

Blaise went next “I plan to marry Bill and travel with him and eventually train to become a curse breaker and work with him. I have always wanted to travel and I can do that as well as lean how to do something highly skilful and interesting at the same time. Besides I’ve wanted to be a curse breaker since I was eight, plus my father and my older bother are also curse breakers”

Ron sighed “I and Fleur plan to marry. And I am going to be one fourth of Harry’s personal royal council and advisers. And Fleur plans to get a transfer over from Gringotts in Britain to the branch in Paris. Plus it will be great learning a new language and custom and laws. And I know for a fact Fleur misses her home country terribly and is looking forward to returning.”

Hermione sighed “I and Severus also plan to marry and I will be moving to France and shall also be one fourth of Harry’s royal council and advisers. Plus in my spare time around the palace I plan to study the royal blood and family lineages of the potter’s of France and the Renaldi’s of Genovia.”

Harry snorted and Ginny rolled her eyes at the question I think it was more then obvious what they would be doing once they left Hogwarts. Harry sighed “Obviously I and Gin will be ruling over France, I’m afraid it tends to come along with the territory of being the king and queen of said European country.

Plus I also tend to take up polo with Michael and Jeremiah in my spare time. And I’ve decided to learn how to become fluent in French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese and Dutch. Those languages may come in handy when dealing with ministers or royalty from other countries.” Ginny added “I’m also going to join Harry in learning all of those languages, as well as assisting Hermione with her research on the Potter’s and the Renaldi’s.”

Sirius said “Well Remus and I are resigning at the end of the year from Hogwarts. We will be moving to France and will be the remaining two members of Harry’s royal council and advisers. Plus Remus and I want to start a family of our own.” Remus added “As you all know there is a potion a wizard can take and it will make said wizard as fertile as a witch. Once you take this potion you will continue to remain fertile until you’ve got as many children as you want then you can take a potion that will reverse the effects.”

The rest of the journey was spent taking about the up and coming year. Remus and explained to them that all the seventh years would be split up into two groups that all seventh years would be mixed. So there was still a chance Ginny could be put into the same group as Harry and the others. Sirius explained that extra teachers would be hired for that year only.

That each subject would have two professors that one professor would deal with group one and another would deal with group two. And the disused corridor would be used for group two which would consist of first years second years, third years and group two seventh years. While group one would have teachers like Remus, Sirius, Severus and Minerva and Flitwick. They would be teaching years four, years five, years six and group one seventh years.

When they arrived at Hogsmed station Harry and Ginny went immediately under the invisibility cloak again. Remus and Sirius followed them along with Ron, Hermione, Draco and Blaise. They each got into a carriage that took them up to the main entrance to the castle. Harry and Ginny didn’t remove the invisibility cloak until after the sorting ceremony.

The great hall had been enlarged by magic and would return to its normal size next year. Even the teachers table had been enlarged. The house tables had also been rearranged as well. Now instead of there being a table to a house, the houses were mixed and would remain that way until next year.

All seventh year Gryffindor’s and Slytherin’s now shared the table that had been the Gryffindor house table. Along with the Ravenclaws and Hufflepuff’s Thankfully the Gryffindor and Slytherin houses managed to put most of their difference aside during the war, of course those who hadn’t been death eaters.

On the second table that had been the Ravenclaw table was full of sixth years and fifth year students from all four houses. Third and Fourth years from all houses were on the table that had been the Hufflepuff’s. And the table at the far end of the hall that had once sat the Slytherin house was now full of second and first years from all houses.

Dumbledore had informed them of the new changes that would take place for that year only. “Welcome to another year at Hogwarts School of witch craft and wizardry. Each year I normally inform you that the third corridor his forbidden, well this year it isn’t. It had been cleaned out and ridden of all things that had made it forbidden in the past. The forbidden forest naturally is still forbidden; take in mind that it is not called the forbidden forest for nothing ladies and gentleman.”

He paused for a moment then continued “As you are all aware just over three months ago the war was brought to an end and Voldermort was destroyed. And because of that war certain students were not able to get the full education they deserved. They were seventh years. Those students have returned to repeat their seventh year by my request for them to do so. So this year and only for this year we have double seventh year students and double the amount of staff.”

He turned his gaze to the staff table. “There will be two groups and each group will have an equal amount of teachers. Group one will consist of Professor McGonagall the head of Gryffindor and house and the transfiguration professor. Professor Lupin-Black the defense against the dark arts professor. Professor Black the care of magical creature’s professor. Professor Snape the Potions master. Professor Flitwick the Charms Professor. Professor Tofty the Astronomy professor. Professor Binns the History of magic professor. Professor Sprout the Herbology professor. Professor Sinatra {I think that is how it’s spelt and pronounced} the Arithmancy professor. Professor Harker the muggle studies professor and finally Professor Knightly the Ancient magical runes professor.

And now group two and our staff for this year and this year only. Professor Paris the defense against the dark arts professor. Professor Valentine the potions professor. Professor Delacour {Cousin to Fleur and Gabriella} the transfiguration professor. Professor Weasley {Yes Molly, come on I thought it would be funny to see Ron’s and Ginny’s reaction} the Charms professor. Professor Stanford the Herbology professor. Professor Wood {no relation to Oliver Wood} the care of magical creature’s professor.”

He paused knowing Harry and Ginny especially would be shocked by this. “Professor Renaldi {yes Clarissa I figure seeing as she was no longer queen her schedule would be no where near like Mia’s} the muggle studies professor. Professor Kent the magical history professor. Professor Vector the Arithmancy professor. Professor Kinney the Ancient magical runes professor. And finally Professor Randal the Astronomy professor.”

He continued “And lastly I’m sure some of you have already heard the rumor that Hogwarts has a small group of royals in attendance this year. I can confirm the rumors are indeed truthful.” The great hall was suddenly a wash with murmured conversations. Albus raised his voice slightly “Silence I’m not quite done yet.”

He continued “The first member is Clarisse Renaldi your muggle studies professor. She is a former muggle queen of Genovia. Genovia is a small European country set in between France and Spain. Her granddaughter queen Amelia is the current ruler. Clarisse had taken time out of her normal schedule to teach the muggle studies class. What better then an actual muggle to teach such a class?”

He cleared his throat and sighed. He knew Harry and Ginny were dreading this but by all means it needed to be done. Besides those who had been fortunate enough to have access to a wizarding news paper or magazine over the summer would already know.

“And finally the remaining members are Harry Potter and Ginny Potter formally known as Weasley.” Harry and Ginny nodded and sighed as they removed the invisibility cloak revealing them selves to the entire great hall.

Albus continued “As I’m certain most of you have read in the papers over the summer will be aware of the facts. But to those of you her did not have access to a paper this is all you need to know and will be willingly told. Harry Potter or even known as the savior of the wizarding world, or the boy who lived and most recently the boy who defeated the dark lord. Yes he sadly is all of that. But over the holidays his hectic live unfortunately became even more so.

He discovered over the holidays that he was the crowned prince of France. At the end of August he became Harry James Potter the king of France, only last month he was married to Ginny Potter formally known as Weasley. She is as you know the only daughter of our minister, minister Weasley. She became Mrs. Potter then she became the princess of France. Then finally at the end of August she became Ginevra Molly Potter the queen of France.”

He finished the speech of by saying “Now finally I must insist no body is to pester or pressure professor Renaldi or his and her majesty. They are entitled to their privacy and are not permitted to provide you with any information if they do not see fit to do so. They are just like every body else only with a more complicated and demanding life styles.

Now finally you will all discover what group you will belong to for this year tomorrow morning at breakfast when you receive your schedules. And now let the feast begin.” And with a clap of his hands all four tables were full to the brim with a spectacular feast. Most people sighed in relieve that he had finally shut up and allowed them to eat.
